Unique Experience”
This is my first time staying in a capsule unit. It was better than what I had expected. The bed was comfortable. It included a locker for us to keep our valuables. Can refill our water at the water dispenser anytime. Nice to sit under the umbrella shelter outside the unit at night, very windy. Staff Lanni is very friendly and helpful in providing tour information about Hualien and Taroko National Park. Checkout process is also hassle free, just need to leave our keys at the front counter, as the Backpacker trusts that all guests are honest. Strongly recommended for budget travellers. Will be back again.

It was overall pleasant. Roughly 10 minutes' walk from Hualien station, it's easy enough to find; just gotta look out and spot the Ironman or signange above a corner shop beside the backpacker. Host was okay. The bathroom, capsule and common area is clean and oozes youthfulness. TV in the living room if you wanna chill at the common area at night, or hang out at the mini front yard. Water dispenser available. Not bad for a stay if you want somewhere with a good price and clean.

Excellent budget hostel for solo travellers”
I was a solo traveler first time to Hualien. It was very important to have curtains for each bed so that you can enjoy reading and sleeping. The environment was cozy and quiet. You can see the effort paid for decoration. The hosts gave me a lot of advice on my trip when I was not certain where I should go. It a t last changed my itinerary and went to Taroku which was amazing. I would definitely come here again.

Owner - Lanni, she is really cute and kind. She speaks English very well and introduces me many things that heplfully. Her house is small but clean and comfortable. Love to stay here and highly recommend for everyone who is coming to Hualien.

A comfort and easy stay at Aires Hostel”
The people spent alot of time talking and taking care of us while we were there. The decoration is new and cool, and the capsules were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were clean, and the people staying gave the hostel a homey feel. The backyard was nice, with a nice table to chill at, have a drink and relax after a day of hiking. Alls needed for a good stay at Aires.

It was my first experience staying at a hostel and I'm really happy with it. Plus: - the host (Lenny) is super friendly, helpful and warm. - the place is cosy, clean and comfort. - hostel is safe and secured. - mattress is just nice and clean. - cubicle is spacious enough for an average Asian male. - common bathroom is clean and well maintained. - great value for money. Minus: - 10-15 mins walking distance from train station and city center. -

I booked this room for my friend then he was lost on the way there and no battery on phone, the nice keeper tried to find him on the streets at a late night, my friend told me he felt quite embarrassed but they were still so friendly and the room there was so comfortable and clean, we will stay there together next time when we travel in east Taiwan, best choice for anyone who wants to stay comfortable and have a wonderful night :)
