Perfect for me”

Great service. I requested new sheets when I saw room because they were stained. Staff replaced immediately. Very great service in the heart of walking street Pattaya. No joiner fee. Friends only need to give id card to stay with you and visit. Very nice beds with comfortable pillows. Black out curtains so you can sleep well. The hotel also offers earplugs, which I thought was a nice touch because you will hear all the music from walking street night clubs all morning. Perfect hotel for single travelers or party couples! Not a family hotel... very loud at night. However, If you are looking to stay close to walking street this is a very good option for the price.

Helpful and friendly staff in a great location!”

If you want a hotel that’s near walking street/Pattaya beach/Bali Hai Pier then this place is pretty near perfect. 2 minutes to walking street, 10 to the pier and 7 to the beach. The staff on reception were helpful and spoke good English. The place has been recently refurbished so all the rooms we booked had new furniture and fittings. Very reasonable for the price. Only stayed for one night and had a view over looking the roads, didn’t bother our group as we travelled to Koh Larn and partied on Walking Street. This hotel was perfect for what we needed.

A pretty good hotel near walking street”

Kind of a newish no-frills hotel. I believe it used to be the CK Pattaya hotel. A lot of taxis still don't know it so get a hotel card but all in all I had a comfortable stay there. Pro: Excellent location near walking street if that's what you're looking for. Close to the all the action. Guest friendly with no extra charge. Spacious, clean room with a large bed and a rather big balcony. There's a room safe, hairdryer and 2 free water everyday. Very good WIFI too. Front staff attentive and spoke good English. Only 500 baht deposit for room key. Con: TV channels lacking, only basic Thai. So did not use it at all. At night it's going to be noisy until about 3 am. That didn't bother me as I usually got back late. However the hotel does offer free earplugs. The bathroom is rather small, only shower no bathtub. There's also no room service or restaurant in the hotel. I would stay here again but I booked late at the end of the year so it was a little pricey. Next time, I'll book earlier.

One Night Stay”

My wife and I stayed here for one night. We took her cousin to Pattaya for a night so she could enjoy the beach. At first I was a bit put off by the location of the hotel. Once we arrived and got settled in I was fine where we were. It’s right in the centre of the Indian community. We didn’t have any problems what so ever. Even though we were very close to walking street we didn’t have any problems sleeping. I’m usually a light sleeper and I wasn’t bothered by any loud music. The room itself could have been a bit cleaner. Few marks on the floors and walls but the Bering was spotless and the bed was very comfortable to thai standards. All the staff we encountered were very polite. I would stay here again if looking for an affordable family room.

Exceptional”

Front staff were nice, attentive, helpful. They helped us immediately when we needed chargers as we had forgotten our international travel adapter and our locks needed opening. The place is very close to the beach, Walking street, massage places, eateries etc. Next to 24/7 McDonalds, 7-11, pharmacy. Cabs, pickup truck tuktuks and ride-hails always available.

Excellent”

The hotel is as described and ideally located near walking street where all the lust is present. Only cons is the bathroom which sucks as water fills near the toilet when taking showers. Shops and restaurants are very close. We will recommend to our friends and be back when in Pattaya.

Pros: - You can walk to the walking street and the beach - 2 7-Eleven nearby - Staff is nice and friendly - Hallway is clean and tidy - Decoration is modern and pretty - Strong hair dryer - Refrigerator is always on, good to keep food and water cool. Cons: - The road is small, in the middle of Indian neighborhood. - Bathroom is small and old - Balcony is connected among rooms on the same floor, balcony door is not safe - Cockroach sometimes appears out of nowhere

The hotel was clean and it’s in a very good location next to the walking street. You can also park there despite a small hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Truly welcoming with great staff”

The hotel's location is very strategic. Its facility is clean. But the service is really where it shines. Our reception Meena (Mina?) went out of her way to help us with transportation, advice, and helped finding our loss baggage on the bus. Very friendly and gave us a great experience while staying in Pattaya.

Small room right in the corner of night market street”

This hotel is for the one who would enjoy being indulged in the lively night market street of Pattaya with all the ladies and the lights, but still would be able to sleep in (relatively) silence. Price is good, you get what you pay for.

NEAT HOTEL, GOOD LOCATION ....BUT, RUDE STAFF, NO ROOMS BEFORE 2 PM UNLESS YOU PAY 500 THB EXTRA”

We had reached pattaya at 10 pm and requested to provide atleast 1 of the 3 rooms early. The receptionist told that all rooms are full but added that she can provide room at payment of 500 thb extra. This shocked us since we anyways didn't expect the room at 10 am actually , but asked for the early room by 12 pm atleast. But still their stand was rude, loud and clear , rooms at 2 pm or 500 thb extra before 2 pm. We have stayed at many hotels in Pattaya in the last 15 year but never experienced this Kind of policy. The first time we checked into a hotel at 2pm , with a rude reception staff and which may offend most especially when people like us atleast dont even to prefer to speak loudly. Otherwise the hotel is well maintained , other staffs are really polite, spacious rooms , nicely located, good restaurants indian veg/gujarati , Lebanese, Mediterranean, etc all within just a few meters.

Stay was cool good enough and hotel was upto the expected level but I haven't seen such kind of attitude issues people especially in Thailand is well known for its kindness and hospitality, where I didn't know how this guy has been put up as receptionist, strange. Being a guest I requested him for early check-in as I went there around 1pm and check-in was 2pm, he was so rude saying "Agoda has nothing to do with our property we only have right to offer or object. Blah blah.. didn't know why he was talking nonsense to me. Same day had another quarrel regarding some local tour, as I'm new to Pattaya being a visitor I ask some travel advice or doubts, suggestions but he was showing his face. So quite unpleasant experience with this guy other than all trip and hotel was fine.

A normal hotel”

Rooms are kind of small, bathroom is little slippery not recommended for elderly persons actually. customer service is very friendly and fantastic , speaks english good enough to understand. opp the hotel there is a macdonalds . however it is a challenge to cross the street due to heavy traffic.

Best hotel to stay if you are going alone or with friends ”

This is an ideal place to stay if your coming alone or with friends, its 1 min walking distance from walking street, no restrictions in the hotel,u can get as many guest or gf you want without any charge.. other hotels ask extra money if u taking any girl in the hotel.. i strongly reccomend guys to choose this hotel

Heart Of Pattaya”

Walking distance to all the wonderful areas. Street foods are available all night long with 24 hrs MacDonald and Seven Eleven. Very lively area

Only Seaview rooms”

All rooms are great and very big. Extra large king size bed, Nescaffee, tea and two bottles of water provided daily. There is a safe deposit box and the AC is very new so you will not feel it if you let it work for the entire night. Only objections are: - a table for eating is missing - there is a night stand only on one side of the bed - the fridge is very small - the bathroom is very small - there is no hangers for two towels - there is no place for your tooth past, tooth brush, shaver, shaving gel, desodorant ... Most importantly, city view rooms are very noisy. Traffic noise would wake you up to 5-6h. In the Seaview rooms there is some music up to 3h but after that it is very quiet. However the staff will gladly change your room if you are not satisfied.

Good Place if you like to walk around”

Many street foods and localities. Very lively place even during the night. I enjoyed it.
