Excellent place ”

I am very happy with the Siwalai City Place. The stuff was very helpful. The other day my air-condition was an issue and the stuff organised and sorted it out extremely fast. Very good place to stay, close to everything of interest for a tourist. I've already recommended the Place to some of friends of mine, and would highly recommend it to everybody.

Holiday in Pattaya”

The staff are easy to get along with but their demeanour can be downright rude with lot of people. Other than that this is my second visit to Pattaya and my stay at Siwalai City Place. I would like to come back again.

Nice Room with Good Location n Friendly Staff.”

I like this Hotel. Big clean room and cleaning staff was good in their job . There is Seven Eleven and Family Mart and Massage Centre just below the Hotel which gives us a quite relaxing. Walking Street is on 15-20 Min walk from Hotel.Overall I recommend this hotel and would like to stay again if visit Pattaya again.

lovely hotel service without a smile ”

it's a nice hotel for the price ur paying. the staff r not really friendly people can't say rude either quite co-operative. i had no issues whatsoever had to pay a deposit of 500baht when i checked in. take the room on the 8th floor pretty peaceful had a lovely balcony though, good food try menu number 60 and 65 if ur a meat eater they do it in chicken and pork as well.this hotel is for the budget traveller also no hassle with bringing a companion in the room every night infact if ur too high and forget to buy contraceptives they sell it at the hotel reception.overall i would rate this hotel 6 out of 10 and i'm not sure about staying here again bcoz there r great many places to live at in pattaya just have to do a little bit of research and i'm sure u'll find one better than this.

Great Value For Money”

I was only visiting Pattaya for a night and as I was out for a friends birthday i just wanted a places to sleep for a few hours after the night out. However when i checked in i was pleasently suprised. The rooms were new, clean and compared with most hotels in Pattaya at that price it was a great deal. Having a hotel so close to walking street that can provide you with a pleasent stay is rare but this hotel carries the task out well.

great location,helpfull staff,stayed three times now and will stay again.not to far from walking street but not to close.. not enough sunbeds round the pool but you get that in a lot of hotels in thailand.good poolside bar.only a short bus ride to jonteim beach and only a 15 minuite walk to pattaya beach so agood place to be located. maid service is good everyday room clean and towel change. food is good in the hotel also many other places to eat and in the area

Location is good. It's about 5 minutes walk to Pattaya walking street. Not to far from Bali hai pier ( pier to Koh Lan). Near both local market and supermarket. Don't worry to find any food all day and night time.

Value for money ”

I always stay at the Siwalai. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Bad points. No English tv. Too many noisy Arabs.

New Year stay”

Pattaya is very busy at this time of year so the hotel is busy. Although there is a lot of noise from venues in the surrounding streets the hotel did not have many noisy residents. Pool is good and large and there are some excellent food vendors within a few minutes walk. Staff are efficient and friendly.

Relaxing”

Located off the main centre of Pattaya but within walking distance of Walking Street, this is a good value for money hotel. It has eight floors, but only one lift and the views from the top floors are good. The pool is very big, so excellent for swimming. Though at certain times of the day there are insufficient loungers. Rooms are big and service good, though they are not too generous with the soap!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and my room was well looked after everyday. The pool was nice, big enough to exercise in and th place located centrally, lots of food places close. I needed some peace and quiet for a few nights which was easy to get. Thanks, I will be back.

Service good and friendly , not great position”

Friendly enough staff Location a little away from the main areas of Pattaya but if you dont mind a walk its okay .. Excpected it to be quiet however the hotel was very noisy (echos) and also bars /traffic outside. Recommend if need a place to stay however there are many better places.

Very relaxing, did'nt have to leave the place untill hunger drove you out, the resurant is ok, but just for snacks, the english brekfast , made me cry! you can have massage in shop attached to hotel, get your hair done, a 7/11 on the corner, can smoke on the balcony. Staff very friendly, and will clean daily,

Good location, excellent swimming pool! ”

I have stayed here before and I will stay here again - it is walking distance from Pattaya Second Road (or a quick motorbike ride), but off the beaten path and relatively quiet. Staff is not very friendly, but the rooms are large and clean and guests have access to a fantastic large swimming pool.

Comfortable stay”

Had stayed on the new year eve 2016. Location pretty close to the New year celebration area (Bali hai pier). You get what you pay for. Basic amenities are good enough. Not a place for family stay. Good place if you're single or a group of young travellers looking have some fun in pattaya.

very relaxing”

I had a great stay at this hotel and for the price it is a very pleasant welcoming accommodation. the down side was the acoustics which meant you could hear a fair amount of noise from both other rooms and other floors. The swimming pool is lovely and has a small bar for the essential Singha ect. All the staff were welcoming and polite and the cleaning girls were very flexible with their timings and always smiling.

The Hotel is situated in a kind of Indian middle Eastern tourist area. I had rented 3 rooms for 3 days, my room was at the very end right hand side and was the largest of the 3 rooms. My room room had large fridge, kettle, cooker hob, and microwave which was really good. The other rooms did not have hob or microwave. Somehow the fixtures around the cooking area had become a bit depleted,but did not disrupt my stay here. All staff very friendly,and swimming was great too. My balcony had a great view which is probably why a nice little Pigeon had rented the space behind my air-conditioning unit. Short 5 minute walk to lively nightlife.

Little Away from Walking Street But Good f0or the price you pay”

About 1km from Walking Street, 1.5km from Ferry. Room looks old but very clean. Very good swimming pool. For families who want to cook their food:Book DELUX CORNER WITH KITCHEN. The room will have 2 electric stoves, fridge, Sink and a few utensils sufficient for 4 people. Near by Family mart, 7/11, Vegetable market.Fruit market, Grocery shops . Swimming pool is good. But staff can speak broken English, no help but you can manage. We stayed here 3 nights. When you are coming out from the hotel at the main road left corner you have FAMILY MART. If you turn left in a few meters walk you see vegetable market and grocery shops to the left.

great value for money, helpful staff, rooms were clean, access to olympic-sized swimming pool also a huge bonus. the free breakfast was 'average' - but for the price of the room i wasn't expecting breakfast so that was also a bonus.

Hotel is having a good location walking street nearby 1.5km, near by 7/11 store, swimming pool is very clean, rooms are average. nice place for stay
