Baan Sabaidee is the best budget guesthouse i had ever stayed. The location just in the heart of Krabi town only about 2omins from the airport and 20 mins to popular Ao-Nang Beach. The surrounding amenities have everythings one needs. A big and clean market just behind the guesthouse provides very affordable breakfast and a Live Music pub (Face Bar) is just beside the guesthouse. Everyday except Sunday at 5.30pm there is free aerobic at the 2nd floor of the market. The caretaker is very friendly and helpful. Just within 5 mins walks away there is the 'Walking Street' of Krabi on every Friday to Sunday.Many local eateries everywhere and supermarket is just a stone throw away. A great guesthouse i strongly remmonend.

Excellent service”

Baan Sabaidee is the best guest house i ever stay so far.... The receptionist was friendly and nice especially the aunty, we couldn't exchange money in the late afternoon because of the bank at krabi town close early. She brought us walk to the whole krabi town just to find a money changer for us. Even though we were not be able to change the money at the money changer, in the end aunty was the one who change for us. They even arrange transportation for us as for our next day journey to the airport early morning. We reach the airport on time and have a safe journey back.

Clean, large room with friendly staff”

Baan Sabaidee was a nice, simple hotel. It had very large, clean rooms and the staff was very helpful. We only stayed one night, then got a Ferry to Koh Lanta the next day. The staff booked our ferry and arranged transport to the pier for us. It's also very close to the night market in Krabi city. Overall, nice hotel for an overnight stay but not much to do in town so i wouldn't stay for over a day.

Perfect rest spot with fantastic hospitality ”

Perfect location for early morning fresh food market & night markets, 5 minute walk to anywhere else you need to be in Krabi town. Simple & easy place with a room, clean, safe, super friendly and hospitable staff. Perfect place to base and explore from there. I chose Bann Sabaidee after reading a review by another traveller that talked about the Aunty of the place & how great she was. Turns out Aunties name is ‘Na’ & she was absolutely amazing!! Any help, advice, organisation of anything you need she could do! 10 stars for Aunty herself!

Comfy and practical 2 stars hotel ”

We stayed at the Baan Sabaidee for one night only, we arrived late and checked out early morning. We didn't stay long but if we were to go back to Krabi we would book at the same hotel for sure. The hotel is very colorful. The manager of the hotel was very welcoming and smiley. The room are average, exactly what you expect for the price. There is hot water, cable TV and free water in the room.

Good place to wait for the plane”

We stayed in Baan Sabaidee Krabi Hotel while waiting for our flight and the staff was very kind with us. She took care of our luggage and, for breakfast, did some coffee, jam and toast. But warning: the place is very simple, has small rooms and no elevator. You are not going to a paradise resort. But I definitely recommend it for a quick stay.

Lovely hotel - would stay there again!”

we stayed at baan sabaidee for one night, it was the cheapest (paid 400thb) and best place we stayed at on our thailand trip. room was very spacious with tv, hot shower (very clean), comfortable bed (crisp white linen), freezing cold ac if you like.. free internet access and breakfast (toast and coffee/tea). location is very convenient (lots of shops, restaurants etc around). staff was friendly and helpfull, our room had a window to the stairwelll (of course there is a curtain) but we did not care at all! we had a massage every day in a place near the hotel (there are many salons around)

Great budget hotel ”

We had a great time in Baan Sabaidee. The auntie was really helpful and nice. She helped us organize our trips to Emerald Lake and to the islands nearby. We have been picked up from the hotel. Very convenient. She is very knowledgable and she still knows about the concept of hospitality, which is quite rare. Value for money as well. The room is basic, clean and spacious. We had complimentary water as well. Everything was great. I recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Good value hotel in the heart of Krabi Town”

We spent only a night at the Baan Sabaidee Hotel in the heart of Krabi but really enjoyed the experience. The room were quite spacious with huge windows offering views on the market. The bed was big and comfortable. They offer free wifi which was working well. Finally the price of the hotel was really competitive and therefore would definitely recommend it for a short stay in town.

