Best Experience! Love at First Stay! Great Hosts! ”
My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and loved every second of staying at this welcoming hotel as well as being in Chiang Mai. The hosts were so helpful and kind, the hotel is beautiful and impeccably cleaned and maintained. There are comfortable common seating areas throughout the hotel - their back garden is a beautiful oasis in the city. The breakfasts were light and healthy and nicely made - great coffee to start your day! The ladies who run the hotel are charming and lovely and give this place a great vibe! ( and I'm a woman!) The location was great. There's an awesome tailor shop (Tip Top Tailors) across the street, where we had suits made by Kumar and Anthony. Great guys who do quality work! I didn't want to leave here! The ladies of this hotel definitely enhanced our stay and we will make room in our schedule to return before leaving Thailand! Love the beautiful Come Chiang Mai Lanna Boutique Hotel! Book with them, you'll be happy you did!

Recommended: Charming, unique & super friendly!”
The come Chiang Mai boutique house is very nice furnished as for the region typically in the Lanna style. This means dark wooden pieces and lovely floral folk art ornaments. The stuff 5 women and one boy are super friendly and very helpful! They cleaned the relatively small room every day and breakfast is uncluded. You can choose of different meals. The location is perfect - right in the old town inside the wall. You can walk or rent a motor bike, as we did. Don’t miss the Sunday handcraft marked for unique souvenirs!

Beautifull hotel”
We stayed at the Come Chiangmai Lanna Boutique Hotel for five nights. It was perfect for walking around in the old town and also only 15 min to the airport and busstation by car. Our room (superior) was beautiful, the only little complaint would be that there was no safe and no fridge, but of course we knew that before. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything. The breakfast (included) was great, the coffee amazing. Would go back anytime.

Quaint Boutique Hotel”
this quaint little boutique hotel in chiangmai's old city is a newly-converted house in the lanna style. the rooms are of a decent size, clean, and well-decorated. be warned, however, that those with twin beds (deluxe) don't have windows to the outside. our particular room's source of daylight was a window to the bathroom (which in turn had a window), which can be a bit tricky if you'd rather not have your roommate see everything you do in there. our room's bathroom did not have dividers/enclosures separating the shower and the toilet area. you basically wet most of the bathroom floor when you shower.

Great Location. Nice, helpful staff”
The location is perfect for exploring the old city, night bazaar and other activities in Chiang Mai. While the staff doesn't speak too much English, they can understand and were so nice and very helpful throughout our stay. Plus, the A/C worked marvelously! Also, they had plenty of outlets readily accessible so we could charge our phones, iPads, portable battery packs, and camera. If you decide to stay here, you should be aware of the following: - The rooms are small (but we really only slept there) - The bathroom is Asian-style (toilet/shower/sink all together without any separation) - in our room, the shower was right next to the toilet so every time you shower, the toilet is completely wet. - Limited toiletries provided: tiny soap bar and a pump with shampoo. If you need more, bring your own! If I were to come back to Chiang Mai, I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful guesthouse in old town of Chiang Mai.”
I stayed at a first floor with the room name: kettawa, all rooms are named after a flowers name. Not sure how Kettawa looks like but in Malays language, kettawa is translate as "Laugh". Haha I guest this room contains positive energy that wants to make you laugh. Come chiang Mai guest house has a very nice court yard, believe it has been recently refurbished. You can enjoy your breakfast either near the lobby or court yard, both provide lovely enjoyment. I stayed for two days and check out very early in the morning at 6am. The staff are so kind to prepare our breakfast before 6am and it gave us warmest feel of chiang mai people. I wish I could stay longer .... Come chiang mai, no wonder the name is so seductive... Bravo!

Cute hotel”
During my first few nights in Thailand, Come Chiangmai served as my base of operations during Song Kran, the Thai new year celebration, and my culinary tour of the night food markets. My favourite of which is located conveniently close (5 minutes walk) at the Chiang Mai gate on the south of the old city. There are several Wat's (temples) within walking distance, and numerous restaurants. The famed Walking Street Markets are also close by. A highlight of my stay at Come Chiangmai was the openness and hospitality of the staff and their friends. Seeing that I was travelling alone, they invited me to join their table on the terrace, and actively included me in the conversation, despite the large language barrier. The memories from these few nights I will treasure!

