This is my 3rd stay at Palazzo Hotel with my family. Just like our previous visits, this visit enchances once again our belief that Palazzo Hotel is second to none in respect of valu for money pricing, location, service and general accessability to and around Bangkok. In addition, the size of the rooms as well as the amenities available were totally up to mark for the price charged and there were no complaints whatsoever as to our stay there. All in all, a hotel to be recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable and reasonbly priced hotel in Bangkok.

Most Bang for the Buck”

palazzo hotel is my favorite hotel in bangkok especially if you book through agoda. you can have the luxury feel without the luxury price. however, they do not have printing services but they did refer me to the larger hotel across the street for me to print out my boarding passes. the breakfast buffet is outstanding with an abundant amount of selection. directions from the airport: take city train to makkasan walk to petchaburi mrt station (5-10min walk), head to huay kwang station take #3 exit, and the hotel and all the male entertainment centers will be within a block. up to you if you want to check in the hotel first or go straight to the massage places. prices are between depending on your relationship with the papa-sans. have fun!

Im a frequent traveller to bangkok at least 3-4 times a year for buisnes or pleasure.been recommended by thai friends to stay around 'huay hwang' area( ratchadapisek) since i 1st got there in 2005.always staying around, ratchada city,swissotel and even emerald for the good location. i would really have to say that this is so far the best affordable hotel ever ive stayed in, being rather stingy as a person when comes to price & quality . i would highy recommend the palazzo to any foreigners & the their staffs are superb.

Value For Money”

Palazzo Hotel had always been my choice as the preference was to be at Ratchada area. A very short distance away from Huay Kwang MRT station, making travelling with ease to link up with either the City Link or BTS trains. The hotel is valued for money. Breakfast with ample choice. Room is clean and no foul smell. A 7-11 store opposite the hotel for basic essentials. A short walk to Huay Kwang market with lots of shopping and food available.

my family and i stayed at the palazzo hotel for 3 nights during our visit to bangkok for the korean music wave 2012 concert. as with our previous stays at palazzo, the experience is a thoroughly enjoyable one as its location makes tarvelling to and from the airport a convenient one. in addition, the availability of the mtr just a short walk away form the hotel makes getting to downtown bangkok for shopping so much easier, especially during peak hours. finally, the abundance of amenities such as a 7-11 eleven store and massage places nearby the hotel further adds to the wonderful experience which my family and i had during our stay there.

to whom it may concern my stay at the beautiful palazzo hotel as always was very delightful,it has a very good location,in walking distance of the underground,the staff as always was very helpful to make sure that all my needs were meet and they were.the hotel is one of the cleanest i have ever stay at ,the maids do a more then satafactory job. and the buffet breakfast is the best i have tried in any hotel in thailand. so if you plan on coming to bangkok, please by all means stay at the palazzo.

It was a great stay at Palazzo with great hotel staff services. The price is reasonable for the quality of the hotel. Good size rooms with great cleanliness maintain. Great room service dining with a wide spread of delicacies. Great location as well. Peaceful and quiet location away from the heart of the city but still very near to the city. I have stayed at Palazzo Hotel for many times and each time I stayed there, the hotel service just keeps getting better.

I stayed at Palazzo Hotel for 3 nights recently. Although I have stayed there before, nevertheless it was a pleasant surprise to me that the amenities and services provided have in fact improved from my last service. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the hotel staff were all friendly, attentive and helpful. For the price one is paying, I would have no hesitation in saying that Palazzo Hotel offers great value for ones money.

the hotel has great price, since i got approximately 40% discount deals. so it still in my range of budget. also the room is great since i got king size bed, lcd/led tv with numerous channel, clean bed, great looking room and also the most important for me is clean toilet with a shower after you finish your pup (sorry couldn't find the right vocab). i usually trip 3 times a year, and if i got the excellent price again, there is no doubt i will choose this hotel again. thanks palazzo.

Excellent Hotel”

Whenever possible, whenever I travel to Bangkok, I like to stay at the Palazzo Hotel. On this occasion I even upgraded myself to a Studio (nothing to write home about!). The Palazzo is now popular with Chinese groups and the lobby was very busy and noisy. But once on the floors , all is calm again..... Rooms are a good size, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom has a good assortment of basic toiletries. Of course, I shall return again.......

