Good rooms, hidden away down a back street”

this the second time i've stayed at nova apartments. they are hidden away down a back street inland from 2nd road, but in an up & coming area where they have recently built other smart serviced apartment blocks & hotels. surrounded by a lot of amentities (cheap local restaurants / stalls, 7-11 shop, laundries etc. the hotel provides a shuttle buggy service to 2nd road, but its only a few hundred metres to walk. jamisons irish pub is attached to the hotel, if you fancy a change from thai food. it is a good 15 minutes walk to the beach & beach front restaurants & facilities, so if you want to be able to step straight out of the hotel in to the thick of it, then this place is not for you. however, if you want to be in a more 'local' part of town, then the nova park is there. apartment rooms are well equipped & large, with a choice of studio or bedroom & living room. the hotel has a gardened area with swimming pool that never gets crowded and is a pleasant oasis from the bustle of pattaya. i would definitely stay there again.

Nova Park Hotel Pattaya”

My stay at the Nova Park Hotel in Pattaya was for a period of 1 month, where I found the hotel for a long staying person to be excellent as the room was equipped with a small kitchen, which allowed for cooking if you required. The hotel incorporated into it an Irish Pub called Jamiesons which provided and excellent array of both Western and Thai meals, complete with many types of beer on tap. The hotel had adequate off street parking complete with security 24 hours per day. The pool area was small but well set out and it's location provided for the morning sun and shade in the afternoon. The one thing I most enjoyed was talking to the staff who were all excellent and well mannered, even though they were not proficient with the English language, I especially like chatting and teasing the cleaning staff as they were always laughing and smiling and glad to chat to you, that is the thought that will most remain in my memory of my stay at the Nova Park

absolutely would stay again”

we consider a very good price respective to quality for Pattaya. The beach and Beach Road are not in walking distance but there is ample private transport available. Shoudl we come to Pattaya again we will most probably stay at Nova Park again. There is also an Irish restaurant on the premises and a massage place. We tried the Irish restaurant - Jameson - for playing pool in the evening and for breakfast buffet in the evening, the prices are quite high but still we liked the place.

Wonderful Hideaway Hotel”

The Nova Park Hotel was one of the very best hotels that I have stayed in Pattaya. It wss a very nice large hotel room with wooden floors, a separate kitchen and living room area. But the best part was the view towards the pool. It had beautiful palm trees right outside our windows, which could open to the fresh air. The pool itself was beautiful, with great Thai statues, trees, garden and a fish pond. The hotel was connected to the Jameson's Irish restaurant which was excellent, though a bit expensive. It was also pretty close to the Big C shopping mall. It was a little out of the way to get to 2nd road Songthaews though. Very quiet and great deal for the price asked.

Amzing Hotel, Always my premier choice”

This was my 5th visit to Nova Park Hotel and every single time I feel at home. I always stay in the family suite room which is very affordable and at the same time very much worth the price. The rooms are huge and although I must admit the furniture and amenities aren't top notch material, they are sufficiently usuable. The location is perfect, located right in the center of the city, where there are tons of nightlife and dining facilities available for access within a 100 meter diameter. There is a decent swimming pool in the hotel if you are interested, but why waste your time in a swimming pool when there is a whole beach out there within 15 min walk. Overall I give a 10 out of 10. For me it paradise!

NOVA PARK no longer a secret”

This is my second stay at Nova Park and with each visit i feel like I'm at home. Very peaceful environment and the staff are truly wonderful. This is one of Pattaya best keep secrets, but not for long. I will always choose to stay at this hotel and have no problems sharing with all my friends. Nova Park no longer a secret !

5 Days at the Nova Park Hotel”

Our stay at the Nova Park Hotel was a very pleasant one. I was traveling with my wife and her teenage daughter and originally booked two separate rooms. Upon arriving, we were given the option of taking a two bedroom suite instead - for the same price....we grabbed it. It was a beautiful and spacious efficiency apartment with two bathrooms. The hotel location is a bit off the main roads, but, the hotel offers a free shuttle to and from the beach area for guests.....plus, there are many local busses to get you just about anywhere. We rented motorbikes and explored the area on our own. The pool was also well maintained and added to our overall enjoyment. Management and staff were on top of things as well. I would highly recommend the Nova Park Hotel to any one considering the Central Pattaya area.

a good place to sue as a base”

a Good place to use as a base for Pattaya. The staff very friendly and always willing to help, even the extra little bit that makes a good hotel great. The rooms are a reasonable size and they have the crockery and utensils to make a simple breakfast. There are numerous neighborhood services on the doorstep, ie laundry, motor bikes rental etc, all within a step outside hotel entrance. Location is very convenient within walking distance of Pattaya 2 Road. So hopping on a local Baht bus was easy. not far from Big C Central which is a convenient shopping mall of a reasonable size. A real experience is to walk down Soi 6 to catch the baht Bus at Beach Road. I enjoyed my stay there and would return. The Jamieson Irish Pub is a very pleasant place to pass a few hours. Good food though for Pattaya on the expensive.

Very good, but with a few CONS...”

