“Exceptionally great location, but don’t expect anything else”
This is smack in the middle of the old town wherever you want to access it is probably within five minutes of walk. 1. They never pick up the phone or respond to the emails so don’t expect any customer service before you arrive at location. 2. If you pay for the breakfast, clearly you will be unsatisfied as we were. One loaf of white bread, one plate of salami and ham, one carton of milk, and one carton of orange juice, small tubs of three variants of cereals and some slices of cheese — is put forward on the bar top for all the occupants of the hotel. If you’re super lucky, you might end up getting your coffee or tea. Mind you the breakfast is 9-10 AM, however, during our stay only one day they serve the breakfast at 9 o’clock rest. It was much delayed. 3. Their policy is to change sheets after the third night. We had mentioned to the reception and the housekeeping staff to change ours, but however, nothing happened. The housekeeping staff found it be fitting to leave two towels and two tiny wash gel bottles on the table outside the door and call it a day. When we tried to reach out on the issue, no response came, and we had to become the housekeeper to find and change the sheets. I don’t like to project negativity about people trying to do business so we will appreciate Mr. Zlatko Sabanov from the front desk try to be hospitable and behaved very warmly. Since we were checking out very early in the morning, he even agreed to keep a bottle of milk and bottle of orange juice in the freezer for us to use. Some people mentioned before in their reviews that no AC was working however we found AC was what and being centrally controlled at 17•C.
