未だ改装中といった雰囲気のエントランスで不安であったが、清潔で広さも充分で宿泊自体は問題なかった。ただ、部屋がとても暗く感じた。スタッフも愛想がよく問題はない。

値段の割に綺麗で良いホテルでした。
ロビーも広く、wi-fiも有り、ネットも無料でした。

値段が安く予約ができたので、他のホテルと比べると、ホテルのグレード的にも割安感が有ります。
朝食も付いていますが、ブッフェ形式なので、早い時間に行かないと、無くなる時があり、時間も１０時になると、すぐにかたずけられてしまうので、早めに行くのがお薦めです。
ショッピング:
すぐ近くに、ガイサノモールが有り、便利です。

日本人には不向き、フィリピン人には向いているかも？

余りにスタッフの応対が悪いので頭に来て、キャンセルしました。フロントの女性はガムをクチャクチャ噛んでいるし、通された部屋も予約してあったにも拘わらず、違うグレードの部屋であった。日本人には不向きと思われます。

The staff was friendly and very accomodating
Pinnacle hotel's best qualities are service, appearance and did i mention service?

We enjoyed our whole stay in the Pinnacle hotel. Initially I booked here because i saw that they had an indoor pool that me and my son can enjoy, unfortunately when we got there they were renovating the 5th floor which is where the pools are. however it is a short taxi ride to the beach so we still had a chance to do our swimming. The internet in the rooms is LAN only but it was fast so i have no complains.

Family Fun in the Pinnacle

Wonderful, we are welcomed by friendly and helpful staff to a spacious lobby and ushered to our hotel room. It was comfortable and spacious and we had a comfortable sleep ready to hit the beaches in Samal Island the next day. After a long and tiring yet full of fun day in Samal Island we are welcomed to a cleaned and neat room for a wonderful night rest in the hotel to be ready for our shopping spree the next day. On check out, staff assisted in every way to make it fast as well as help us took pictures of the hotel to bring our memories with us of a wonderful vacation in the Pinnacle, Davao.

Very bad hotel
I dont see good futur for this hotel

When I stayed there 2 days then I change this hotel. First in elevaters and koridors very hot no airconditions. in room old type cair conditions very noisy you cant sleep. very poor breakfast. that is why I change this hotel. This hotel dont desrve this money .