After having stayed at various locations in Pattaya, I had my eye on Nova Park a few times and finally decided to give it a shot. We had booked one of the one-bedroom suites and I was delighted to see that the living room area is larger than it appears on the photos. Although the interior isn't new, everything was clean and worked well... We especially liked the two seperate aircons for the living- and bedroom. I also enjoyed the big flatscreen TV with a decent choice of cable programs. Only downsides were the occassional bad odors coming from the the bathroom and the somewhat bad location. Nova Park Hotel is located in Soi AR, which is a 20 minute walk from the Big C and 2nd road. So the pick-up taxis are a bit far away. There are motorbike taxis in front of the hotel though... During our 8-day stay the surrounding entertainment establishments which mainly cater to the locals didn't interfere with our sleep. However, one night there was some sort of party nearby with live music so loud it was impossible to sleep. This lasted until 4-5 am.

Surprised how much I liked this hotel”

I was surprised at how good this hotel was for the price I paid (under $30 USD). I was surprised to see that my room (a basic one) was more of a small one-bedroom suite than a studio. While it wasn't particularly fancy or chic, it had a more traditional and relaxing. The bedroom wasn't particularly exciting but had a larger fridge than most hotels, nothing was broken or work down, and it had two large TV's. I honestly think I preferred this place over the Nova Gold despite the Gold's higher price and star rating. I would recommend this place and am likely to stay again next trip. Pros: Price, Room layout/design, decent location, decent view from 7th floor, big fridge, 2 TV's, 2 aircon units (one for bedroom, one for living area), separate living area with table and chairs which is very unusual for a unit at this price. Cons: Bathroom water pressure and temperature was VERY erratic (as mentioned in other reviews). Elevator could use a new coat of paint.

Always Delightful!”

after staying at the nova park for the second time, this place is always delightful for many reasons. the rooms are spacious and well furnished, none of the cheap platic stuff around! large size bed, leather chairs and table, with free internet to boot. the location is accessible from pattaya sai 2, pattaya north, and pattaya-klang. i like the fact that it's not in an area crowded by bars and loud music, although all that can be found within a few minute walk. this place is highly recommended and good value for the money.

best in its class”

overall, nova park is an outstanding hotel or serviced apartment type lodging. for the price, the ameneties, convenience, size of the room, cleanliness are all unmatched for the price level of comparable properties. the room is very large with cooktop, microwave, utencils, fridge, etc. it is great for long stays and definetely recommended for shorter stays as well. the tuctuc service is very helpful to get gusts to major streets. around the hotel, there is plenty to do. the jameson restaurant is a good option for beer and food.

Good Hotel, value for money”

This was third time I stayed in Nova, whenever I go to Pattaya prefer Nova park. Room is spacious and good facilities . Swimming pool is good. only drawback is old items in the room,.switch board comes out and loose connection. door handle also weak and cone to hand sometime. Tap in sink very old and not function properly. Location is descent, no disturbance. 5 min walk to Soi7 and 10 min walk to Tiffany show. OVERALL good but they need to upgrade tap and switch boards.

Big rooms with lovely service”

Booked a suite for a night and was very satisfied with the suite. It comes with a kitchen, 2 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 1 living room. Best part of the deal, it cost less than SGD100 for a night! Truely a steal! Hotel does provide in-room massage service. Do try out the thai massage at the hotel for only 200baht an hour! It was great! Hotel does have a pool as well. It was clean and reasonably big enough. Bad point about this hotel is that it is located in a back alley. You will need to walk for 10mins before you can reach the main road. However, all taxi drivers in Pattaya will know where the hotel is.Just tell them Nova Park Hotel and they will fetch you there.

the nova park hotel is nicely located in a quiet area but still close to the entrainment and shopping areas.the delux 1 bed room suite is very comfortable and spacious.it has a secure area to park a rental bike or car .jamison's pub and restaurant is located right next door .the staff there where always friendly and help

We stayed for 8 nights, costing us $240 AUD. Staff were wonderful. The 1 bedroom apartment was lovely. 'Jameson's the Irish Pub' on site was fantastic. A little more expensive than some of the surrounding restaurants and cafés, but with such low prices for the accommodation, we could afford to splurge a little. We only had 2, very minor issues. One being that the bathroom was very difficult to keep dry as the show has no curtain. No big deal really. The other was that no one explained that we needed to pay in cash upon delivery of the room service. We were a little embarrassed on our first night as we didn't have the cash on us, but the restaurant was very understanding and allowed us to fix them up the following day. Everything is on your doorstep. Bars, shopping, ATMs, clubs and Pattaya Beach are all within walking distance. Otherwise there are plenty of taxis that you can negotiate a great price to your destination. Or the hotel offers a free shuttle numerous times each day. Would definitely go back.

A place to remember”

This hotel is one of the finest yet unknown jewel in the Pattaya area. The hotel itself is a little run down and perhaps requires a little renovation, but cleanliness wise there isnt much to complain about. I specifically stayed at a two bedroom family suite which was no doubt a fantastic choice for me and my brother Sol. Close to much of the excitement although it does not get too loud at night. This in fact is a very important aspect to look into when choosing a hotel in Pattaya since the city comes alive after sunset.

l enjoyed my stay at nova park the rooms are clean if a little old., the staff are very friendly and helpfull. no actuall in house resturant as all room service is out sourced frrom jamisons irish pub next door. food there is good if a little pricey. ten min walk you are on second road. well priced and value for money.
