部屋は、比較的広い。アメニテーは良くない。バスタブが付いているが、お湯が溜まることはない。（すぐに水になってしまう）値段の割りには、良くないホテルだ。貸し事務所になっている部屋が多く、昼間はいつもエレベーターが混んでいる。

直前の予約、予約書持参忘れの自分にも非があると思うが。部屋が確定するまでに時間を要したこと。チェックアウトの際に、あやうくルームチャージを請求されそうになった。すでにクレジットカード決済をしていたのに。また、呼んでもいないのに従業員が他の部屋と間違えて電気の不調を確かめに来たり、翌朝７時過ぎに部屋に置いてあった有料水の在庫確認に来たりして、迷惑だった。また温水シャワーはすぐ水に変わってしまうなど値段の割りに満足できなかった。

泊まってみて気付いた点
こじんまりしてるせいか、受付のお姉さんたちが非常に人懐っこい。フィリピンの国民性が出ていてよかった。

全体的に見ると、値段の割にはいいホテルだったと思う。ただ、設備にもう少しお金をかけないと、いいお客さんは来ないと思う。特にバスルーム。シンクのしたのボイラーのようなものがさびまくっていて、いかにも古いのをアピールしてる。別に見せる必要がないのだからカバーでもしたらいいのにと思った。
ナイトライフ:
Club Stripesの近く。歩ける距離というのは非常によかった。

Friendly customer service, hotel is fine

stayed for 2 nights, accommodation is okay, hotel room is good enough for sleeping but not recommended if you will spend a lot of time in it.

It was nice but they wouldn't let you bring in any food from the outside. Pretty anal about this. But otherwise is was ok.

Really enjoyable place to stay

This Hotel,fit what my family and I needed. With 3 daughters it was hard to please each. The room was just as requested with plenty of towels and beds. The staff were all great from the moment of check in to check out. Security was right there and very helpful.
The rooms were clean, pleasant to sleep in and comfortable.
The breakfast was buffet style with choices, nicely prepared and the dining staff helpful.
The hotel is close by the Ayala Center for shopping. It is right on a main transport line so it was easy to get around to see the sights. The hotel was what I wanted. The price was reasonable and would go back again if in Cebu City. Finale words: We enjoyed the say at Golden Peaks

hotel is very close to ayala center and not too far away from sm city. check the taxi's for a meter but for the most part we found all the taxis we rode honest and fair and knew where they were going and didn't take us for a ride....
