Well organized, friendly, and extremely clean”

I've been traveling back and forth to Thailand that past several months, always requiring a night's stay in Bangkok. I will never stay at another hotel again when I'm transiting except for the Kriss Residence. After traveling on planes for 24 hours, Kriss made my overnight transit stay in Bangkok easy, most comfortable and pleasant. What a nice bunch of people working there, all with true Thai "smiles" and really caring about me as the guest/customer. I will stay with Kriss for now on whenever I am transiting through Bangkok.

clean and conveniant hotel”

i booked kriss residence bangkok because of it's distance from the airport. it turned out to be a good thing. on arriving in bangkok it was already past midnight. on my last day in thailand, i booked again at kriss so that i could rest up for a good price on a good bed. all in all, i loved the hotel and if i ever have a short lay over in bangkok, i will book here again.

Clean and tidy hotel”

great location as connecting plane to khon kaen wasn't till next morning, i had to find accomodation for the night close to the airport. kriss residence supplied me with transfers from airport to hotel and back the next morning. clean rooms, free wi-fi, water and a friendly smile. i would recommend this to anyone and will be back. cheers, jerry from oz

Basic bed and breakfast hotel near airport”

Had an early connecting flight to catch. was looking for a room near the airport. found kriss residence. good, big but basic rooms, new and clean. package comes with two-way airport transfers which is convenient. takes only 30 mins by airport rail link to the city. highly recommends to budget travellers who have early connecting flights to catch the next day.

Nice hotel to stay before leaving Bangkok”

I liked our stay at Kriss Residence. People there were hepful and kind. We stayed there only for one night before our flight to Surat Thani. The room was clean and nice. Really good place to spend the night before going to the airport. They also had transportation to the airport.

Hidden Gem”

Kriss Residence is a gem. They do everything well, no problems. Quit area, close to airport, awesome open courtyard of coffee shop and restaurants 1/2 block away. Food service was delicious.

Agoda bargain”

The Kriss Residence is well worth a visit, as this hotel offers cheap and efficient airport transfers, is close to the airport but in a quiet, secluded location and boasts clean and spacious rooms and friendly and helpful staff. A minimart is also under construction downstairs, although 7-11s are in close proximity for 24 hour snacks.

Unexpectable accomodation conditions ”

unfortunately or fortunately, we had to spend some more hours in bangkok, because our departing international flight and we had to book a hotel in the last moment, to be able to take a rest before our departure.so we were considering the cheapest options available.and we found criss residence, which it was much higher then our expectations. the room is quite modest, but really pretty and it allows you to feel comfortable.we saw they have a restaurant also, with a nice menu, but we didn't reach the opening hours, so because we really needed to eat something,the nice receptionist advise us to go and buy some thai food from a near supermarket,just 5 min distance.the water was free of charge in the room and for our departure we also had a car organized, who took us to the airport.if w'll have the chance again, for sure we will be on their rooming list, next time we'll be in bangkok.

Excellent”

We stayed a night to make another flight connection the next morning. Kriss has people at the airport near Gate 4 in black blazer with Kriss emblem. You just find one and they call the hotel to have a van pick you up at Gate 4 (in about 10 min.) and will return you to airport also.

Clean, Brand New, Jet Engine white noise...”

i was met at the airport place and driven to the hotel. the room was clean and brand new. the tv worked fine. the next morning i was taken back to the airport. all in all, a fantastic one night stay. dependable, efficient, and very very affordable, i paid about for the room including a round trip drive from and back to the airport. just can't be beat, and was so much better than sitting around the airport waiting for my friend to arrive after i had spent 20+ hours on 4 flights to arrive in bangkok at midnight. i was so glad that i had reserved the room, had it paid for, had a ride waiting for me to take me there... i slept great, was back at the airport 12 hours later rested, showered, feeling great and ready to start our adventure when i met up with my friend!

close to airport with shuttle service, clean room”

big rooms for 750 Bhat only, plenty of plug outlets for your computer and phone at desk - where needed. Really best deal near airport Suvarnabhumi. did not eat there, but in the restaurant nearby, so my score for Food Dining does not relate to the hotel, but the restaurant nearby.

