どの時間帯でもスタッフは笑顔で迎えてくれてとても好感触です。
通りを外れたところにあり静かだが、ジープニーやタクシーも直ぐに乗れ、
繁華街も近いので便利である。
空港までは３０分程度。

The Best Hotel in Davao
Good Food, Friendly and trustworthy staff and very clean rooms.

Hotel Vicente has super friendly staff. Their breakfast was delicious. The balcony room I stayed in for 14 days was spacious, clean and very comfortable. I would stay in this hotel again next time I'm in Davao. The entire hotel was very clean and all the furniture were brand new.

Location, clean, excellent staff

Could not fault operation of hotel .Good clean room, excellent buffet breakfast, free newspapers ,close to CBD, short taxi ride to NCCC Mall Maa.

Good new hotel but lacking in service

Hotel was clean and new, but lacking in some basic services and amenities. The rooms did not have a toothbrush and toothpaste, I had to ask reception to buy a set from the convenience store. Internet in the room also wasn't working.

The hotel was newly built so the room was very clean just as if I stayed at one in the US.
However the surroundings were a bit dark to hang around.

Free breakfast is ok, however, order off the menu and the french toast is great

Rooms are small, no FOX news (ugh), what's with the top sheet on the bed, they should be using a fitted sheet, when the top sheet comes off they a plastic cover, very unsanitary! The Brokenshire offers more for less money.

just stayed overnight. the lobby was nice, clean and provided a homey feel. our room was nice, very clean, fresh sheets and soft pillows. nice 32 inch flat screen tv with cable as well as wifi.

Nice, clean hotel with very friendly staff

This place turned out to be an asset; meticulously clean, efficent aircon, staff very friendly.
Location a bit faraway from everywhere, but for me, it was worth it.

Nice and cozy hotel with small rooms
Near establishments and malls. Like the bathroom.

We were so tired upon arrival from the airport when we check in and order for lunch. We requested for room service. We're surprised it came in a bit fast. The food was good and tasty though. Quality was never compromise. Ladies at the reception always greet you with a smile. Very courteous and friendly staff. The security guard will assist you when you want a cab going to malls and other places.
