We loved our stay here. The roof top pool was amazing, and had a beautiful view of the city. The staff was great, we had a problem with our air conditioning system not working, and they sent someone up within minutes to have it fixed. Very good service! Only complaint was our balcony was very tiny and there was barley enough room for one person to stand on it, but that’s my fault for not choosing a room with a larger one! I’d recommend choosing a room with a larger balcony to future travellers. Would return!

Nice things about the Hotel: 1. Very clean hotel 2. Helpful staff 3. Masala Tea was good in the breakfast. Few things to note: 1. Check-in time is 3:00 PM. 2. No ironing facility available in the room. 3. Vegetarian options in breakfast are less. One day we had poha, and roti with bhaaji and other day we had dal(didn't like it) roti and sooji halwa. Fruits, breads and desserts are available on both the days of our stay. There are many options for vegetarians nearby(within 200-300m). So, food can be explored outside.

Good location, great price ”
Nice hote and a great price! Stayed 2 weeks and nothing bad to say about the place :) Pool is good, rooms are good size, fresh towels and rooms cleaned, with a couple of waters supplied daily. Short walk to central mall, bangla, otops and the beach. 711 accross the road, good icecream/coffee shop on the corner at the entrance and a number of money exchanges close by made it very convenient. Also being able to take towels for the beach/pool was a bonus from reception. Breakfast had everything you need to get the day started I’ll be back :)

Best for party goers ”
This hotel is great value for money for party goers who want to be close to the fun but not too close to where they can hear all the noise. It’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach, a 5 minute walk to Bangla road, and there’s a main road right outside the hotel that makes these walks feel shorter. If you’re a family and/or don’t want to be in the party scene, stay a little further from Bangla road. Overall, good value for money.

I chose this hotel due to its proximity to market. Thr hotel is located very close to patong beach and market. It remains busy late into the night so I was comfortable walking around solo in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I faced no difficulty here at all. Everything was perfect

The Best Hotel in Patong! ”
I stayed here for almost a month amidst the pandemic. The staff are all nice here. They were very helpful and friendly all throughout my stay. With regards to the accommodation itself, i stayed on a deluxe room. I got a huge room with all things i need that will make me feel comfortable and relax. Aside from that, you should try as well the foods they serve — it was exceptional at a reasonable price! The food they serve are really delicious!!! They have an amazing facilities too such as pool and gym. Lastly, in terms of location; it is near to mostly all travel spots that u have to visit. You should come and stay on this hotel! You won’t regret it and you’ll surely enjoy it as much as i did. ❤️

The rooms are huge! The facilities and cleanliness is superb and the staff is very nice. The manager was very accommodating to our requests and he also helped us arrange a driver for internal travels. Very close to Bangla road and has really nice restaurants and massage parlours around. It also has a 7 eleven right opposite so that's a +1. Absolutely loved it and would highly recommend!

Excellent service from all staffs. Especially front desk staffs, the lady tried to satisficed all our requirements like early check-in, extra card for room etc with her very nice and professional attitude. Room was spacious and clean, location close to tourist hotspots, is an ideally place to stay at Patong.

location is superb, calm and quite, near to bangla road, bit far from patong beach. Room clean and spacious. staffs are always polite and helpful. Language no problem here, Food was amazing. Breakfast make your days fully charged 👌. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Improved, better than old reviews”
Not sure what was going on with reviewers experiences before, but we got huge value for the money. Large room, nice view, access to pool, clean (no bugs!), super friendly staff who came out to great us at the entrance. As tourism comes back, this will be one of the gems. Also, don't believe the hype about closures, a lot was open near the street on the beach, and felt almost festival like - with street vendors at night at the far south end of Patong beach. Free wifi at hotel is fast, bathtub was also a nice surprise! Highly recommended. PS. NO Tanning lotion scams as other reviewers warned. They had a two for one special on sun block, and cheaper than the local shops.

The best budget hotel in Patong”
Do not let the cheap price fool you into thinking this is a cheap hotel. I have stayed here many times in the past and it is always good The rooms are big and spacious, especially the pool view rooms, building 1 has been renovated the everythig is brand new. The staff are super helpful and friendly and try tyo accomodate early check ins and late check outs and the pool is VERY nice Centrally located and set back from the mail street is the perfect location and the views are superb 10/10

We are group of 3 families with young kids, Good breakfast buffet, kids love the kids corner. Good location, clean room and friendly staff. 7/11 right at the gate, pubs and bars shopping more just close by. Really good trip!

Rooms were decent and the standard rooms are standard.... should you want to have a pool view. Please book the correct rooms accordingly. The staff were great and housekeeping was exemplary.
