Nice Place”

This is a boutique hotel. It is very clean and nice location at the South Pattaya. It is located opposite the Under Water World Pattaya and very close to the 4 Region Floating Market - only 2 Kilo Meters from the hotel. Also nearby the Central Festival Pattaya. It is suitable for relaxing and shopping places.

Charming, quality, too close to highway”

Lovely little place. Charming Thai-style lobby. Friendly and helpful staff. Big parking lot. Great garden. Spacious rooms and very clean. However the only pitfall for us is that it’s right on a major 8 lane highway and if your ride on is on the side it is very loud. My wife and I asked to be moved through the other side and luckily there was a room available. But for my parents they stayed on th noisy side and had trouble sleeping. The cars also spoil the lovely garden. All in all though, I really enjoyed my stay there. And close to drive to jomtien beach too

Great value for money”

it is a bit far from the main city. however, the hotel offers great value for its price. the staff is friendly and helpful. the rooms are nice and clean. the balcony is awesome and with great view in the night!

Was a nice budget hotel, value for money”

Stay had been good but the only thing that was a cause of dissatisfaction was that it was located too far from both pattaya and jomtein beach and the address mentioned in agoda shows that it is located at the Jomtein beach which is consfusing as Jomtein beach is far from the hotel. Also I would like to mention here that Hotel's name is written only in thai, so if you are planning to locate it yourself than please forget because even the locals were not able to guide the location. It was one tuk tuk driver who took us to the hotel.

Lovely hotel, but very far from everything”

the hotel and room was very good, but the location of the hotel makes it difficult and expensive to get around. a few rides and a walk to get to the beach and restaurants, and returning is even far, far more difficult. the hotel is limited in what it supplies to guests, for example you cannot even buy a beer in the hotel and need to go quite a distance to the store.

Nice Room and Good Service”

This hotel is a bit far from the city. It's better that you should have your private car to stay here. Anyway, the room and service is great!

Nice hotel but a/c not the best.”

stay was nice enough, quiet and good location, plenty of car parking spaces. Rooms are a good size with a comfy bed, shower was very good with excellent water pressure ( room 301 ) Good size tv with plenty of chanels, as always in Thailand the tv signal is not the best, most of the chanels were fuzzy !! i wish hotel managers would take time to retune tv;s or install new ariels etc. a/c is quite old and took forever to reach a cool tempreture, i set it on 18 at 9 pm and it only went down to 24 at 11 am, was very hot for the first few hours.

Clean and quite”

Hotel a bit old but room is big and clean. We get what you need in room include free wi-fi. Gentle and helpful staffs. Value for money.

One night stop”

We check- in 1 a.m. but room not clean yet then we ask for room change. Hotel is not new but clean and big space. Nice staff.

Nice hotel”

Nice and clean hotel. Not suited for someone that wants to go to beach because it is too far. You must have a transportation mode i.e. motorbike. Large and free parking available. The room are large and comfortable. I guess it is aimed to the local population. Staff friendly and helpful. No restaurant.

Een hotel althans voor ons,voor herhaling vatbaar.Stille,rustige omgeving ligt wat afgelegen van groot winkel centra.Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Nette,grote maar vooral schone kamers.

郊外の閑静なホテル”

部屋は広いけどちょっと古い。テレビもブラウン管。値段相応。ただ、一番の問題は近くに何もなく、何処に行くにも車が必要。そのた市内のレストランやバービヤで飲んで帰ることができずパタやに泊まるメリットがあまりなかった。
