Chose to stay here because I had a great dining experience at Zoom Sky bar. The atmosphere is nice, beautiful view, and the food is delicious. When I entered the hotel, it felt very luxurious. The front desk had a pleasant fragrance and gave a sense of the hotel's elegance. At first, I thought the accommodation would be very expensive, but the price was not as high as I expected, so I decided to stay. It was definitely worth it. I chose a suite room, Balcony. The room was very spacious with a living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms. There was also a work desk, which was very convenient. The bathroom was also very spacious and had a bathtub for soaking. It's suitable for people who want accommodation with a rooftop restaurant to relax. The hotel is located in a good area, with convenient stores, shopping malls, and restaurants nearby. I stayed for one night and was very impressed, so I decided to book another night. However, there was a mistake and I accidentally booked the same room again. When I informed the Front desk about the issue, they handled it and contacted Agoda and the hotel to resolve the problem. The hotel listened, understood the problem, gave advice, and helped solve the problem very well, so I was able to continue my stay. Anyway, the hotel staff were very kind. They were very helpful and when they saw me in the lobby looking bored, they asked about my plans and recommended places to visit. They even remembered what I had said the day before and recommended transportation options and even reserved a taxi for me on my way back (which cost 500 baht by the way). I was planning to use Grab, so it was great that they took care of it for me. The room was very spacious and I was relieved to find out that it was a twin room as I had requested. It was on the 18th floor and had a great view. I stayed for two nights and on the first day, there were no bath towels or bath mats. It was funny, but I didn't say anything and they were there on the second day. The water pressure in the shower was weak, but the hair dryer had great power. There was also a rooftop bar called "Zoom" which had a great atmosphere and a view of Bangkok. The drinks were also delicious, even though there was a strong gust of wind. In terms of location, the nearest bus station was the closest, and it took about 10 minutes to walk to the nearest BTS station. However, there were delicious food stalls, restaurants, and take-out drink shops nearby, so it was fun! It was a very reasonable price for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

When entering the hotel, there is a pleasant smell coming from the front desk. The room was also clean and it was nice to have a full-length mirror. The bathroom was spacious and easy to use, and there was no problem spreading out makeup tools. Since there is a Terminal 21 and a supermarket in front of the hotel, shopping was not a problem. Although the convenience store was only a short walk away, it was not a problem at all. There were vending machines selling drinks and food on the guest room floor, so we could buy them anytime. The staff were always smiling and kind! Thank you very much!

The room is spacious and proportionate, clean, and the breakfast is decent. The rooftop bar is beautiful and the cocktails are delicious. The steakhouse is tasty and they have a happy hour. The staff provides good service.

Though there is a language barrier with the housekeeping staff, the room was maintained clean and well stocked as requested during our entire stay. Our requests were promptly attended to (including having the air vent cleaned as soon as we arrived) and we had a very comfortable stay. Very clean linens were given, spotless living room and dining area, even glasswares and cutlery were provided. We were also treated with a selection of delicious, well planned entrées during breakfast. Though, we highly recommend that the noodle soup and congee is served hot. (I had to request to the server to heat up my noodle soup.) The location is near Silom where most of our engagements were located. We highly recommend to always take a Grab though. Taking a bus or the MRT is not recommended if you will stay in this hotel. Taxis are available at the main entrance of the property (few minutes walk from the lobby) as it is hard to come by at the lobby. Over-all, this property is highly recommended. Expect wear and tear in the rooms but they have managed to maintain the highest level of cleanliness and keep up with the demands of their guests the best they can. Check-in may somehow be an inconvenience since this hotel is very in-demand and always booked, you can expect a lot of people in the lobby either arriving or for departure, or sometimes there may be some delays during check-in. If you would like to stay here, better book in advance as their rooms sell out fast especially their one-bedroom suites and skyline suites. Guaranteed... you will have a wonderful stay at JC.
