Junko K. 1人旅 Japan, 2012年10月13日	スタッフが感じがよく親切 Sバーンの駅やUバーンの駅に近くロケーション良い。リーズナブルな価格 7.3 かなり古い建物でエスカレーターは人間用でなく荷物用のようだった。内装もかなりくたびれた感じで、日本の古いビジネスホテルタイプ。非常に賑やかなKurfurstendamm　通のすぐ側にあるが、部屋は防音がしっかりしていて外の騒音も隣接部屋の音も聞こえず非常に静かだった。１０月にしては暑い日本からベルリンについた時は寒くて震えた。部屋はシャワーしかなく寒くて眠れなかったので、翌日バスタブ付き部屋への移動を頼んだところ気持ちよく変えてくれ、その後良く眠れた。料金に朝食が含まれなかったので食べなかったが、英字新聞の無料サーヴィスがあり好感が持てた。退職した雰囲気のドイツ人の団体が大勢泊っていた。価格がリーズナブルなので部屋の狭さはしかたないと思うが、ベッドのスプリングが気になった。すぐ近くにスーパーがあり、果物や水を買うのに便利。多くの旅行者が利用していた。観光: 近くのＳバーン駅（Savignypl.)やUバーン駅(から動物園駅や中央駅がすぐで観光に便利ベルリンは日中、女性の独り歩きも安心できる。タクシーも信頼できる。親切な住民が多くこちらの質問に良く答えてくれる。
Kae M. 1人旅 Japan, 2012年8月20日	設備良く揃った快適な部屋、次回もここに！クーダムの便利な場所に位置し、駅からも3分ほど、この価格でWi-Fiフリー、バスタブ付き、コンパクトにまとめられて使い勝手良かったです。 10 4泊したのですが、朝8時半に部屋のクリーニングが来たので断ったところ、観光から帰って来たらドアのところにバスタオルなど一式がランドリー袋に入れて掛けてありました。 1階のレストランも日本語など各国の言葉で書かれたメニューで定番のドイツ料理からパスタまで選べたり、ベルリナービールも美味しく、ホテル滞在と言うと10％引きにしてくれました。フロントの対応も親切で、至る所でホスピタリティの高さを感じました。クーダムの雰囲気も良かったので次回ベルリンに来るときはまた泊まりたいと思います。グルメ: ホテルのある通りやクーダムには飲食店がたくさんあるので、ドイツ料理やイタリアンなどいろいろ楽しめます。

It has a nice, efficient and attentive staff, and is co-located with a very nice typically German restaurant which is well worth a visit.

Good Breakfast. 8 It's a great place to stay in a great location for restaurants and shopping. Easy to catch buses around town or the sight seeing bus. Rooms are fairly basic but good enough. Good service and easy to get to Messe conference Centre. I will be staying there again. 観光: But the 22 Euro sightseeing bus. Hop off and on and see all the sites. Does a bif circle so will take you back to hotel.

Less than a 5 minute walk to the subway. 8.3 friendly staff at the reception. very helpful in advising me on everything from tour packages to international calls to "how to take the train" to locations of the best clubs in town. i took the single room which was very basic (had mini fridge but no kettle). very small bed, average size room and bath. very clean, housekeeping did a good job everyday. i had a problem with the telephone and tv in the room. hotel staff immediately responded to the report and fixed it within the hour. walls are quite thin. i could sometimes hear my neighbours talking but it wasn't loud enough to interrupt my sleep. wifi is slow at times but no problems getting connected any time of day.
