Anuj G. カップル India, 2013年2月25日	Great Location and Service Great Location and Helpfull Staff 8.7 The Manager was very cooperative and offered us room in another better hotel as the room booked by us in Le Seasons Beach Resort was having some problems with the AC. On the third day they shifted us to this hotel and we found it very good. The staff is very cordial and the food quality is also good.
Saikat A. カップル India, 2013年2月3日	Average hotel and a small pool decent rooms, not too far from the beach 6 we were a group of 4 couples (and a kid) and wanted a hotel that had a pool, not too far from the beach. found this hotel on agoda and it more or less met all our requirements. the room and bathroom were done up alright, not too big but when in goa all you need is a nice and cozy bed to crash for the night. the rooms had small balconies which were pool facing, so we were quite satisfied. the pool was a letdown since it was very small. another problem with the pool is that it is sort of semi-indoors (surrounded by the hotel building on 3 sides) and hence it rarely gets any sunlight because of which the water is almost always very cold. you have to keep swimming to stay warm and given the size of the pool, you just need 2 seconds to swim across the pool, diagonally! there are a few sunbeds and drinks are served, so you can read a book or just 'çhill'. candolim beach is a 7 min walk from the hotel and if you rent a bike, its less than 2 mins. bikes, activas or cars are available for rent, all you need to do is call the numbers on one of boards in front of the hotel. we had complimentary breakfast with our bookings. the breakfast was quite average. puri sabzi, omlette, aloo parantha, bread butter etc. the service was slow as we had to wait long for the buffet trays to be refilled (even though the hotel was not 100% booked). the hotel staff was alright, although room service guys need to be a little more courteous. you cannot leave tea at the door! the check-out time was 11 am and we asked for a half-day extension of our booking since we had late evening flights. they happily obliged and charged us 50% room rate. if only the pool was warmer and the staff was a bit more polite...

Beach in close, nice and not too busy only you need to cross the busy road. Shops and restaurands are walking distance. Better to have a torch with you in the evenings, no street lights and no walking path.Hotel staff are friendly, hotel is clean, wifi only working downstairs, ac working.
Ajay D. グループ India, 2012年10月2日	Average Hotel Clean Rooms, Decent food 6.7 Stayed in the hotel with couple of my friends as part of a short vacation. While the hotel offers clean rooms, i was mostly disappointed with the hotel. I wanted a option for three people in one room and the hotel offered the same in the superior room. Sadly the room is barely big enough to hold two people, let alone three. The rooms are cramped and bathrooms small. All throughout my stay the hot water tap was not functioning and the electrical socket next to my bed was damaged which was never rectified even after complaining. Wifi works only in the lobby and dining area, not in the rooms. The room has CRT TV and all the channels are fuzzy (DIdn't look like a digital connection) The only things i liked (some are standard for three star hotels anyway) 1. Welcome juice on arrival 2. Two complementary mineral water bottles (should have been given three as there were three of us.) 3. Clean rooms 4. Decent buffet breakfast Overall, i would advice looking at other hotel options if you are a larger group travelling. There are bigger hotel options available at teh same price. トラベル情報: If there are three of you planning to stay in one room, take a room bigger than the "superior" room. There is literally no room left once you put in the extra bed in the superior room. The extra bed charges are not worth it at all.
Amitava D. 小さなお子様連れの家族旅行 India, 2012年2月19日	Nice Hotel with good service, cosy nice rooms hotel rooms, proximity to beach, prime location 7 Stay was nice, we enjoyed fully our holiday stay at the hotel, nice small swimming area for our kid who had a lovely time, would always love to go back to the hotel during next goa plans. Beach is not as near to the hotel by walk, but we didnt have a problem walking 10-15 mins. ホテル: Get up the roof and get clean n green view around
Robert M. カップル United Kingdom, 2012年2月11日	Modern hotel with good features I enjoyed the rooftop for lazing in the sun and in quiet. 8.7 a good spotless modern hotel with good food and service. rooms bright and airy. the pool does not immediately look inviting, but a spell in the heat of the rooftop lounging area, sent us down the lift and into the almost icy pool leaving us totally chilled out and refreshed. yes, at first the pool seemed impossibly cold, but after the first dip, it was something to look forward too,

Also centrally located in between Candolim & Calangute. Ideal for couples or families with the beaches literally a few minutes walk. Close to shopping ameneties, with excellent transport hiring opportunities. Highly recommended cheap holiday with beautiful weather during November & April & very pleasant friendly locals.
Ramesh M. 小さなお子様連れの家族旅行 India, 2012年1月8日	Good Hotel but not great location Restaurant Service and Room and cleanliness 7 The Swimming pool timing is 9 AM to 6 PM, most of the guests will be out by this time and its useless timings. I discussed the same with one of the receptionist, one named Mr. Preethish was very rude to me, he speaks and acts like rogue. This i never expected from this hotel to have a such a person in the reception. Other receptionist who was there with him gave me the managers number on my request which was ringing but no one answered. After that i got to speak to Manager Gurudutt on Phone, he was friendly and said take action against the person. But i what feel the Hotel should listen to Customers happiness instead of policies, this is not a government rule and you cannot say we are strict in these.

Robin M. 1人旅 United Kingdom, 2011年4月1日	Rooms ok but noisy at times and a little expensive Super comfortable beds 5.3 premier more expensive rooms, though more spacious, back onto the main road and you get traffic noise. the rooms in general are not in any way sound proofed so you can here people coming and going and also the tv in the next room. rooms were always cleaned on request but bed sheets had one or two stains on them. the included breakfast was pretty average. also my safety deposit box wasn't working so a new one was brought to my room carried by a hotel employee and not fixed to a wall just put inside a cupboard, anyone looking to steal it would've been easily able to pick it up and carry it away, defeating the object of having it there. i would only stay here again if rooms rates were severely reduced as it way over priced for what was on offer. グルメ: Cinderella's just 1 minute walk down the road opposite the hotel did some great sea food and a lovely poolside setting and the Stone House, a good 30 minute walk down the main road, has great food also.
