Wonderful hotel with excellent service !!!”

baiyoke suite hotel is definitely one of the best hotels i've ever stayed in. it is centrally located in the heart of downtown bangkok. excellent locality , clean rooms , delicious american buffet breakfast with spectacular view of the city, which starts about 05:00 am till 09:45 am, staff is very friendly and helpful specially their bell captains. it is only a short distance to bangkok's famous siam square entertainment and shopping area, silom central business district, embassies, and major tourist attractions. at your doorstep is the exotic pratunam market with local delights at great bargains and platinum shopping mall is hardly 10 minutes walk from the hotel. public transport is easily available from the doorstep of hotel. also, it is not far from phaya thai bts station which also connects the bts with airport rail link. i strongly recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Pratunam market is only just outside the hotel lobby where you can bargain for a much cheaper price. Places of nearby cheap shopping are at platinum mall, MBK, Siam Palagon centre, Siam square, Siam centre and Indra Square. Baiyoke suite is clean with friendly staff. The hotel serve halal food which is quite cheap and affordable. Sleep in deluxe room on 30th floor with view of bangkok and the room have separate living room. Will definitely sleeps in baiyoke suite hotel on my next visit to bangkok.

I always prefer BAIYOKE........ Last time i was in Bangkok i stayed in Baiyoke sky ....this hotel is superb with all kind of facilities for kids , this time around i was with a bunch of my friends they all loved Baiyoke suite hotel . location is great right in the middle of shopping hub indira square market 100 mtr away ..... all indian food restaurants 100 to 200 mtr away , pratunam market platinum mall , electronics mall all within walking distance from hotel the only negative you can find in this hotel is their lift...you have to wait at least 10 minutes to go up or down...Rest everything about this hotel is good spacious rooms; clean environment;decent smiling front desk staff and welcoming bell boys .... all good .

The hotel is in good location to Pratunam market and Baiyoke mall, good for shopping moreover for grocier fashion bussiness & local culinary. The hotel itself has bigger room then usual, I have stayed at king deluxe suite and deluxe. For deluxe, we have pay extra bed bit they gave us four beds, its really amazing for travel with family, they can stay at hotel full comportable. The hotel is old decorated but still comport to be stays here. Breakfast at 43rd floor and we can see Bangkok city from the highest level of the hotel facility. The foods are ok and many kind of menu, we can taste the local food also here. The staffs are very friendly, willing to help and kinds. I really enjoy was stayed here. Also in front of the ground floor of the hotel, there is tourism agent, we can ask and buy the packages and attraction from here with the cheaper price compare to the original at the location. They are including drop to and pick up from the location also if we buy the ticket only

I have been staying at Baiyoke suite everytime I came to Bangkok (perhaps on 5 occasions) and that was because its really is a good hotel, convenient for shopping arrival and departure as the train station Ratchaprapop is visible from the hotel. The staff at the hotel are excellent and are ready to help you at any moment. The breakfast is very good but if they could change it at least once in two days it would be better as I was there for seven days this time but it was the same every morning which is not what a long staying guest would like. Last year I complained about the tiny cockroaches to the front office and they had seen to it and I found only one this time which I got rid of it myself. They have improved and I have no hesitation in recommending BAIYOKE SUITE to anyone who is looking out for a hotel in Bangkok.

I have stayed at Baiyoke Suite Hotel both of the times I've been in Bangkok. I´m going there this summer for the third time, and I would never choose another hotel to stay at. I love the location, right in the middle of the great shopping market. You can easily walk a bit to get to the big stores, like MBK. The rooms are big and fresh and the view from the restaurant is great, like the breakfast and dinner buffet.We also enjoy the nice pool area, and the foot massage. Baiyoke Suite is the perfect stay for us, for a good price! See you in july!

Thumbs up for Baiyoke Suite Executive”

My stay in Bangkok was excellent. After a long day of shopping & walking along the streets, it was comforting to unwind in the luxury of my room. I love how they separate the hotel into two rooms - the living area & the bedroom. It lives for privacy if you have guests & the large area allowed me to keep my shopping bags at the living area while the bedroom is less messy. I like how they are generous with their television channels. I particularly enjoyed SUNCinemas which had a continuous variety of different movies to watch when I'm back in the hotel relaxing. I ordered a couple of dishes of the room service menu & I must say that I was rather impressed with the quality of the food. Should I return to Bangkok again, I will definitely choose a room in Baiyoke Suite. Thank you for making my holiday such a pleasant one :)

okay first of all..this i already my 2nd time stay in baiyoke suite hotel...really nice hotel with perfect location if you want to shopping because the hotel surrounded with shopping place, in the same building you will get some mall, lot of fashion stuff...in the front street you'll met indra plaza same as baiyoke..but the best part is..the pratunam market right in the side of hotel and just take a little walk you'll find platinum mall..great fashion stuff and delicious food....but this is my suggestion..choose the executive suite room...the standard room it's look old and little low light..but the executive is great room...and one more..the breakfast is amazing!

Unexpected. Beyond expectations”

After looking through the numerous bad reviews about Baiyoke Suite before my stay, I was very skeptical about staying there. I've stayed at Baiyoke Sky before and was expecting Baiyoke Suite to be much worse. However, I was in for a pleasant surprise when I arrived. Pros: The hotel was just above the Pratunam market. The staff were very friendly, including the bell boys. Service was prompt, even the room service was efficient. I asked for a toilet roll and was given one within 15 mins. Room was very spacious, like a two-room SG flat. Did not hear my neighbours at all. Great view of the street below ( can literally see the different shifts of vendors setting up stalls from evening til dawn) Cons: Toilet is actually acceptable. A bit run-down but functionable. Never engage the taxi services provided outside the hotel lobby. Overall: I have not experienced any of the negative services experienced by some other travellers.I've overheard the traveller beside my room who complained about the toilet bowl flooding though. I guess I'm just lucky to get the room 414.