Nice low cost hotel”
This hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old city, close to very sympathetic places. The rooms are fine and the breakfast is up to the standards in this part of Chiang Mai: do not expect your usual continental breakfast which feeds you for the rest of your day, but it's a well cooked and served breakfast. By Chiang Mai's standards it is a very nice budget hotel, you can find much better and more expensive but this one is hard to beat for its price.

Overall, very good experience”
We spent 5 nights in this hotel just this past week (the first week of February) and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and throughout an incredibly busy week, they were attentive when we had requests. The breakfast was also good, and for the price that we paid (room+breakfast), the overall value was excellent. The location is also very nice...we came to Chiang Mai from Bangkok, where we live, in order to rest, eat at nice western-style restaurants, and see the mountains. We were within a pleasant walk of lots of great restaurants and it is easy to find a lift to the mountains, as well. The only complaint that I have about this place is a horrible smell coming from the pipes or bathroom area in our room, but seemed to be present in many places in the hotel. I'm not sure what it was, but it was pretty bad. The only negative in the whole trip, but not enough to keep us away.

Nice boutique hotel with in a good location ”
Many travellers who have stayed here have mentioned the great location and nice beds that this cool boutique hotel offers. Those were the standouts for me. I would also say the deal I got was good too. Breakfast was included and it was tasty and well-prepared. Staff were very professional and attentive, which really made my stay memorable. Unfortunately, the wifi at this place was inconsistent and patchy. All in all, a good package at a great price. I'll definitely consider this hotel the next time I'm planning to be in Chiang Mai.

Loved it!”
We weren't looking for a luxurious hotel but for charming and cozy place and that is what we've got. The ladies that are running the place were super nice. It was easy to extend our stay with one more night and they assisted us with doing the laundry. The room was small but that never bothered us, everything was clean. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to Chiang Mai!

Good Food, Convenient Location, Good Internet”
We stayed at Come Chiangmai for four nights. The room was comfortable and modest. The furnishings were minimal. The bath was long and narrow, with only a show at one end. The air conditioning worked well. The standard rooms have balconies overlooking the main street if you like people watching. These rooms can also be a bit noisy at night. The internet also was very good, most of the time. The rooms are secured by a padlock versus a door handle lock or electronic lock. You take off the padlock, enter the room and secure your room from the inside. It works quite nicely. We had breakfast and dinner in the ground floor restaurant. The food was very good. Value for price paid was very good. If your looking for a hotel with a great location, good food, a comfortable night's sleep and good internet, you might try Come Chiangmai. 2MovingTheChi.com have been traveling since April, first through the U.S. and currently in southeast Asia. Nice stay”
We stayed at Come Chiang Mai for 3 nights and it was a pleasant experience. The staff is really helpful and gentle. You can find lots of information (maps, tours, etc.) When one of us was not feeling well, they were really kind and helpful. The kitchen ladies even asked how to prepare special meals. And they let us to check out late. All the major attractions are within a short walk, and there are many restaurants and massage places close by. The rooms facing the road can be a bit noisy in the morning, so it's better to take one of the other ones.

Great Value for the Price”
Very nice and quiet small family run hotel in a great location. This place is great for solo travelers, couples, or families not looking for a 5 star resort type place. The room was clean and exactly as described in the Agoda description. Rooms do not have phones so be sure to have an alarm handy. There are no room safes, but they will keep stuff in a safe at reception for you. If you are there on a Sunday, the location is perfect, right between both Night Markets and at a safe distance so you are not mobbed getting to and from your hotel. If you stay closer to the Sunday market zones, it could be annoying as the markets get packed from early to late evening. The area is great for whatever you are seeking in Chiang Mai, fantastic selection of restaurants, historical sightseeing spots, travel kiosks for planning excursions & adventures, taxis, money exchanges, and a short walk to regular markets and entertainment zones. Highlight of staying here: the family style staff setting!
