立地はとても良い 部屋の内装はきれい テレビ・エアコンは良い製品だった

チムシャーツイ駅A1出口近く（歩数10秒くらい）立地は最高。部屋の鍵が壊れており、事務所のようなところを覗くがスタッフがいない。貼り紙に書いてある携帯電話に電話をしたが、現地の言葉で何か言われて一方的に切られた。不安で眠れませんでした。

シングルに泊まりましたが、部屋はベッドのみでいっぱいの狭さです。シャワーが便器の上にありスライドドアでベッドと仕切られています。掃除はきちんとしてありました。共用廊下にあるポットで湯が沸いていたり、パソコンが使わせてもらえたりしました。雑居ビルの中ですが長時間のエレベーター待ちはしなくてすみました。ホステルのような、宿泊者が集まれるスペースはありませんでした。
チェックアウト後、執務室内に荷物を預かってもられったのですが、予定の夜10時に取りに行った際誰もおらず、オーナーの携帯に電話して、鍵の在処を聞かなければなりませんでした。

玄関を開けると部屋に鍵が刺さっている
二人部屋はベッドがくっついている
スーツケースを広げる面積もなくただ寝るだけ
建物は古いが内装はこぎれいに改装してある
値段なりに納得 寝られさえすればいいのだから

勝手に入って勝手に出る
ホテルの人に一度も会わなかった
寝る場所を提供してるだけ でもそのサービスに
対する値段だからまあ納得 建物が古い
エレベーターが２基のうち一つが故障

スターフェリーに近く香港島に行くのも便利

Totally not recommended. Totally not value for money, the rate is higher than budget hotel, but the facilities are poor. Mattress just simply better than plywood, poor security, malfunction of water heater..

Good budget hotel but small as everything in HK

Hotel was nice considering the price. All budget hotels in HK are small, but this one was nice enought to sleep. Bathroom was clean but small with the shower right next to the toilet. Security is fair since it has coded doors to enter but the problem is that there are no permanent staff member on the floor and you have to call them if you need to check-inn or have a problem. Location is great, in the middle of Tsim Sha Tsui and just next to the subway. This is a good alternative to stay in a centrally located area and avoid high prices.

near MTR and bus stations; right next to Kowloon Park; elevator service is quick enough

First, the hotel name that Agoda uses for this hotel is not actually what it is.
The toilet, lavatory and bath are in on one very small room with smoked glass door (for a family room!). The room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced but only after I complained.
Very convenient location!

ALLERGY ALERT: I broke out slightly the first night and morning, second worsened, third worsened and the last night I broke out so severe I couldn't breathe. Horrible hotel with horrible conditions.
