it was pleasureful stay at the cyberview resort and spa in cyberjaya, malaysia. those who have business meeting in putrajaya or cyberjaya even in kuala lumpur may consider to stay this cyberview resort and spa in cyberjaya. it provides cozy and calm environment with 5-star hotel facilities. it is a resort style hotel in city which is very rare. you can fully relax after work.

It’s not far from Kuala Lumpur/near to Bangi, and yet it feels totally serene and calming. Nice green ambiance. Pool is lovely. The room is modern with nature theme. However, the food (Breakfast) is not up to mark considering the price tag. It is nice for a short getaway for those living nearby.. Celebrated my husband's birthday with a quick getaway at Cyberview Resort. We love the place! The room is huuuge , very spacious and loved the bathroom. There was a bath tub so my husband really enjoyed that. lots of greeneries and they even gv us complimentary cake for the Birthday. Once you're at Sembunyi SPA, they will leave you alone for you to enjoy the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna room! . Friendly staff, and beautiful pool. highly recommended!

The best getaway”

I had an amazing experience staying at Cyberview Resort & Spa. When we first arrive, the staff was extremely friendly, informing that we did not need to bring our luggage as we can drive and park at the room directly. Upon walking into the beautiful lobby greeted with nothing but respect from all the staff who provided professional service with a smile. The room provided is clean and went above and beyond my expectation. The facilities is amazing all but the pool was a bit painful due to the flooring of the pool but all was good. Definitely value for money for travellers and people looking for a quick getaway. Will definitely come back for some RnR or special occasion

Everything is SUPERB!”

We keep coming to this resort and we never leave it dissapointed. This has become our bi-yearly family activity. The location is very strategic, close to shops and various type of restaurant. However you might need cars to go anywhere, except if you want to move around withing the resort compound, you can just call for their 24H buggy service. Our kids love the swimming pool. We stay in Deluxe Challet and it was really convienent. We heard there were fire incident a day before our arrival, however the management had done a very good job in sealing the affected area. Its almost like nothing had happen there. We wish that Cyberview Resort & Spa will be recovering soon.

Good location for visiting Putrajaya and Cyberjaya”

Good value for money as the chalet room was quite large. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Cyberjaya and Putrajaya are easy to drive to from here, however the resort is not ideal if you want to visit Kuala Lumpur city center. Spa was included in the room price which was a pleasant surprise.

Rooms Upgraded to A Bungalow :)”

My rooms were upgraded to a bungalow. We were very happy and satisfied with the bungalow unit! Thank you Cyberview Resort & Spa :) This is my 2nd time staying at Cyberview Resort & Spa this year and overall my 3rd time staying at this hotel. Will definitely come again with my family :)

Huge rooms, lovely gardens and friendly staff”

cyberview resort spa is inviting as soon as you get there. staff are friendly and efficient, rooms are large and well appointed (comfortable bed!!), gardens are beautifully landscaped and inviting and there is good choice of restaurants and entertainment. unfortunately i didnt get to try the spa treatments, but just something to look forward to when i return.

Great place for a quick short gateway but bad experience with Sembunyi spa”

We were here for short weekend gateway and it was a special weekend for our mother who celebrated her birthday on the month of August. Everything there was almost perfect from the reception counter during check in to the check out was smooth. We even had our dinner there (the Merdeka dinner) and we enjoyed our night the food was awesome, there were live band too and the service from Verandah staff were the best. But we were dissapointed during our visit to Sembunyi Spa. The staff named Norhidayu were very rude to us. With her no-smiling face she told my brother who were with my mom, that a wheelchair cannot enter the premise. Don't she ever thought about our wheelchair-bound mother who were there listening to what she said? or maybe Sembunyi Spa really don't welcome a wheelchair bound person to enter the spa or using the service? We were shocked, and she too were not welcoming us at all to the spa. We asked for a short tour inside the spa to see the famous said Jacuzzi but she said we cannot go inside. Only can go around the outside area such as swimming pool and such. We are the customers of the resort but she treated us like we are not belong there. Such a shame for a Sembunyi Spa for having such a staff, because I believe based on the reviews we read the Spa offers good service. But after that experience, we dont even bother to come back. The resort yes, but the Spa a big no. It hurts to see people treating your mother like that. We can't take it. Hats off to the management of the Resort and keep up the good work. We'd like to come back soon!

