Overall, a pleasant stay. Consider The Best Bangkok House a bargain find, and is conveniently located near Ratchathewi and Phayathai BTS stations. Can not complain about the size of the room for the very low price paid. Only drawback may be having to walk down the alley to and from Petchburi Rd. Please be advised that the hotel does provide free golf cart service to Petchburi Rd. from the hotel. Take advantage of it!

Our Stay at Best Bangkok House”

Our stay at the Best Bangkok House was really good. We were greeted by their friendly staff everytime we came in and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. They gave us tips on where to go and who not to trust which was really helpful. The first night we got to our room, we were so happy to see that it was nice, cozy and clean. Everyday, their staff would come by to clean our room and I can say that they can be trusted because we didn't loose anything. I would really recommend this hotel to my friends and family since we had an exquisite stay at this hotel.

Affordable and Highly Recommended”

I highly recommend Best Bangkok House Hotel. The hotel is very affordable, clean and they have friendly staff. The place is near all the tourist spots in Bangkok and they also have a golf cart that will bring you to the main highway where you can catch a cab. The lobby is simple but it's inviting. If you're a budget conscious traveler I suggest you go for this Hotel. Best Bangkok House is indeed one of the BEST hotel there is in Bangkok.

Hotel at strategic location and a lovely golf-car”

Best Bangkok house is located at the strategic place, the Phetchaburi road at the area of Pratunam. The shopping centre are mostly within walking centre like Platinum Fashion Mall, Phantip Plaza (for IT and computing stuffs), Big-C, Central World. The nearby BTS station is Ratchathevi, where you only need 1 station to get to Siam area (with access to Siam Centre, Siam Paragon, Siam Complex, MBK, WaterWorld). The best part is the golf car. Some says the hotel is located at the end of the road and it is very far. However, you can always take golf car to the main road, and you can even call the hotel to arrange golf car to pick you up at the main road as well. There's a good thing about staying at the end of the road, where you are away from all the noises and traffic from the main road. In one sentence - you are so near to be far away in the heart of Bangkok city.

I have a short but wonderful stay in Bangkok from 11 th Nov to 13 th Nov. Thanks to the convenient furnishings provided by Best Bangkok House Hotel, I could accommodate myself comfortably and fulfill my goals. They've provided my sinsere services with the sweetest smiles. I'll choose it if visit Bangkok next time.

The staffs at the Best Bangkok House Hotel are very friendly and helpful even at the worst of times in Bangkok. The hotel is located very near that Central World shopping plaza which was set on fire during my stay there. Panthip plaza, an IT shopping haven is just about 5 minute walk from the hotel and the other shopping malls like MBK are not very far away. The hotel room is quite big and comfortable - would like to stay there again if the rates are reasonable.

Quiet hotel tucked away in one of the districts”

Best Bangkok House was a bit secluded at first, and it was tucked away right at the end of an alley behind the market area of Pratunam. However, upon getting orientated to the city it was actually quite conveniently located, a ten minute walk to the main street and a ten minute walk to the markets either way, where it was quite easy to hail cabs. The rooms were very big and very clean, with amazing bathrooms. Staff were friendly but and communication was halting but reasonable.

I wanted a budget hotel, based in the Pratunam area. Best bangkok hotel was fantastic value for money,and right there in the bargain fashion district. When I arrived the Hotel lobby was disapointing, very small and old. The recepionist was pleasent and helpful, as were all the staff I met. My surprize was when I saw my room, it was fantastic. Very large, separate sofa and TV section with ceiling fan. Large comfortable bed and air con at the opposite end. The bathroom was very modern and well equiped, with bath and separate shower room. Room was cleaned well every day.... I will definitly stay here again

the hotel was located nearby to pratunam farmous shopping area of bangkok. They provides free shuttle service to pratunam from hotel too! Bts station of phaya thai was just a short waling distance from the hotel that make you easier to get the bts linking with various attractive places around bangkok such as chatuchak market, siam paragon, siam centre, siam discovery and saphan taksin bts to reach Asiatique and river side cruise.

We really really enjoy staying in this hotel :) .We stayed in deluxe room with big,comfy and clean room and also friendly staffs. And the important is, this hotel is situated in a great location. Near pratunam market and platinum fashion mall. We will stay in this hotel in our next visit to Bangkok.

