Unique location in the heart of Pattaya.”

Twin Palms spans a lush, quiet sliver of land between the noise and jumble of Beach Road and Second Road with restricted access at either end which thankfully cuts out any through traffic. Butterflies, squirrels and birdsong make you forget the frantic pace while Kuhn Pat, the manageress, is ever attentive to guests' needs. The staff is efficient and cheerful. The staid and generally quiet clientele seems appreciative of the overall tranquility of the place. Poor Internet connectivity was fixed within hours by management although there doesn't seem to be any hope for change to the antiquated coupon-based 50-baht per (online) hour system. Since Palm Villa was demolished almost 10 years ago Twin Palms has become my home away from home in Pattaya.

We originally booked a weeks stay at this hotel to explore Pattaya and have some time to relax, as you can see from my reviews we ended up extending 2 more times and stayed for just over 3 weeks here. It is a brilliant location across the road from the beach, next door to shops bars and restaurants including 7/11. The pool was amazing brilliant for relaxing around and the staff were attentative. A lightbulb broke in our room and it was fixed within the hour while we were sunbathing... Excellent customer service. We were allowed to check in early as we arrived at 8am in the morning and wifi worked well to kill time. The rooms were large and spacious with a desk a seating area large beds and a brilliant bathroom and seperate shower. Rooms were cleaned daily with free water and toiletries replenished every day. Breakfast wasnt bad a piece of bacon 2 fried eggs and some toast with a cup of tea and orange juice. There is also a water cooler in the reception area and by the pool so you can fill up water bottles daily. The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the main strips so the hotel is lovely and quiet at night but close enough to wnjoy all the action. Great place for such a cheap price. Would definately reccomend and will book again if we ever return to Pattaya.

Easy access to the fun and sun of the beach”

We completely enjoyed our stay at the Twin Palms Resort Hotel. Upon checking and during our stay the staff was quite attentive and friendly and accommodating to our needs. What most enjoyed was the close proximity of the hotel to the beach. It was just a couple of minutes to walk from our room the the beach. It is a hotel I would recommend to any if they were looking for a nice hotel at a good price. The only negatives I have is, even though we had only breakfast at the hotel, I did find the Thai breakfast to be hot and delicious. As for the American breakfast, I was not very impressed with it. The sausage wiener, bacon and ham seemed to have been quickly microwaved and the eggs seemed that they had been sitting for a while. The other negative issue we had, upon check out, we understood we were quite far from vans that would take us back to Bangkok. We did not know what street the vans were located and was not sure how to get there due to the fact we were strangers to the city. We asked for assistance and all we received in an answer was, I do not know and I cannot help you. I find that a bit odd for a hotel that receives guests much of the time from the transporting vans that bring passengers from Bangkok to Pattaya and return. Other than those 2 negative issues to our stay. I would stay there again and again with our future trips we will be taking to Pattaya.

Great location”

Twin Palms Resort is in a great location to get to all the action in Pattaya ! The hotel has entrances from both Beach road and Second road, making it easy to get to the beach and all the shops and bars !! The room was a very good size with a very good shower room but there was no safe box or kettle in the room, both of which I like to have in my hotel room !! Reception at the Garden Wing were very helpful and good fun !! All in all a good hotel for the price I paid at the time !!

nice hotel, but avoid during music festival”

we visit pattaya once a year for a golf weekend. of everywhere we've stayed, this has the best combination of price, cleanliness, and convenience. rooms have been redone with the bathrooms retiled. the rooms still aren't fancy, for instance there is no artwork, but they are clean. we happened to visit during the pattaya international music festival. stage was in a field adjacent to the hotel, right infront of the rooms. the music was loud and didn't stop until 1:30 or 2:00am. we were departing for the courses at 7:30am, so this was unpleasant. next year, we'll still stay at twin palms but choose a different weekend.

Best Guest Friendly resort on beach road”

I was staying at garden wing bunglow with balcony !The room was quiet good with nice surrounding of garden ! Balcony was also good with couple of chairs ! Breakfast was included in my room,which was also good particularly american type ! Room have all necessary ameneties like mini bar,hot & cold shower,aircon etc ! No complain regarding this resort ! It is located on famous pattaya beach road near hotel hilton but with quiet surrounding ! Beach as well as walking street is on walking distance ! I will definately come again with family and will stay couple of nights probably in next year !

Great Value for Money”

This was my first stay at the Twin Palms Resort and I was pleasantly surprised, The location is ideal for the beach, local restaurants and various shopping outlets. The cost was extremely reasonable and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The staff very friendly and helpful when approached but not to intrusive. This is a 3 star hotel but a very well run hotel, a very relaxed atmosphere which I enjoyed. I would deffenitely visit this hotel again with no hesitation.