A good but aging hotel”

i picked palazzo as a second option, due to my favourite hotel, hip hotel, being fully booked. palazzo has been around for a while, but it is known to be rather value for for money, and it's central location makes it ideal for those who love shopping centres. it is about 5 minutes walk from huay kwang mrt, which makes getting around both easy and cheap. you can get taxis pretty easily from the hotel's doorstep or from the main road. if the taxi driver does not know where palazzo is (you might want to try saying "pla-zoh"), tell them to head to emerald hotel (they might say "eh-mer-ron", don't freak out, it's the same place), which is less then 5 minutes walk from palazzo, and is more widely known. the rooms are clean, but you might have a mosquito or two in your room. this is quite a common to non-5 star hotels in thailand, so do not worry, just alert the staff and they should get that fixed for you. you will be provided with 4 large pillows, i noticed some have commented that the beds are hard, but this is quite the standard in asia. in the toilet, for the superior room type, there is only a shower. be warned those of you who like hot water, palazzo and hip hotel water is lukewarm at best! the toiletries provided are shampoo, bath gel, a shower cap as well as a bar of soap. with that said, i strongly recommend you head to the 7-11 opposite the hotel to purchase the toiletries there. they are stocked with travel-sized options for many brands, so they come cheap and are way better that what is provided by the hotel. in addition, you will need to purchase a toothbrush and toothpaste from there if you have not brought your own. hotel staff are polite, and most can speak basic english, with some able to hold a full conversation. food is decent, i originally didn't purchase the option with breakfast because i know where to eat around the area, but did try to breakfast one of the days because i was lazy, and for the price paid, it was a decent bre

I travel to Bangkok quite often and each time I will choose to stay in Palazzo. I have tried other hotels but eventually I still prefer Palazzo. It is the location, price and the friendly staffs that bring me back here. My wife likes the breakfast very much. Accessibility to shopping nearby is also a plus factor. Sometimes we can just walk back to the hotel which is not very far. On this trip, I was given a smoking room. Each time we enter the room the smell was bad. We requested a change of room the next day and the staff immediately arranged for us another room which we are happy with. There are also many massages and good food around. I certainly will come back to this hotel. Just a suggestion, it will be good if the rinser hose is slightly longer.

My 5 nights' stay at Palazzo hotel was hassle-free and comfortable. The room facilities were just right, and I appreciated the fact that the bedsheets and towels were changed daily. The buffet breakfast spread had plenty of choices and the cooked food was reasonably good. I especially liked the location of the hotel, with easy access to the MRT system and to the nearby Robinsons and Carrefour shopping areas. And of course its location at the centre of the Ratchada entertainment district is a real attraction. I also found that getting to and from the airport was quick as it bypassed city centre traffic congestion. All in all, it was good value for money, especially with the Agoda discount. I would recommend Palazzo to anyone looking for a clean comfortable place to stay with easy access to trains, shopping and entertainment areas.

Great Location for shopping”

Whenever we are in Bangkok we stay here at the Palazzo Hotel. Very convenient to travel to with good size carpark. The staff are always welcoming and we have a trouble free stay here. The bedrooms are a good size, are quiet and have lots of cupboards and hanging space. Good size plasma screen but English speaking channels, limited. Bath robes are included which is a great bonus. Breakfast is fine but not as good as in the past. Still I would recommend anyone to stay here.....

Value for Money”

In general, Palazzo Hotel is very value for money. Good location, clean room and very comfortable. Hotel staff is generally helpful and attentive. I enjoyed my stay very much. The only issue I encountered is that there was a very large group of tourist from China and they go to the breakfast about the same time and it is very crowded during breakfast and the hotel does not have enough staff to cope with that in term of clearing and cleaning the tables and etc. The internet is chargeable and cost per day which is a very significant percentage of the room price. Apart from these two points, I have no other concern.

the hotel palazzo is a very pleasant hotel. clean, spacious and friendly helpfull staff. guest rooms very clean. the location is excellent for shopping, only a short walk from robinsons and carefour, as well as other shops and restaurants. breakefast for two was very acceptable considering the overall price. we will definitly stay at the palazzo again.
