Nice stay”
Overall, It was a nice 5D4N stay. I went there for business trip. The hotel room was nice, clean, and larger than other hotel. However, a friday night was a bit disaster for me as a band sound in the surrounding cafe or bar was too loud and I couldn't have a quality sleep. Better to not choose hotel room that located near the road. The breakfast, for me it was just ok. The first 1 or 2 days, the food was below standard but it was getting better in the next days. Hopefully they can increase the food taste and the variety in the future.

Amazing stay at Aruna Senggigi. They had decorated our bed for our anniversary. It was beautiful and very sweet of them. The hotel is very clean and the staffs are very helpful. There is also a water cooler outside for refill. There are many shops around the hotel as well. The private beach is beautiful! The room is very pretty too! Would love to stay here again in the future.

we stay at deluxe twin bed room (number of room is above of 200). Its located next to Marina Cafe which host live music. The sound from the cafe is not provides good silencer/ dumper or etc. So we ask to switch the room, and fortunately, the staff is very helpful, and the second room is better located than before.

Impressive! The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The room was spacious and comfy. The only cons staying here is there was live music until midnight in cafe accros the hotel. For light sleeper, better ask the room in the back or cottage

Cleanliness Needs to be Reviewed”
On a short one night stay, the room did not meet my expectation mainly because of cleanliness. It has ants from the coffee area to the toilet sink and the door. I still can see cup stains that is attracting ants crawling. Despite that, seems like the room is not clean up for stay as the room floor seems dusty and the cupboards sides have dust. The toilet could have been better as the lightings are too dimmed. Management team should look into it to make it a more pleasant stay.

Preparation for the New Year party that day has swept the whole hotel staff somewhere else. Engineering was overwhelmed. Managers at the late morning were not attentive. I wrote them an e-mail and never got reply. I do knot know why i put such a high marks for them: 2 stars.
