Kumiko A. グループ Japan, 2013年4月16日	リラックス玄関から開放的な雰囲気で、いつも外からの風を感じる事の出来るホテルでした。プールも3つあり、子供用のスライダーがあるプールは混んでいましたが、あと２つのプールは大人向け？静かにのんびり過ごせました。ホテル内にある、ロータスレストランは値段もお手頃で、よるはなかなか良い感じの曲を歌ってました。 7 部屋は基本的な物が揃っており、問題なかったです。オススメはホテル内ロビー横にあるジュエリーショップ。バタフライや、ハイビスカスを使用したものですが、落ち着いた色合いで値段もお手頃でした。
Toshihiro O. グループ Japan, 2012年10月7日	静かで落ち着けるホテル。スタッフのしつけが行き届いている。部屋も清潔で、サービスもよい。 9.3 とにかく、何かにつけて、スタッフのサービスがよい。部屋のシーツも一日に２回変えてくれていた。毎日カクテルの無料サービスがあり、電話で申し込むと部屋まで届けてくれる。敷地内に大きなプールが３ケ所あり、日によって使い分けていた。プライベートプール付きの部屋だったが、プールと言っても大きな湯船程度の大きさで、泳げない。庭にある水風呂と考えると納得できる。チェックインの時に、ホテル代が清算済みなのに、保証金としてバーツ取られる。チェックアウトの時に返してくれるが、こちらから言わねば、知らん顔である。返金を請求すると、受け取りの控えを見せるように言われ、なければ返してくれない。控えは、くれぐれも無くさないように注意。空港までホテルの車で送ってもらうと、バーツだった。道路上のタクシーよりは少し高いが、利便性と安全性を考えれば、ホテルの車での利用をお勧めします。グルメ: カロンの近くに日本料理店が見つからない。日本食を食べにパトンビーチに行くのにタクシー代が片道３００～４００バーツかかる。運転手は毎回４００バーツとふっかけてくるので、「いつも３００バーツで行っている」と言って値切っている。カタの「レッドスナッパー」と言う、日本料理店に行ったが、客は混んでいないのに２品頼んで１時間待たされた。二度と行かない。

The staffs are generally friendly but I feel that they are not really service-oriented, perhaps lack of training to handle customers' request. Respond to request is slow. My room air-con leaks and I have to make 3 rounds of phone calls (total wait for 1 hr++) before the service man arrived. House keeping is good. Breakfast is average but lack varieties. Please note that there are 3 hotel sections namely, Terrace, Lagoon and Cabanas. The cheapest room rate is the terrace which I was told by the Staff that they does not have any inter-connected rooms.

Seng F. 小さなお子様連れの家族旅行 Singapore, 2013年5月15日	Good for a no fuss family with children stay Kids play room, breakfast and big size rooms 6.7 Room was slightly dirty when I check in but housekeeping staffs was quick to change toilet seat and mop up the floor and to bring in new water heater. That more than makes up the poor impression upon checkin.

Kim K. 小さなお子様連れの家族旅行 Australia, 2013年4月3日	Centara KaronResort is a great family resort Staff, location and quick reponse to queries 7.3 The Centara Karon beach resort was lovely. It was a relaxing stay and excellent for young children in particular. We stayed with a one year old and after being located on the second floor we requested a ground floor room for convenience. This request was granted and our stay was made even more enjoyable as a result. This meant that we did not have to trapse up and down stairs with a pram, but also eabling us to have a quick dip in the pool while we kept an eye on our baby sleeping in the room.
Susan H. 小さなお子様連れの家族旅行 United Kingdom, 2013年4月3日	Ok hotel with poor staff training The jacuzzi pool, bar-b-que in the cabana 5.3 Our problems with the hotel begin when our aircon didn't work properly. The problem was handled very poorly and although we were offered compensation this was also handled poorly and we are still waiting to rectify this. There was a terrible problem with mosquitoes so you need to apply a lot of repellent at all times of the day. The cabana jacuzzi wasn't quite as the picture looked but was nice and you have the option for a bar-b-que in your courtyard which we did. The food was fabulous (cooked by a chef- rather than us) and the staff were lovely. Make sure you book a transfer to the airport well in advance as if they run out of vehicles you have to go and find your own transport off the street (some walk from the hotel). It takes around one hour to get to the airport.
Bryan S. カップル United States of America, 2013年3月23日	Perfect escape from the craziness of phuket Great swim up pool bar, tropical surroundings, quick 10 minute taxi to Bangla rd 6.7 We spent two fabulous nights at this hotel. There is plenty of shops and restaurants right outside the resort and karon beach is about a 5 minute walk. The only thing is the hotel could use some updating but otherwise we fully enjoyed our stay.
James C. 1人旅 United Kingdom, 2013年3月17日	Scores fairly highly in all areas except value cheap long term internet package, friendly housekeeping, not too expensive room service menu 7.3 a pleasant stay although the beds were a little uncomfortable and sometimes the internet would cut out. in general the room was nice and clean with a good view.