The best bangkok house is a very affordable yet decent hotel to stay in. The location is good because it is located in the heart of the city. Though it is fairly old, it provides clean rooms for your visit to thailand. The staff is very accommodating and area where the hotel is surrounded with places to get a good thai massage as well as shopping. Overall, I recommend this hotel to those who have a tight budget but want to stay in a decent and nice hotel to appreciate the beauty and wonders of thailand.

Great place to stay!”

Very big clean basic room. If it was much nicer I would not want to go out and explore. We liked it so much we stayed again for 2 days after our trip to Pattaya. It was so close to nice restaurants and even the lady selling street food next door had some great fried noodles for only 40 baht. Our 2 year old ate everything we did and never had any problems. Just said no spicy and every place said ok. Mr. M our taxi driver said he would take us to the airport on the 10th at 6:30AM for free! I paid him 500 baht, its a 45 min drive. This hotel has a few English speakers that have a wealth of info. The in and outs where to get the best deals on food and shopping. Some workers are not much help but are still as helpful as possible. They loved our son, taking many pictures with him and took him outside to look around they loved to carry him around.

My stay at the Best Bangkok House Hotel had been reasonably comfortable. The room has appropriate amenities such as a bar fridge and TV to keep us entertained at night. The beds were comfortable. Most importantly, the price was highly affordable. However, the pillow case and the bed sheets had specks of black dots on it. Perhaps, greater effort could be undertaken to eliminate them during washing. Although the hotel provides ferry service to the main road in the form of a golf club car, it is only a one-way trip. It had ferried us only from the hotel to the main road. Perhaps, shuttle service with regular timing can be provided for the guests to board it from the main road to the hotel. If not, it will be a rather long walk from the main road to the hotel.

Feel comfortable when reach the Best Bangkok House Hotel with their kind and helpful staff. They provide great service and good accomodaton as well as the very helpful shuttle service instead of walking to our destination. Their staff also very polite and treat us well. Their hotel room design is quit old style look but feel warm ad comfortable when staying there. Located not far from few famous shopping complex were we can reach there around 5~10 minutes times and will be in a minutes if we are using the shuttle service. The only cons is that the hotel located at the end of the road which will be a bit difficult to locate it if it is the first time you went there.

"Located not so far away from Pantip Plaza or Pratunam, however since the hotel was located deep inside a Soi 15, it's a bit hard to get there if you carry a lot of bags (and when you check-out as well). The room itself is clean and nothing wrong with, pleasant to stay, if you don't mind the locals yelling and passing train horning sometimes in the backyard. The staff are very friendly and kind. I recommend this hotel to budget travelers or backpackers, or those who travel alone or two just staying in Bangkok for a day or so. "

Generally it was a pleasant stay at the Best Bangkok House Hotel. It is very close to Platinum Mall and Pratunam Market. People who like to shopping, it is a good place to stay. 15 mins walk to the Central Word and Erawan Shrine (Four Face Buddha. Even the hotel is located deep in the street, they offer shuttle service, send and fetch customers to/from main road.

i stay few hotels before in bangkok. i come across this hotel in agoda.com. i am delighted to stay here as the price,the service they offer is quite satisfy my need. the hotel also provided free transport to main road, pratunam market and bayork area. its very safe and convenient. as wat i tell to my family, we will visit this hotel again for our next trip to bangkok.

Had a four nights stay at best bangkok house hotel and it was good. Although the hotel is located in the deep end, they provide free tuktuk service to the main road from the hotel which makes things more easy for us. Hotel facilities and cleanliness was good. Friendly staffs. Allow us to put our luggages at the lobby after check out. After all, good stay.

this is the second time that i have stayed at the best bangkok house, and whilst we are not talking a ritzy 5 star hotel here for the price that you pay you can not complain. right down the end of soi 15 off petchaburi rd, great clothes shopping on your doorstep (walk out, turn left and left again...you are in the thick of it). for anyone looking for a reference point, right in the shadows of biyoke sky hotel. a great place to stay for the budget minded but still nice and clean and huge rooms.

well, me n my frens first time staying in this best bangkok hotel location quite far from the main road if u wish to walk out from hotel to main road. but, they provide gold car free service to send us from hotel to main road n pick us from main road back to the hotel everyday.so, it was quite convenient when u staying there. they dun hv buffet style breakfast but it was a gd breakfast too sausage ommettle with toast come with coffee and orange juice enuf to fill up my stomache. nice bed for us to rest n sleep after whole day tired of shopping. room not very big but not too bad as we thinnk. overall.... great ! i will still back to stay over there for next visit !
