“Renovation hotels”
I stayed here from May 4 to May 5, 2025. The hotel was still under renovation during my stay, which affected several areas of the property. The lobby was very quiet, with only a few staff members around. I believe they could benefit from additional training — during check-in, the staff was sitting in the far right corner of the lobby counter, and the lighting was quite dim, making it hard to see them. The swimming pool was great — large and long, which was a highlight of my stay. There was no restaurant available due to the renovation. Since I booked a room with free breakfast, I received a breakfast box with a burger. I think this could be improved by offering guests more options. Most of the guests seemed to be locals, and while a burger might suit some, not everyone may be happy with that choice. The room itself was spacious and generally okay, but a few facilities need to be checked more thoroughly before guests arrive: The shower jet was broken and had to be manually adjusted using the faucet. No towels were provided — I had to go to the lobby to request them. Room cleanliness needs improvement — I found a baby cockroach in the sink upon check-in. There were quite a few cats roaming around. I personally didn’t mind this, as I’m an animal lover. Overall, I was happy with my stay, especially considering the affordable price. For the rate offered, it’s understandable that the facilities might not be perfect.
