sudden staycation”
The hotel was very responsive when I called them late night and they were very accommodating. This was a weekend "getaway" to feel relaxed on my rest day and to keep my sanity for being stayed at home and work from home employee. I felt like I am a privileged member, they upgraded my room with a spacious and very nice view and had a super late check-out, even though I’m not a member. The front desk, housekeeping, gym attendant, pool attendants were super nice except the guard at the lobby? hahahah he thought I was joking when I said I am going to check in and stay at their hotel in the middle of night and even asked if I have reservation, like really? are you the new front desk now? hahahah Saw his face wondered why on earth I am going to check in at 11PM with super lounge wear and slippers out hahahah I hope the hotel management would train them how to deal with weird client like me. hahahah totality is 9/10 because the restaurant and spa are not operational at that moment, I did not like how I had been retreated by the guards. I would still very much recommend this hotel to my friends and will definitely stay again at this hotel.

Our stay was just pleasant and comfortable. All staff, from line to back office are all polite and well mannered, and I am happy and surprise to have experience such hospitality, better than overseas. The rooms were maintained and cleaned properly. New Coast is situated right at the bay with beautiful views of sunset. Price is right, you get the value for your money. This will be my go to hotel when in Manila.

A little dated but still has great value”
We booked this on a promo thus getting it cheaper than most 5 star hotels in Manila. The room is quite spacious and generally clean and the bed just right. The bathroom is a little small but still is complete with everything you need including a bath tub, a bidet, a powerful shower with hot water. There is no minibar but there is a refrigerator although small and old. The gym, spa, sauna and pool were also good. Some public restrooms have seen better days but still acceptable. There was ample parking and its location in the heart of Manila is very nice. Great choices of Chinese, Korean and Japanese restaurants nearby, not to mention just 2 blocks away from Robinsons Manila Mall. The buffet breakfast was great. Not at the level of Sofitel's Spiral but much better than Diamond Hotel. Staff was very friendly too but there are times when I think there is not enough people at the front desk as I had to wait when I asked for something. But overall, I would come back, especially if you could get the promo price.

worth every penny! spent my 3-day work leave here and I do not regret a single thing. location is super close to asian restaus, convenience stores and robinsons manila. staff are very friendly and accomodating. the amenities are superb as well. we loved the jacuzzi as it had the perfect temp to relax after a long day. you can either have it inside (after the sauna area) or in the pool area. room is spacious enough. the bathroom? amazing. *chef's kiss* would definitely go back bc 3 days was soo not enough haha!

We got an upgraded room for free which is nice since im with 2 children. The room was big enough and the staff were really helpful we just presented our voucher and after few minutes the key card was handed to us already. I just wished i purchased the one with breakfast but overall it was an amazing stay. Great for staycations. And also they have a casino.

I had to stay near St. Luke's Extension Clinic in Ermita because I was asked to visit for three consecutive days. The staff was very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay, and I can say that it was worth the money. The food is excellent, and customer service is top-notch. I'd love to visit again, but this time with my husband.

This is a hotel in a great location near the Robinsons place mall, restaurants and night life area. I have stayed here before. It is a great hotel. It is very comfortable. The pool is 25 meters long and great for laps. Very nice restaurants and quality food served here. My room was spacious, a good temperature, and had a comfortable bed. A great shower, and facilities also available. It is also very safe there, many sacurity checks.

loved the pool. Gym was actually equipped with good machines and even had a boxing room. location was good and easy for transport. staff were very helpful. prices per night were cheap. Room was huge. Had a great time there.

My friend recommended this personally for its wonderful bay view. For a frequent business traveler like me, security around a hotel and responsiveness of its staff matter most. On top of it , it is relatively cheap as a five-star hotel. For security & business reasons, I always opt for five-star hotels. If you are a traveler like me, it will be your choice. And the business hub of Manila (i.e. Makati) is very close. Actually, I have an office there, too. BUT, traffic or not, you don't have to worry about commuting. As a American/Korean attorney, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel.

Comfortable ”
The hotel is dated but nothing is broke or not working. The shower / tub design is awesome. Water is high pressure and hot. The breakfast is worth every peso. I am currently in a wheelchair and the staff is amazing. The airline broke my chair and a member of maintenance was so kind to help repair it. The hotel lent me one of their chairs for my stay. This will be my hotel of choice from now on when I come to Manila.
