I really like the pillows here. They are convenient as they are close to the Ba Mee Rung Reung shop and near the Phrom Phong station. Although the sound of the computer processor is a bit loud, I can still sleep well because the bed and pillows are soft and the smell is clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Arize Hotel Sukhumvit and would definitely choose it again for future Bangkok trips. Its location is fantastic, with a Michelin-recommended street food stall (Rung Rueang Pork Noodle) right next door and a 7/11 just across the street. We loved being able to walk to BTS Phrom Phong, Emporium Mall, and a variety of great restaurants. Our "twin room deluxe corner room" was excellent value for money. It was spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a microwave, refrigerator, basic utensils, and a hot shower. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating to all our requests. The only minor issue we encountered was the placement of the showerhead in the bathtub. This occasionally led to flooding on the bathroom floor after a shower. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the Arize Hotel Sukhumvit. Its prime location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff make it a great choice for exploring Bangkok.
Nice place BUT”
This is a nice hotel but i must say it doesn't let me sleep. The KTV opposite is loud all night until morning. There is absolutely no soundproofing at this hotel nor the KTV so if you know the song you can antispasmodic sing along with them. Windows are thin and have no protection against the sound and walls also do not block noise. Sleep at this place is no good. The room is dated and bath tub has water flowing to the floor. Bed was uneven and the mirror is tinted. Balcony has black stuff and bird droppings so it was not good to go out nor open the doors. Both living space and bedroom have windows that open. It is open plan and it does have doors that slide shut to enclose the bedroom. Lighting is ample and light from outside is nice in the room. Gym equipment was damaged so i didn't use it and pool was small. Also i want to mention that being in Sukhumvit business district they do not offer delivery drop off. I told them every other hotel in this area have this service and after a chat they agreed to collect items i was expecting. I find that poor as there was so many business customers here and to not offer a business service is no good for business visitors. I didn't eat in the hotel but it is so close to food outside there was no need to eat here. Check in was straight forward and doorman was very helpful. First impressions was it looked very nice. Room was nice and had a kitchen with a stove and cooking requirement plus a plate, a bowl, fork and spoon. A large fridge and dining area. Right beside it was a comfy sofa and work table. Bed area was OK and one cupboard which would be too small for 2 people i think. Toiletries available and bath with shower. Toilet has a washer which was nice. The room is dated and wasn't fully cleaned until the following day as there was dirt in a few places. There are 2 air con units and 2 tv which was great. The bedroom air con i kept off as it was right on top of me when i slept. Overall the staff were approachable and cleaners food a good job and friendly. Building kept clean and tidy and pool looked clean but i never used it. It is only a few minutes to the BTS station and massage shop along the way. Round the corner is a laundry shop and Motorbike taxi and very good local Thai food on the door step. There are 3 expensive shopping centres here catered for rich and the foreign. I gave a low score because i cannot sleep and after a few days i am tired and grumpy. Be warned. This Road is super busy so if you need a taxi you will need to give extra time

It’s about half the cost of the hotels nearby. The area was good. It’s in Japan town. Michelin star noodle shop and 7/11 nearby. The staff were nice. If you want to leave your luggage on day of check out it’s just left in the lobby. Lobby is often unattended. I tried to call down for service a few times and no one picked up. I ordered coffee from the grab app and they wouldn’t allow my driver to come up due to safety reasons. They said they didn’t have staff to deliver. Safety: all the fire exits are blocked by mattresses and extra bed cots. The flashlight in our room also doesn’t work. Would not have survived a serious fire here. Gym: half the cardio equipment is out of order. The cable machine has snapped and also out of order. There’s weights but not much room to use it. No water in the gym. The room itself was big and clean. The shower leaks out. No conditioner. Shower cap and toothbrush provided.

Overall rating: 7.5/10 PROs: near bts, there’s a 711 in front, easily located by grab/bolt (most hotels are inside a soi or small street, but arize has a huge sign so its hard to miss), cleaner was obviously dedicated to make the room new after each room cleaning. Bathtub is fully functional, very clean and maintained. Enjoyed a few bath bombs during my stay. CONs: at night there are no street lights in front of the property (common in bkk?) though I did not feel in danger as a female solo traveler, gym only has ONE treadmill working, pool has rust in the tiles. Upon check in, the room smelled like mold?? There are also a few sketchy stains in the restroom. If you’re looking for value for money, this is ok. However, if you want gym and pool that’s decent enough for you to use, this is not it. This area is quiet, good for sensitive sleepers.
