4歳児と乳児を連れていきました。沢山の家族連れがいたので気兼ねすることなく楽しめたし子供用のプールが良いですね。家族でゆっくり過ごしたい方にお勧めです。

夫婦と1歳の双子、父親方の両親とメイドという、大人5名、幼児2名の大所帯でしたが、3ベッドルームの部屋はとてもゆったりしていて、子供も走り回って楽しむことができました。
キッチン設備がついており、ちょっと離乳食を温めたり、熱いものの取り分け等も簡単にできました。
ダイニング、リビングも広く、大人がリビングでくつろいでいる間に、子供の夕食を先に取らせる、という時間の使い方もできました。
幼児および老人が居たため、エレベーターがなかったことが少し不便でしたが、荷物についてはチェックイン・チェックアウト時にホテルスタッフに運搬をお願いできたので特に困ることはありませんでした。

２ベッドルームが多いホテルで家族連れが多くアットホームな感じで４泊の滞在でしたが非常に満足しました。西洋人の多いホテルで期間中日本人と会うことはありませんでした。プールは１つしかありませんがウォータースライダーもあり子供たちは気に入っていましたし、ビーチは徒歩１０分圏内で道中も交通量がほとんどなく安全で、ビーチ自体も静かで水もきれいで気に入りました。毎日海には出かけました。１日だけパトンビーチに行きましたが、交通手段はシャトルバスがなくタクシーのみでした。ただのんびり派はこのホテル・ビーチのみの滞在でよいと思います。ホテルから徒歩圏にレストランが少なかったのは少々残念です。

ロシア人観光客が大半を占めるホテルだが、要求が厳しい彼らに応えているだけあってサービスがしっかりしている。
家族連れを基本に考えているので、子供も安心して楽しめる。
観光:
海まで歩いて10分。静かで綺麗な海です。

The hotel room we had, the air conditioners in 2 bedrooms and living room were really noisy. The hotel staff had it checked and told us that, it is due to the compressor. So all the rooms are the same... meaning changing another room doesn't make any sense then. We lived with it for 5 nights. Didn't get quality sleep even we switched off 2 out of 3 conditioners at night to minimise the noise level.
The staffs (overall) are friendly and attentive.
It will be great to include more activities in kids world to appeal to older kids such as thai boxing etc?
Other than the noise, we are generally pleased.

Big room, but wouldn't stay here again

Not bad but won't stay here again. It seemed like the entire staff were trainees. The room size was a big plus, and the water slide was enjoyed by our kids immensely. BUt after just coming from the Cape PAnwa Radisson Blu, it was a letdown.

GOOD HOTEL APARTMENT FOR FAMILY
APARTMENT SIZE, BREAKFAST, POOL ACCESS AND CLEANLINESS

The apartment was great for parents and couple staying in the same room together- we have own bedroom. one thing,there is only 1 toilet for the 2 bedroom apartment. so for 4 to share 1 bathroom can be quiet challenging.other than that, all is pretty good:)
You need a car:)

Great Family Resort
Fantastic swimming pool. Really good breakfast and great variety. Large room with effective air conditioning.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Swissotel and it was the perfect way to end our holiday in phuket. Is is very family friendly and the whole family will enjoyethe large swim pool and y the water slide. Breakfast is really good and was of a great variety and standard. Room was large and comfortable. What more could you ask for?
