街中で清潔なホテル
静か、ベットが大きくて良い、部屋を含めて全体的に清潔

非常に快適に大勢出来たが、ノースモーキングの部屋を希望したが（予約時及びチェックイン時）、喫煙室であった。夜遅くチェックインした事もあり（11時45分頃）、また、そんなにタバコのにおいがしなかったので、変更の希望を出さずに宿泊した。他の対応や朝食もおいしかったので、この点は残念に思う。

比較的新しいホテルだと思います。今回、初めて試してみましたがまた今度泊まることには全く躊躇しないホテルです。ただし、チェックインが早かった（？、17時だけど）こともあり、部屋の備品がまったく揃っていなくてちょっとがっかり。督促電話を繰り返しました。。。

今回はじめて宿泊しましたが、ホテルの外観、ロビーに清潔感がありました。部屋も広く綺麗で使い勝手が良く、コストパフォーマンスは良いと思います。
今後も出張でも是非利用したいと思います。

My second stay in this very comfortable hotel was excellent. We were staying for a relaxing weekend, so the availability of good restaurant and an excellent inhouse spa was a plus. Room service, even at 3 a.m., is prompt and freshly produced food is delivered.
The room is very comfortable, in no way is it clustered. The desk with comfortable office seat makes it possible to work easily - without the need to go to the business centre. The only point which can on occasion be annoying is the WiFi. One night I needed to reconnect a number of time.

New, clean and great breakfast

Everything about this hotel is good however there are few improvement can be made regarding of staff friendliness and attentiveness. More waiter/ess placed during breakfast will be great. And last but not least please change your pillow to better one.........it's not comfortable at all.

This hotel performed as expected. You arrive, the staff is friendly, check in is a matter of a few minutes, cases are brought up to the room. Checkout is also a matter of a few minutes only.
The room was very comfortable. Size wise it is more than sufficient, also the bathroom does not feel cramped. It is easy to spend a whole day in the hotel. The bed is comfortable, the water is instantly warm, the amenities provided are nice and in sufficient quantity. Internet works fine, and it is quiet. PErfect to spend a weekend away from it all.
The breakfast menu is standard. Nothing to write home about, but good quality. Room service, even at 3 a.m., is quick and fresh. Prices are acceptable. The drinks in the mini bar are free of charge.

Great location of hotel. Walking distance to the biggest shopping centre in Surabaya. Only the lighting in the lobby is a bit dim (probably saving energy).
