Great location”

we really enjoyed our stay with the staff being very friendly. this is our second time visit and we chose to book into the deluxe room which is very very spacious. good selection of tv channels and thai/american breakfast are very good every morning. its location is just 15 mins from airport and 10 mins from the centre of town by taxi. there is a taxi outside the hotel as well as taxi are not easy to come by in khon kaen. great fashion market opposite to the hotel.

A newclean hotel on the outskirts of Khon NKaen”

Enjoyed my time there and used the nearby local transport to come and go from Khon Kaen City. Berakfast is OK but no other real service available for Lunch or supper apart from Karoke food. Hotel is geared to the locals and if you understand this then it is a concenient place to use.

Good value hotel - when you find it ...”

The Pratunam Hotel has new, large, well equiped rooms, and very helpful and friendly staff, and offers excellent value for money whilst staying in Khon Kaen. Unfortunately the hotel is hard to find on your first visit as there isn't an English Language hotel name visible from the road, though there is in Thai. The hotel is a little far from the town centre, and shopping, if you don't have transport.

Not in the center of Khon Kaen”

Overall a good hotel but faraway from the center of town. About 10 km to immigration office 8 km to bus station and another 1km to the center of town. Just outside the hotel you´l find the pratunam Khon Kaen market with clothes from S to XL (8x) Staff, except the male waiter in restaurant, very poor on English

Great Budget hotel ”

Ideally situated for Dino World Water Park in Khon Kaen, Staff very helpful and close to indoor market, 7/11 and other shopping, short drive from the airport 15-20 minutes.

Newly renovated, Busy location”

The hotel seemed to be recently renovated. The room was small but clean. The hotel was very accomodating and the staff was friendly. The hotel is in a busy shopping area that is just outside the main city of Khon khen.

Very nice hotel ”

Fantastic hotel if you like shopping as the hotel is based in the Pratunam market, the rooms are clean and spacious great views across town depending what floor you are on. Breakfast is a little bit of a let down, you get Thai food or an american breakfast which is cold eggs frankfurters and ham, the thai food is piping hot but may contain dead insects,I found a dead cockroach in my food one day, and a dead catterpillar in my rice the next day which put me off from eating there again, but room service is fantastic and very fast service.

Well worth the money”

This hotel fufilled our needs perfectly, a couple friends stayed here as well and they were happy too. That being said we all had our own transportation because this hotel is not in the city center. There is a big shopping area right in front of the hotel and many stores nearby. Downtown was only a 10 minutes drive from the hotel.

for a total stranger to the area they need more signage and arrows to point you in the right direction to enter there hotel . the quility for the food for breakfast and eveng meals where very good . the evening meals there was very little delay from coarse to coarse and very clean alround where ever i went in the hotel . i will be returning back there next year and if all future client reviews are good at the time i would stay there again and tell any of my friends they should consider this hotel for service /value /friendly staff

Pleasant, friendly hotel in good location”

Car park facilities are limited. Only a a few spaces. Security looks after vehicles. There is a large public car park across the street which is less secure. Friendly, easy and quick checkin. Foyer OK, nothing special. Trips, tours, car rental available. Lift to room. Room was large and clean with comfortable bed. Good shower and toilet. No bath. Pleasant lounge area. Good TV service with several English language channels. Good fridge but only water in it. No sodas or beer. Coffee making facilities available and hair dryer. Room safe but safe not fixed so could be carried away. Room service available at reasonable price, Thai food only at reasonable price. I did not take room service so cannot comment on food quality. Breakfast OK. Good Thai food selection. Western options not so good, mainly toast and fried eggs. Drinks good and breakfast venue good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Some English but variable. No real problem here. Excellent price, £30 inc tax for deluxe room (£15 per night, two people B&B. Great value, nice hotel.

nice Clean basic hotel”

The Pratunam hotel is a large hotel with basic but very clean rooms. Large flat screen tv fridge a clean bathroom. Its is located near a large tesco and has a few restaurants and shops near by. They provide the usual breakfast egg toast bacon and sausage.The hotel is very good value for money.

A smashing hotel ”

This was the third time i had stayed at the pratunam the first time was in a luxury room, the rooms are spacious with a kingsize bed and a very comfortable mattress, the bathroom has a stand alone shower seperated by a sheet of glass from the toilet,

Great Hotel in Khon Kean”

our stay were good but with only rather noisy at night, could hear people quarrel at the wee hours of morning. the room were big with coffee making facility but some of the hotel towel were having stain and torn. the bell boy were excellent, greated us once we get down from the car and assist us all the way to our room. the breakfast is rather heavy with variety of asian food with rice. by the way, the outdoor pool were not for use, only for show. a bit hard to find the hotel. if you are coming from the town, make a u turn at the honda showroom and drive about 500m just before makro.

Really good for buisness traveler”

Hotel staffs were fantastic, helpful, smile, speak English, foodservice done every day, every room are smoking free, good for who like Thai breakfast, Wi-Fi connection is excellent, if you need taxi hotel can arrange too, Tesco Luta and Macro near by, I like it very much, but at end every one need deferent, so read other traveller comments and feedback too, Finally I would say worth to stay in this hotel. clean but crowded location”

pratunam located around 5 km from the city center, its located beside the main road but you will not see the name of the hotel because it was closed by another bulding in front of the hotel. we have to turn around twice because cannot find the hotel. the hotel name was written in thai so for foreigner its little bit hard to find. Its also located in side of pratunam market and if you bring car you have to get in side the market and park the car at the front of the hotel. the hotel doesnt have its own parking lot.

A lovely hotel with first class service. ”

Ihave stayed in this hotel many times now and its varstley improved, you now have a kettle for tea and coffee, you also have 102 tv channels, we also had a problem with hot water for showers, it was promptley sorted out, but on the downside we where plagued with minute red ants they came from everywhere we bought some and spray and eradiated them, it appeared they came from the shower room seiling,but apart from that a very good comfortable hotel.

Good location for clothes shopping”

The hotel is located near the clothes shopping center in Khon Kaen. The room facilities is fine for budget travelers. Room cleaning staff needed to be trained as they may know the procedure. I left the message to them for cleaning more dust in the room and they did it but not really clean. F&B and Front Office staff needed to be trained how to greet the customers and what service mind is? If the management can improve the cleanliness and staff service attitude. The hotel will be increase more OCC and rate!
