新しいホテルで、その名の通りアートなホテルで、清潔感有るホテル。周りには何も無いが、コンビニが併設しており、静かな雰囲気のホテルだった。スタッフも気の利く態度であり、快かった。

I had a pleasant stay at artotel Surabaya. Unfortunately it is only for one evening since I have to go somewhere else. I would definitely stay there again if i go to Surabaya.

Hotel has nice art design

I am staying at Artotel for doing business trip in Surabaya (east java), i found this hotel as recommendation from my colleague. Hotel has nice design overall. Reception staff also warm welcome.
For room, its bit small ( i took the 20sqm room , its has few choices of room size ). The minus from this room is no refrigerator/mini bar.
Plus point : internet is free with good speed, breakfast has good coffee (machine)that for me is important to have good coffee in the morning, and friendly staff, quite surrounding so not much noise while you were sleeping.

Pros: efficient and fast check in - check out, friendly staff, clean room, comfort bed, artistic design, the breakfast and restaurant menu are not bad, free internet wifi in room with average speed.
Cons: wall and door are not thick enough so we can hear noisy kids yelling and screaming in the hallway, no fitness center

I stayed here before on feb, and still this hotel was really great for business travel. I like the 24-hour cafe too. It's nice to stay here again for business trip

Staying at Artotel made my Surabaya experience memorable. The staff were friendly & very helpful, the hotel was colorful, comfortable and extremely unique and the restaurant was fantastic. Everything about the stay was perfect! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