Cheap & best only suit hotel in Pratunam area”

We were staying in the superior suite of this hotel.! The suit room was big enough and was having all necessary room ameneties like aircon,hot & cold shower etc in good working conditions ! Breakfast was also good and enjoyable.This suite hotel in suituated in the pratunam market area,hence those who are staying less in bangkok and have no time to shop,then they should stay here as they would be able to shop in evening also once they finished their daytime work/sightseeing. This hotel is price about 50% than that of Baiyoke sky hotel ! Those who cannot afford to stay at baiyoke sky hotel can stay here with much less price ! Rest all good , will definately stay couple of nights here in future.

Really Looooove This Place”

Actually I booked a Standard Suite from Agoda, luckily when I arrived, the hotel upgraded to Executive Suite, so I guess I'd review the executive one :) and my comment is I really really love the room, the view, and mostly the location, which is surrounded by cheap market of Pratunam and really close to Platinum Fashion Mall which filled with cool stuff. The suite has a big living room with wooden floor. The size is almost similar with the bedroom size which the floor was covered with carpet. Imagine, it's like you have two similar size of room with different use but with only one price which is also a really good value of money. I surely will stay there when I go to Bangkok again.

the baiyoke suite hotel was for us the best choice in bangkok. a good location it is the next to the last stop on the skytrain from the airport, cost 40 bht's about 80 pence. the hotel is next to a large market which has some great street food and some bargins can be found on the market. a must is a river taxi which is very cheap. and visit the reclining buddha. we will visit bangkok again and will stay at the baiyoke suite hotel for sure.

Dated Hotel with Nice Breakfast and Good Location”

I stayed for 4 days at the Baiyoke Suite Hotel. I choice this hotel because it was walking distance (5-7 minutes walk) from the Ratchaprok Airport Sky Train Airlink Station. In the past I have stayed at the sister hotel Baiyoke Sky Hotel which I liked very much. Since the Baiyoke Sky Hotel was fully booked I opted to stay at the Baiyoke Suite Hotel which is about 2 blocks away. The Baiyoke Suites Hotel is an older hotel. The have made renovations to the lobby area which looks fresh and new. They have also made renovations to the rooms. The rooms still looked dated and old even with the renovations. The rooms were quiet and clean. The air conditioning had troubles cooling down the room. It took several hours to get the room comfortable after returning from a day out touring and shopping. The bathroom was dated and we actually had out hot water heater die requiring a room change. The breakfast (free with room) was a buffet style offering. There was a decent selection of items to get your morning meal and day started. I will probably stay at the Baiyoke Suite Hotel again due to the price, buffet breakfast and the convenient location to the AirLink SkyTrain.

Baiyoke Suite Hotel is worth the price. I also just found that I got the best deal from Agoda for this hotel. Booking through Agoda is easy. Check-in at the hotel is also easy and fast as just need to produce the confirmation slip from Agoda. The recommendation for this hotel is good and convenient, especially for those who love to shop and eat. There are many shopping malls, street hawkers and night bazaar, all within 15mins walk. Can spend at least 3 full days shopping around the area, hence save alot on the transportation.

Worth Every Penny”

Baiyoke Suite Hotel is situated in shopping area. So, you can visit the night market and pratunam market where most sellers can speak English well. The room is spacious and nice. Hotel's breakfast is nice on the 43rd floor with great view. It would be very nice if the hotel management allows the guests to enjoy view from the balcony in their rooms. Room cleanliness is so-so. Felicities are old but still working. I will stay at Baiyoke Suite again.

me and my wife travel to bangkok once a month, and we always stay at the baiyoke hotel because the location is good for her to place an order for clothing, she open a boutique shop at malaysia. we stayed baiyoke boutique, baiyoke hotel before, and the best is the location, secondly is affordable and third thing is good service with smile and room is clean. we seldom use the hotel facility because we normally came back to room already at night. overall baiyoke suite hotel management is worth to stay. every hours have a shutter bus to mbk shopping mall(town area).

I was in Baiyoke Suite Hotel Bangkok on 25th Oct until 27th.It's suprised me that the hotel is too convenience for shopping.The Pratunam shopping area is just infront of the hotel and there have so many shops around that area.It's a great holiday for me and i'll go and stay in that hotel again.

Exceptional”

Baiyoke Suite Hotel is value for money. It has a large dinning room with a lazy man chair to relax and a separate bedroom. I have no quarrels with my stay. It is old but it is clean and liveable. The cleaning staff is hardworking and keeps your room clean when you are out. But in my latest stay there, I have a small complaint. The hot water is not constant. After adjusting the water to the temperature you want, half way through your shower, the water may become cold or hotter. The maintenance staff should do something about it. My final remark is: for the price I paid I am more than satisfied with it.

Better than Good”

I think Baiyoke Suite Hotel can have a better rating as it is the best hotel I ever encountered at Bangkok. The front desk was friendly to all customers. However, the bad thing to Baiyoke Suite Hotel is there is no free Wifi for the guests. The guests have to purchase their Wifi service. But overall, the rating will be quite high on my end.

Great Location Big Room”

great stay like always! best location in the heart of the wholesale pratunam market! food is always easily avaliable once you step out of the hotel. affordable room rates with massive space! always my choice of stay! the only down side on this stay this time was that our air-con was down on the 2nd last day, but the gee us another room on the same level as fast as lightning! within 10mins, we were given another room! kudos to that! thanks again baiyoke suites!
