i like this hotel very much. it's the best hotel among the 4 hotels in 1 borneo. very good value for money. in-door swimming pool and gym room provided. all the staffs here serve you with smiles. just a few steps to its door behind for shopping. no complaint.
We stay here because the location of the hotel. Just few step from the hotel then we can go in 1 Borneo shopping mall for shopping. We also can watch movie in cinema until midnight and do not worry about our safety when going back hotel because the hotel likely inside the 1 Borneo building, so is very safe. The free breakfast is common. just one thing we do not like in...
I had originally booked a standard and was upgraded to superior! Well done KK 1 Borneo!! Really enjoyed this hotel and the design of the rooms, although a bit small for a superior, made excellent use of the space. Views are fantastic anywhere you look. Located in Grand Borneo Hotel. Value for money compare to others at 1 Borneo Hypermall. Great location and easy access to mall. Old hotel which need more repair and maintenance, the air-conditioning take long time to cold, water heater also not to warm.
The owner of this house is very friendly. They really provide us great service. They also tried their best to provide us full facilities. Even reserved us private parking at last minute request. Highly recommended. Hope someday will book this stay again.