Feels like home”

I was in Pattaya with 3 of my friends and so I decided to book like a house in Twin Palms, and it was a good decision. The house was spacious and gave us a homey feel. The facilities were not new but not that old either so it was fine. Lastly, the location is perfect. You can choose to either go to Beach Road or Second Road, and roam around Pattaya by songtiew. It also has a 7/11 nearby! I’d highly recommend this place for tourists travelling in groups, and for tourists who want to witness the hustle and bustle of Central Pattaya.

Fairly basic but still very pleasant”

I have stayed in the Twin Palm Resort several times and in general, I really like it. The “resort” is split into four main Lodges situated on a fairly thin strip of land between 2nd Road and Beach Road, each Lodge being in a different price range. I stayed in the City lodge which is the budget category. Pros and Cons: + Although close to the city, the City Lodge was reasonably quiet. + Recently renovated with flat screen TV and local cable. + The grounds are attractive and it is pleasant to walk from one end to the other. + There are two pools but the smaller one is rarely used + WiFi internet is available in the room + Meals are available round the clock and breakfast is now included in the price + Food is good, something for all tastes. - Staff in general are very friendly but the staff in the restaurant can be sultry - The beds in the City Lodge are rock hard and certainly gave me back pain - internet (WiFi) has to be paid for and is very slow at times – it broke down while I was there. - There is no Gym although there is plenty of room for one

the staff at twin palms are so caring and thoughtful, especially at garden view rooms. i can recommend this inexpensive resort to anyone who wants to relax by the large, clean pool, eat delicious food at their 24 hour a day restaurant, or relax at the beach right in front of twin palms resort.

Near about everything in pattaya”

I really love to stay. U know its very near to everything. One must concern about his hotel location.I think if someone come to pattaya he must choose hotel near beach road. For value money and standard, Twin plam is excellent. I give u 8 out of 10.

Good location for the budget traveller”

Our second stay at Twin palms pattaya Good location close to beach and quite central. Rooms are ok nothing flash but clean and comfy. Air condition works well If you have the right room. Ours wasn't performing and they change was no problem to the hotel If you have breakfast included it's pretty basic , 100 baht menu. Better to save an buy elsewhere plenty of options around. Pool on the beach end is the best pool and they will serve you from the dining with food and drinks. Kitchen serving staff have no personality, most other staff are good See patty on the front desk for anything from room issues to booking tours taxi or further accommodation, very reasonable in there prices. Walkin prices better than what's advertised so we stayed on for few extra days. I recommend the dulux with balcony better for when you are washing and drying clothes ,and if you are a smoker.

I upgraded to the room that I thought I had paid for with Agoda, ( Garden Wing ) Agoda picture for a ( Superior Room ) is not the room you will get .. Agoda are misleading there customers !!! I will not shop with Agoda ever again !!! Twin Palms Resort is very good .. Helpful !

my second trip to the twin palms resort and for sure not my last one. the staff is adorable, very helpfull and friendly. nice and clean rooms, big swimming pool and very good situated. the restaurants has excellent and not so expensive food. but the main feature is that the resot is very clean and new.

Good Hotel In a great location ”

Situated 80 metres from the beach . Yes its 80 Mts .for heaven sake dnt doubt this . Loved the location and cleanliness of the resort and room . Relax in the beach day and night. Many multi cuisine eateries within 200 m from the hotel with varieties of pubs and message services. Hard rock cafe is the very next door of the hotel. Many water activities on the beach for adventure enthusiast. One tip : only go for superior delux rooms as this category of rooms is right next to the beach and swimming pool . For other categoties of rooms dont blame me as sea will be far off from the room as the property is huge. Hope you Enjoy your stay. For customer who can afford higher price ,Hard rock cafe and Hilton are the available options near to this properly . This hotel is a good choice for people with family and small children and old peopke , as all wrong doings of pattaya are far off from this hotel. A great place to stay”

This was our third time we stayed at Twin Palm, we love it you get so much for the money and the location is fantastic , coross the beach road and jump into the sea. We will be back many times, when you make a reservation make sure you get a room in the pool wing, most convenient for the family

Good Location & Big Rooms”

Considering the price we paid and having more interest in nightlife & visiting nearby beaches (not Pattaya Beach) the hotel is starteigically located along the the Pattaya Beach and close to cabre show spots. The hotel management need to improve the quality of breakfast and should include more dishes in its menu. The swimming pool is big and couples can enjoy in the evening. The hotel staffa were good always helping with smiles. The Garden wing is the best for living as it away from the main roads and one can have good sleep. A couple of hrs of sleep with no noise pollution!!!!!

Good Budget resort with execellent location”
