Peaceful perfection”
Having stayed at many resorts all over Thailand, I can honestly say that the service at Amatara Wellness resort is second to none. The staff were the friendliest and most attentive I have ever experienced. Everything from the valet parking to the poolside service are just head and shoulders above the competition. Arno at the pool and Kelly at the reception were truly remarkable in their commitment to guest satisfaction. The villa was luxurious and comfortable with an amazing view. The breakfast was extraordinary with a variety of health conscious options. The pool was large with a great view of the bay and there’s even a private beach area with paddleboarding and other complementary activities. We enjoyed a daily complimentary yoga/stretching session at 2pm. Overall I can say that this is an exceptional and spectacular resort and I would give it the highest recommendation possible. The staff are the best I have encountered in my many trips to the various islands. I hope to return in the near future.

Incredible views, peace and quiet in Phuket”
We stayed in a Sea View suite. Pros: -Beautiful view from bathroom and balcony of suite of the sea and bay -Large living space, big comfortable bed (on the firm side) -Nice big bath, good shower -Beautiful hotel grounds, nice swimming pool and quaint private beach (there is kayaks and paddle boards provided but we preferred lazing around) -Reasonably priced shuttle service to various Phuket locations -Good breakfast selection -Happy hours at 3 different bars kept us very happy; the rooftop bar has beautiful views for sunset -Great staff, very helpful and seemed happy all the time. I forgot my hat in the shuttle on a trip to old Phuket and they were quick to retrieve and bring back to our room Cons: Very few - but if you’re nit picking -it is in a quiet area of phuket, which we loved; but taxis to travel outside of the hotel can be expensive -when making up the room staff forgot to check our toilet paper and we had to call reception for a replacement roll

My first solo trip with Amatara Wellness was beyond my expectation!”
I wanted a solo trip to getaway and relax for a couple days and was so glad that I chose Amatara Wellness. My first impression at the entrance was that this is such a zen and luxurious place. The ambience was great, the service I received was fantastic (Joy provided me with exemplary services and I would like to take this chance to commend her on her work), my room was way beyond what I imagined it to be (clean, big and also classy) and I felt that it was very value for money. I posted some pictures of my room on my social media and have recommended to a few friends to come to Amatara for their getaway. Amatara Wellness provided me with such a great experience for my first solo trip and I will definitely be back again in the future.

Best stay in Phuket for a romantic getaway”
Absolutely lovely experience! We picked Amatara to celebrate our anniversary and it couldn't have been better. We wanted to check in early at 1pm, and the staff did their best to accommodate. Since we couldn't check in until 2:30pm, they granted us a late checkout until 3pm which was a nice offer on their part. We booked the Bayview Pool Villa and they upgraded us to the Oceanview Pool Villa free of charge. I surprised my partner with a special package the hotel offered, which included a rose bouquet, rose petals with a romantic note on the bed, and a rose petal + candle lit bath. They executed everything perfectly! It's an anniversary that will be hard to top. The staff were exceptional and very attentive. We did the floating breakfast package and their private beachfront dinner promotion, both were wonderful experiences. I've never experienced a private dining experience on a beach, but for my first time it amazing having a dinner and server cater to your needs (we were truly spoiled that evening). If you're looking for a restful and/or romantic getaway from the hustle and bustle of Phuket, I highly recommend Amatara!

Best holiday ever”
Stayed at the ocean pool villa for our honeymoon. Loved all the complementary items and services that we got (bottle of champagne, laundry services, cocktail at the bar everyday at 6pm, one time free high tea at the library, yoga activities). On top of that, it’s a bonus point that this hotel is very near to halal food restaurants and the small night market also have muslim vendors. We didnt have to have lunch at the hotel as there were a lot of choices outside, they even have 7e nearby, a big one with lots of food to choose from. Its a secluded area with not many people unlike patong. Its a great place if you just want to rest and relax. Totally recommend this place!!

Amazing Relaxing Holiday”
Amatara exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in they made us feel like VIPs. It is an absolutely beautiful resort with well maintained facilities and gorgeous views. Our room (sea view) was huge, with a comfortable bed, and free mini bar. The resort offers many classes (yoga, boxing) and you get the first class free. We also utilized their spa (which is more expensive than going out of the resort, but it was incredible!). They offered free transportation around the resort which was always quick and convenient. There are also a lot of restaurants and spas outside of the resort and we went out everyday. It was nice to have the option to leave the resort for a change of scenery, but also to save some money on food and spa services. We had a late flight out (midnight) and they let us utilize a room for free for the evening after we had checked out of our room. Overall it was perfect and we are already looking forward to our next trip to Amatara!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Shout out to Arno at the moon bar for a great friendly service. The infinity pool is just stunning. Food is amazing. the pavilion villa was the stuff of dreams. We have stayed in few 5 star resorts before and Amatara is not over the top flash, its still luxurious but authentic at the same time. they leverage on the amazing views and create an amazing ambience with their night low yellow hidden lights. Thanks to everyone at Amatara who made our holiday perfect especially after 2 years of lockdown in Australia.

Our pool villa was so stunning, all the design details of the room and resort as a whole are emaculate. The resort feels intimate and relaxed. The staff is smart and cheerful. The rooms are big, clean, and very comfortable. The Grill restaurant was very good and enjoying cocktails on the roof deck while looking at the sea was fantastic! The beach is also lovely. Small and secluded with beach chairs and kayaks.

If you want a hotel away from it all this is it. The hotel is far from the line light and hustle of the other cities we visited. Which is just what we needed. However, on this side food choice are limited. No matter what the hotel is clean and perfect for a getaway.

The staff were amazing- their service was brilliant, they were knowledgeable and very helpful. The resort was very peaceful and it really is a “wellness” resort. The library was another beautiful touch, I could have spent hours in there. The facilities were absolutely amazing...my only regret is that my stay wasn’t longer. Best hotel in Phuket I've staid in. And I've been going to Phuket every year at least one time. The hotel is amazing, everything is perfect. The staff very nice and very attentive to all your needs. I ususally never give 5 stars, but this resort was beyond amazing. From the resort room, location, private swimming pool, staff, customer service, beach dinner, and spa, it was incredible. Pricing was slightly over priced, but for the service and facilities, it was worth every penny. We enjoyed our time here very much. We definitely recommend Amatara.
