My recent 7-night stay in a premier 1 bedroom suite at Arcadia Suites was an absolute pleasure. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of space to relax and feel at home. This is our repeated stay. Staff service were excellent and very spacious comfortable room. We like the bed as we had very comfortable sleep. Repeated stay so we forgot about taking photo.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff went beyond being helpful of anything we needed. We opted for the breakfast, and it was very good, with a good selection of dishes. The room is a little dated, but clean , and everything worked. The washer & dryer in the room is a nice amenity, it got a lot of use. The location is a short walk to a BTS station, and they gave a Tuk Tuk service that will take you there. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed 5 nights. Booked this place upon recommendation of a singaporean influencer but I wld not recommend this hotel to others. The hotel provides free tuktuk service to the nearby mall Central Embassy. Right after the check in, the hotel staff who was very friendly helped to bring our luggage to our room. We thought their service was so warm until he asked us for a tip the moment he dropped the luggage at our room. This was quite a turn off as he had literally not done anything besides bringing our luggage into the room. Definitely made me feel that the service was not genuine. The spaciousness was well worth the price. Overall, room seems pretty clean. Bathtub was a really beautiful addition. They provide detergent for the washing machine at a very small fee. However the kitchen area smelt of sewage - maybe due to poor ventilation? Bed was comfortable! On a few occasions we did not indicate that we want room service but they came in anyway. This may be a red flag to people who are particular about privacy. During our stay, they also warned us that on one of the days, the hotel aircon maintenance will happen in the day time - which is something i have never encountered w hotels. Overall, rating is 6.5/10. But I would not return as there are many nice hotels at similar price points.
