スタッフの人は英語も通じます。
私は英語もドイツ語も喋れませんが、どうにか泊まれました。
空港からホテルはかなり遠いので、無料の鮮やかな緑のバスが24時間使えるというのが良い所です。
が、タイミング良く来ればいいのですが、来ない場合は電話して呼ぶようなので言葉が聞き取れない、喋れない人が行くには辛いかも。
私は幸いタイミングよく行けましたが…。
後、難点は周りに何もないので節約したい方は絶対飲み物など買っていくことをおすすめします。
後朝ごはん高いです。

森の中にひっそり立っている外観は古びたホテル。
でも、中に入るとかなりモダンで、ホテルの設備としては不満はない。
値段的にも、まあまあ。
ただし、空港へ歩いていくのはちょっと無理。
空港からの直線距離にだまされないように注意である。
シャトルサービスも車が小さいため、全員の荷物を載せれないこともあるのでは？って感じであった。
歩くことを考えると、多少高くても、もっと近いホテルを選ぶほうがいいと思う。
観光:
シェーネフェルド空港から、たくさんの格安航空会社が発着しており、とても便利。

Convenient airport hotel

Near the sirport, very convenient
It was nice quality and very near the airport

The hotel had all the facilities required of a top quality hotel. It was very near the Berlin Schonefeld airport as well. It is far from the city center so do keep that in mind.

best if you have an early flight. the hotel is newly renovated with nice rooms.the early morning call service was great and the schuttle bus to a bonus, free of charge

the hotel has a schuttle bus service from the train station to the hotel and to the airport. The rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. The restaurant and bar had a good selection of foods and drinks. There are some local walking pathways for after dinner walks. The bus service runs for 24 hour hours every 30 minutes which ensures you catch your flight. Ths hotel will be very popular when the brandenburg airport opens.

Lovely hotel and good service.
Was very bright with light, also quiet, peaceful. Great breakfast. Good bus shuttle service too.

i was only there for 24 hours but i was taken good care of. all needs were attended too, including internet connection, printing out documents and getting me to the airport on time.

Very good connection with the shuttle bus from hotel to the Schoenefeld airport(or the new BBI airport in a years time) and railway station from where you can reach any part of Berlin.
The room was nice and well equipped,tv and minibar. Small but nice . Friendly staff.

I think Holiday Inn Hotel is very good but it's far away from city center.
If you don't mind the location you can stay.