Good despite late check in”

We arrived on 25th of Dec at about 315pm for check in. However, we were informed that our rooms were not ready and had to wait. Other guests had the same issue. So we waited, but after an hour and a half i went and asked again if the room was ready, and it wasnt! Luckily the manager Kumaran was there, so he made a few arrangements, and we got downgraded to a another available room. We sorted the difference out, and he was kind enough to throw in extras to make it worth out while. Such a gentleman! Although other guests clearly were unhappy with the late check ins, staff remained calm and did their best to accomodate. I would suggest more housekeeping staff next time around for Cyberview resort to avoid simillar issues. Please escalate this to your top management. All in all, we will definitely return, but not during a school break or public holiday. Beautiful place, just need a bit of tightening up on the check ins.

Very luxurious and the perfect place to unwind”

My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time at the Cyberview Resort and Spa. The room was beautiful, with a big, comfortable four-poster bed. We ate at a couple of the restaurants and drank cocktails on the deck. We also swam in the beautiful pool and sat under the waterfall. The buffé breakfast was great and everyone who worked there was friendly and very helpful. We will definitely be staying there again on our next stop-over.

Quickie Retreat”

I've been to Cyberview Resort during a company trip some what 10years ago. I was pleasantly surprise that the service and place is still as good as I remembered. We were greeted warmly upon arrival and throughout our stay. The executive deluxe chalets which we stayed could use an update, but it does have a rustic romantic feel to it. We definitely felt transports to a tropical paradise with all the greenery and chirping birds. Another thumbs up is the Sembunyi Spa, fabulous beyond words!

this is my 3rd time staing at cyberview other ,excluding having lunch and company training. always enjoy staying here except for: -on my 2nd time stay at here (i think around Sept 24, 2016 – Sept 25, 2016), selangor affected by water disruption including at cyberview as well. so, there is no water supply even at bathroom. expecting that cyberview will at least give us discount or free voucher due to that issue but unluckily nope. we even need to take bath at r&r dengkil during our stay coz its impossible mineral water enough for bath time. and for this time im thinking to add on breakfast but unluckily no buffet is provided. 1 of the reason we come here to celebrate my husband's birthday is we really love breakfast & lunch buffet at cyberview. but, takde rezeki ;D other than that, cyberview is almost perfect!

This resort hand the property are amazing. You feel like you are in beaches vibes. The employees are gracious and friendly. This is the second time we have stayed in Cyberview Resort & Spa with different type of rooms. Let’s just say we didn’t want to leave.

Relaxing and a Great City Gateaway”

The surrounding of Cyberview Resorts & Spa is very calm and relaxing. We like to spend time beside the pool and relaxing in the Jacuzzi of Sembunyi Spa. It's definitely a great resort/hotel choice for short city gateaway.

Booked through agoda without breakfast for MYR224.07 promo .upon checkin we received a complimentary breakfast for 2.the breakfast buffet has everything you could want.landscape at cyberview is like a tropical heaven.staff are friendly.the pool is gorgeous.the room had 1king bed&1single bed.the bathtub &design of the bathroom is also beautiful.bed comfy.the whole room design was jaw dropping with sort of bamboo stick designs on the ceiling.had a balcony so could relax there and smoke.&each&every staff we passed were so friendly,even the cleaners.totally recommend cyberview if you are looking for a place to relax.

Absolutely beautiful resort hotel. ”

this is our second stay at cyberview. it is perfect for a quick turnaround from the airport if you don,t want to go in to kl. i was sorry not to be able to stay longer to enjoy the first class facilities. the asian and italian restaurant onsite were both first class. the rooms spacious and spotless. i was looking for a fault after reading excellent reviews of this hotel and could not find one. you are not within walking distance to shops if that is what you want. the staff were lovely.

GREAT RETREAT FROM HOME,”

I loves the surrounding with lush landscape surrounding the swimming pool and chalets. The room is spacious with bathtubs and fully equip with additional pillow and towels. Friendly staff and there is a lot amenities such as fine dining, restaurants, sports bar and lifeband. Short gateway from KL or Selangor, 10 minutes drive out of the resort to find foods, cigarettes and groceries. You can always watch a garden wedding on the weekend sometimes, nice. You can always stay one or two nights there and take a drive for 25 minutes to Mitsui Outlet at Sepang and shops for clothes. I surely comeback again soon. TQ Cyberview....

Great place for a getaway”

I've stayed here many times and consider this place as my getaway. If you are looking for a place not far away from the city, cyberview would be a great option. Their spa services are one of the best in town. Spa facilities are good and the atmosphere is very quiet and peaceful. Cons: Sometimes there can be a lot of mosquitoes inside and outside the hotel room at night.