Clean simple rooms and great for early flights”

kriss residence turned out to be great for the price and location to the airport. just 15 minutes away, i had little hassle getting to the airport at 4 in the morning. the rooms are simple, clean, and fairly large. the 7-11 across the street proved to be perfect for a cheap snack/meal and small necessities. the location of the place is a bit hidden, it's right next to a gas station and down an alley. there is a sign by the alley though. other visitors commented on how the bathrooms are outside, however, i was upgraded automatically to one within the room which was appreciated. i suspect the hotel is perfect and suitable for early/late flights and short layovers.

Hotel close to airport”

I was looking for a nice hotel close to the airport for nice price. Kriss residence is not the newest place but kind of OK to stay even the connection if you dont want all the time use the taxi is not the best one. Pool was nice, but just with few hours of sun. The receptionist was really nice and let me shower in the afternoon in one of their room before my flight! So much appreciated.

Nice place to sleep for a few hours”

Very close to the Suwarnabhumi Airport, the Kriss Residence is a very convenient, and adequate place to lay your head, or freshen up after an "off hours" arrival. I've stayed here three times, and have always found it to be super convenient place to go if I had a late night/early morning arrival (before my BKK hotel would be likely to let me have a room). Purchase the shuttle to and from the airport, from the list of options. And after you've rested/cleaned up, simply have the shuttle return you to the airport in order to take the train into the city.

Incredible place for a quick layover. ”

i was surprised at how incredible this place was. it was close to the airport as advertised and perfect for a bangkok layover. i have highly recommended this to my friends in chiang mai who travel often. the airport drivers were good drivers and the bellboys were very helpful taking the time immediately to repair the lock on the door. you have my vote and you will surely see me again very soon and on every visit through bangkok.

great location and great service”

i highly recommended this hotel. 5 mins from airport. the taxi was prompt to pick me up. wake up call and transfer back in the morning was right on time. the driver(s) and hotel staff were very polite and helpful. and the room was fantastic: big, comfortable double bed. excellent washroom etc., large spacious and with air con and satellite tv. i would say for the price, this hotle offers exceptional value. only 1 quibble: the restaurant was closed and looking at the menu it seemed very expensive for what is basic thsi fare.

Ideal for overnight”

Found Kriss hotel to be convenient for overnight stay between conecting flights.The rooms were spacious and clean.The staff were friendly and efficient.Set in back street with 7/11 store close by. Due to a mix up on our part we did not use the free airport transfer but this was a 10-15 min.run and ran regularly.Included breakfast was O K and considered hotel value for money.

Very friendly and warm receptionist who made me feel welcome. No food avaliable at Kriss so I had to go looking for a restaurant which wasn't easy, everything is in Thai and the people in the area do not speak much english, I ended up buying fast food at 7-11. I would say it's not a farang-friendly area, because of this and that there's barely nothing to do in the area, so I wouldn't recommend a non-thai-speaking person to stay here for more than a couple of days (if you don't like to eat Thai-food not knowing what you're eating). It's perfect for one night between flights etc. though. I stayed for 2 days, and what I did to get the time going was to go to The Paseo Mall (search on google for info/location etc.) and to lad krabang park (a really nice park). Just a short trip if you grab a songtao for 7-10B. Overall a price worthy place!

Nice hotel - close to airport”

i chose this hotel as i had an overnight stay in bangkok with an early morning flight. its 5 minute drive from the airport. hotel is not that easy to find, taxi driver got lost so if you can take a note of the hotel number so the taxi driver can phone them. clean comfortable rooms at a very reasonable price. i would stay again.

Close to airport”

the room was ok, clean enough and a little dated but ok for 1 night and close to the airport for an easy transfer. the price included a 2 way transfer which is a real bonus. the staff were very friendly and the transfer was on time. the room had your own bathroom, tv and fridge, all in all if you want somewhere cheap with transfers and close to the airport for 1 or 2 nights then this hotel is fine.