Having stayed at baan Sabaidee about 5 times over 4 years it's certainly got something special... Maybe it's the lovely host, she goes out of her way to help you, even taking yo to the cheapest bus stop. ...... The beds..... Are about the most comfortable in Thailand !! At night when you want to chill, you can use the front terrace to have a quite beer from the 711 over the road.... Then fall into those heavenly beds..... It doesn't get much better and for a bargain price.............................................or is it me?.....

Friendly and warm welcome, great service and tips. The (owner) lady at the reception is probably the kindest person we've met in Thailand. Owner gave us free breakfast every morning. (Which was not included in the booking) Housekeeping ladies asks if you need anything new or cleaned. Room was spacious, bathroom was clean, beds were perfect, aircon worked great. Central but quiet location in Krabi Town in walking distance of everything. You will not regret booking this accomodation! ( Krabi is OK for a night or two or passing through, but this guesthouse made it a great)

decoration of the hotel is very colourful and special. hotel room is very clean but without lif. it is nearby the night market and morning market, very convenient for us to find for food. the chinese lady who work at baan sabaidee hotel is very helpful and friendly. i will definitely will come again to stay here.

great hostel in a good location.”

We stayed here for three nights during our time in krabi. For a budget place it was very good. Very large room, cleaned with new linen everyday, and a coffee and toast in the morning. It was in a good location, a five minute walk to the main town and about ten minutes to the pier. The only small downside is it can be a bit noisey from the road at night if your room is on that side but at this price it isnt a big deal. Staff were welcoming and helpful.

Nice clean hotel”

Rooms are huge, but they are all on 3rd floor and higher (1st floor is just reception, second floor is not hotel). I adore this place because of super friendly and helpful lady on reception unfortunately I don’t know her name. Always trying to sort anything foe you in the best way, even offered me to ride her bike for free to get around. Free breakfast, goos location (middle of Krabi Town).

Cosy little guesthouse with friendly owner”

baan sabaidee is a cosy little guesthouse with a friendly and helpful lady owner. pros: 1. good location. about 10 min walk to weekend market and steps away from the morning market. at the same time, it is off the main road and hence little noise from traffic. 2. good size room for the price. all basic ammenities (e.g. hot shower, towels, tv, wifi) are available. room is clean. 3. friendly owner able to assist on tour bookings and general quries. cons: 1. some rooms has no windows. 2. limited english program on tv (but i was't there to watch tv anyways).

Everything promised ”

Room was great, fresh towels, free wifi, everything you can get and more for the great price we payed. The hotel is very modern and new and right near food markets and vogue shopping center. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Krabi for a few days, its close to everything and the staff are so charming. Definately book at this hotel, but i recommend you look elsewhere for bus travel to different destinations.

Big rooms and clean toilets”

check in was easy and smooth. small hotel with only 8 rooms. walking distance to a lot of the krabi places like bars, massage centres, shopping centre, local eateries, pier, night market, walking street. very quiet hotel as place is locked up after 11 pm. but your room key can open the side door to go back up to the room. free internet and only 1 old computer available but better than none!

The owner is the sweetest person ever. She will tell you everything. If you have a question where to go or what to see, she is the one to ask. Room was super clean.. But have to know that this is not some luxury hotel. Room is small but you have everything you need. In the morning you get coffe or tea with some toast with butter and jam in the "lobby". If I ever return to Krabi, I would definitely stay here again.

Our second stay. Just as good service as before!”

This was our second stay in one month as we returned to krabi for one night on our travels. We liked the hotel before because of its good service from the staff and comfortable rooms, our view is no different from the first time.. service as good as before and rooms clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel!

Squeeky Clean hotel with wonderful staff”

This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff. We initially booked one night but ended up staying three nights. Front desk staff Nar went out of her way to help us, including running to a market to get my husband a yogurt drink to help him with his constipation. She even helped me do laundry, which was completely voluntary. Krabi was our last destination before we left Thailand and it left us a great impression in this land of smiles.
