Stay at Sabai Hotel, Korat”

This is my first time staying at Sabai Hotel, Korat. This hotel is good and convenience, room is clean and staffs are very helpful. Very resonable price compare with plenty of hotel facilities. I recommended you if you have your travel plan to Korat, Nakornratchasima - please come to stay at this hotel and booking your accommodation with Agoda.

Modern hotel just outside downtown.”

Sabai is situated calmly some hundreds meter from main street and some km's from downtown. Downtown Korat can easily be reached with own/rental car, taxi or tuk-tuk. Staff was friendly and very helpful. English speaking staff in reception. Standard room was quite ok and clean. Laundry service worked very well. Everyday cleaning of room was also good. Small dining/lunch places not far away from Hotel. Bed in standard room was quite hard. Air condition in room worked well too. Breakfast, not included in room price, was ok but variability (according to Scandinavian standards/measures) could be greater. Of course, breakfast was much better than ordinary "continental breakfast" usually served at hotels.

enjoyable,affordable”

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable and my wife Our stay was enjoyable,hotel layout was tremendous, location was excellent in that we were within ten miles of my wife sisters/cousins. I was station in Korat 43 years ago and this was our first visit back. We plan to stay at this hotel next year. Our thanks goes to the hotel staff that helped to make our visit one that we will treasure forever. They were courteous, respectful, and always helpful.

Well Satisfied”

Considering the price, we were quite satisfied with the service and amenities of Sabai Hotel. I doubt if one could get a better deal in Nakorn Rajasima. The breakfast area is surrounded by a garden and was quite pleasant in February, but I doubt it will be as pleasant in April and May, so I hope there will be an air-conditioned breakfast restaurant. The cooling water-spray worked very well because the temperature was not high--a very good feature indeed. The front desk staff are very helpful and thorough, and we understood each other well because we are Thai speaking, but I cannot speak for non-Thai speakers.

Good location if you have own transport”

The Sabai is located on the outskirts of the city en route to Khon Kaen. Has a good size car park and the reception are helpful and speak some English. The rooms are functional with little decor. The bed was good size but a little hard! Tv had limited English speaking channels. The bathroom was clean but old with limited toiletries. Breakfast not included. for a one night stay, this hotel is fine.

Convenient and clean”

Located just off the main road out of Korat to the north. Great location for travellers and business people, less so for tourists as it is a bit of a hike into the old city. Service was good, the rooms were clean and tidy and the food in the outside barare in the evening was good. Breakfast was the usual Thai Chinese buffet, but good.

Modern comfort just off the through-road”

The Sabai feels and operates very much like a modern motel and standards of service are generally good. The real selling point of this hotel is the excellent restaurant out front: open-air dining with great western and thai dishes on offer. The breakfast was also excellent value, and again delivered in a pleasant open air dining area. This hotel is a good stop-off for anyone travelling into the North-East from further south and we would definitely stay again if we were coming this way.

Perfect little hotel ”

The staff are polite and efficient. The beds are very very firm but I love their place. Every time I’m in Korat I stay here. Best if you speak Thai as the staff know little if any English.

Korat”

Nothing fancy here but decent, clean accomodations on the outskirts of Korat. Stayed in the deluxe room for 1 night but did not seem very deluxe to me rather than probably being bigger and having a double bed rather than twin beds. Room was clean with Thai style bathrooms. Internet for $100 bht (I did not use it) and free breakfast a plus. Plentiful parking. No elevator. I was looking for a stopever hotel from Surin to Bangkok. Overall a little dissapointed but hotel was adequet. On main highway 2 which was a plus. Not close to center of town.

nice hotel, would use again”

very pleasant.Would definitely use this hotel again.However it is unllikely I will be returning to korat, not alot to do.

Convenience location to anywhere...”

The hotel is clean and bright. The decorations are pleasing. The staff starting with the guard in the parking lots, then the front desk receptionists, the room maids, and the breakfast staff were all cheerful, helpful, efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a little early morning noise by children in the hall one day -- maybe they came with their parents to the wedding reception. The hotel is located conveniently to the major roads and the main area of town. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying with you again. Happy New Year!

Great value”

This hotel, although very inexpensive, is worth double the money. It's super clean and very quiet, with large rooms. The bathroom facilities are comfortable and well thought out. The shower is not the runny little sprinkle found in a lot of inexpensive hotels. I would stay here again and again, and have not rouble recommended this hotel not only to budget minded people, but for all travelers seeking clean accomodations in quiet surroundings. The staff were excellent and friendly and brought us extra pillows and towels per our request....

Nice room and Restaurant”

driving into the hotel car park, immediately i had a good feeling about the hotel. reception staff's english was reasonable too. room is roomy, nice big bathroom, with bath. big fridge, good wireless signal. had issue booking second night online. i thought i booked the same room again, photos look exactly the same as the room i was in but then they tell me the superior room i booked is not the same, apparently i was in a deluxe room. it was frustrating and i was never sure if i was being conned or not. however overall it was a lovely place, and ten times better then the v-one that i first visited.

Great Stay”

Look the only thing that let down the stay here was the Reception staff at Check In time. They had no autonomy and had to refer all to manager who was not at the hotel. The hotel in new, modern, clean and the staff numbers very high and highly attentive service. Buffett breakfast is good. Just do not like being chrged for extra pillows and a 2nd room key deposit , oh and NO Hangers in the wardrobe !!!

Good location and clean rooms”

the hotel is located near the city. however, a car is needed in order to go to the city center. the room is quite big and clean with a spacious ensuited bathroom. although the hotel offers a breakfast, it is just ok. if a budget accommodation is your choice, this hotel is highly recommended.

nice and quite”

It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The staff speaks english very well and where very good informed about the things to do in the area. The room was a bit dated but the bed was good and same goes for the bathroom. The free wifi was also a big plus! The next time i will book this hotel again for sure.

Nice hotel and good location”

Hotel staff were efficient on arrival and rooms were very clean. Nice touch was that they had made the towels into elephants and placed on the beds! Rooms were basic but comfortable. Due to work, had no chance to use dining facilities.

Value for money”

I had to stay in Korat for a couple of days and not being familiar with the area did not have a preference as to where I would stay. The choices in Korat are fairly limited but I chose this hotel as it appeared to offer good value for money. It is aimed primarily for the domestic market but does offer good clean accommodation at an excellent rate.

Comfortable Hotel in quiet surroundings”

At last a hotel with Fly screens on windows. Visiting during the cooler season meant that we could switch the air conditioning off in the night and enjoy fresh air. One of the 'managers' suggested that we ask for a freshly fried egg to be cooked. It took time and patience but we succeeded in getting a 'Hot Freshly Cooked Fried Egg' at breakfast. (This can often be a problem in smaller hotels). The staff in the hotel wanted to do their best for you the customer.

my only concern was that the bed was a bit hard but i found this a lot in thailand. the rooms were clean and staff helpful any minor problems were sorted out quickly. breakfast was great, the location was quiet and everything in the room was servicable. it is a nice building and kept well. it has good internet area and coffee shop. priced accordingly. one of the staff spoke reasonable english.
