I will be honest here. This is a business hotel. The kitchen closes at 3 pm and it is just basic. So for dinners, we headed outside or ordered using Grab app. Rooms are small but they are clean and I wanted a quiet hotel which this is. Don’t expect any lavish breakfast spread here. It’s super basic (bread and eggs) and if you are vegetarian, then I would suggest you choose another property. The location is great. Little India is a 10 Min walk. There r multiple restaurants in and around the hotel. The 2 metro stations are 10-15 mins walk frm the hotel and the bus stop is just a min away.
I have stayed at this hotel three times. It's close to the areas I want to visit and the MRT is a short walk. The rooms are a reasonable size and has the usual facilities. The rooms are spotless and the bed comfortable. Towels are changed daily. I'm a frequent visitor to singapore and have stayed in a number of hotels (which I recommend people to do). This gives you a good idea of value for money etc. I'm already looking forward to my next stay at Aqueen.
Been suction here so many times the staff always give the best service possible no matter how crowded or busy they are non of them ever give attitude and always cater to my need as a smoker!!always make me satisfied with my stay especially they know im they regular client who always come and stay with this hotel!! I landed on 18th of September 2025 at around 9 am in the morning, when my taxi dropped me to the hotel he had no change cash so I had to ask from the receptionist she pulled my $100 dollar bill in a rude way and gave me change, soon after I had asked assistance to get my luggage from the vehicle but I was denied in a rude way and had to carry my bags up the stairs, thereafter I was in the counter for check in she was speaking to me on a high tone that check in was at 12 pm and I had arrived early and they cannot provide me the room, I had clearly mentioned my arrival time when making the booking that I’ll be coming at 9:00 am One of my family member asked me if we are getting the room now and she interrupted and shouted saying that we should clearly know check in time is at 12PM. She also shouted at my taxi driver saying he should have change if he’s driving a taxi, which was really rude Hotel rooms are not really spacious, they will only clean rooms once in 3 days ( that’s their policy) so we had to do our own cleaning. Taking the breakfast option is not worth at all they only have 2-3 options on the buffet Rather get cheaper and better breakfast from nearby restaurants When I had asked for 2 extra pillows the same receptionist said she can provide me with only 1 as they have only limited pillows Everytime you connect to the WiFi you have to login, it doesn’t connect automatically. I don’t recommend this hotel for the price you can rather stay in better hotels for this price provided And having staffs like that women will only make the hotel look bad to Customers DO NOT BOOK IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A PEACEFUL STAY!

As a solo traveller, **Aqueen Prestige Hotel Jalan Besar** in Little India was a solid pick. Its prime location, a 6-minute walk from **Mustafa Centre** and near **Farrer Park MRT** (0.6 km), makes exploring Little India’s vibrant food and culture scene easy. The compact room was clean, with free Wi-Fi, AC, and a comfy bed. Staff were friendly, and the small rooftop pool was a nice touch. However, thin walls meant some noise from neighbors, and the MRT isn’t right next door. At ~SGD 147/night, it’s good value for a clean, central stay. **4/5**, but bring earplugs!
