場所はショッピングモールの隣で飲食店もたくさんあり便利だった。新しいホテルのようでタクシーの運転手は知らないことが多いようだが、サイバーゲート（ショッピングモール）のそばと言えば分かる。こじんまりとしたホテルだが、清潔感があり、スタッフはフレンドリーで、テキパキと仕事をこなし、非常に好感が持てた。

今回は２泊このホテルを利用したが、ホテルの近くにはロビンソンデパートがあり、また、多くの飲食店もあるので、長期滞在にも便利だと思いました。ただ冷蔵庫がなかったので、あったほうがいいと思います。この値段で朝食付きなら友人に勧められる。

立地場所・設備の清潔さ・スタッフの対応すべて良かった

オスメニアサークルのロビンソンまで歩いて3分程、その近くにはジプニーステーションがあり、様々な場所へ行きやすい。
設備も新しく清潔感があり、追加のバスタオルを頼んだ際もすぐに持って来てくれてサービスも問題なし。

ファミリータイプ以外は窓が無い、両替してくれない、インターネットは故障している、この近くの安いホテルにこれ迄、沢山宿泊しましたが、まあサービスとか言う概念を持ってないだろうと思うくらい最悪でした。二度と行くことは無いだろうと、、、

i was searching at hotel in cebu city the philippines. so i made up my mind for using the internet. there were several terms. that were cost, location and first fo all silent hotel. finally i found out proper hotel through agoda. that was m citi suites. if someday i will trevel to cebu city, i will check in that hotel.

Nice Location! Relatively affordable!
Large Family Room, Accessibility to Taxis and Jeepneys, Located near Chung Hua Hospital and a number of doctors' clinics

Table and chairs were not standard with the room. TV on/off is not integrated with the cable controller. CR is big but bare, no wall hanger near the shower. Tissue holder near the toilet bowl has awkward placement and inconvenient. Shower enclosure is quite small. Overall room was excellent, but the CR needs improvement.

A 4.5 star hotel since the did not have a pool.It is such a great place to stay.Lobby and room were spacious and clean.Did not eat at there restaurant or use the wi-fi.There was absolutely wrong with this hotel.My parents will be staying at M Citi for there yearly trip to the Phillipens.Thank you Agoda and M Citi Suites for such a lovely stay and deal.
