Value for money, clean, comfortable, staff were amazing, free airport pick up. ”

Our flights were arriving late at night so we just wanted convenience, a clean hotel close to the airport with free airport shuttle and breakfast. Basically a place to sleep before moving on to our resort in Phuket. This hotel delivered in every way possible. Even though my flight arrived an hour late, they collected us and drove us to the hotel. My first impression was the cleanliness of the room, bathroom and beds. The bed and pillows were firm which some might find hard if you’re used to a soft bed, but they were comfortable and we slept well. The room was not big but perfect for one night. We did not hear any noise which is important for a light sleeper like myself. After our free breakfast the hotel staff organised a taxi for us to our next destination at an agreed price. The driver stopped along the way so we could exchange some money into Thai currency. We could not fault this hotel in any way and the staff were pleasant and helpful. A bargain at $43 AUD for the night.

Very good hotel near the airport”

We stayed at Airport Resort & Spa for just 1 night after our flight in to Phuket and before we made the drive to the next place. We were very happy about our choice. The staff was ready for us when we arrived a little late in the day. The rooms are simple, but nice size and very clean. Pool was a large, clean, well maintained pool, as was the whole area. We had a great time swimming that night. Breakfast was buffet style with a mix of Thai and western choices. Very good. If we need a place stay near Phuket airport I would definitely stay here again!

One day stay close to airport”

It depens what you planning to do. If you are coming to Phuket by plain and you arriving late or leaving from Phuket very early as i did that i really recomed the hotel. 20 min. walk to airport but hotel has free pick up and drop off from ant to airport. Aslo has free bus twice a day to near beach. Its nice and clean and has nice pool area. Well enought as for temporary stop over for further exploration of Phuket. I stayed in main building but they have some villas around the pool area. Nice. $35/night very good value for money. Otherwise nothing much going on around there. Cheap food out on the street (B40 rice with vegetables) 15 min walk to beach and park. Definitely wouldn't stay there too long. You will get bored. To explore Phuket you need to go south to Patong area if you like parties or shopping. If you like more quiet relax, go even more south.

Amazing service”

We booked the Airport Resort and Spa as we had a 6hr layover late at night with 2 young children. Although we were only in the hotel for around 5hrs we had the most incredible service, nothing was too much trouble, from loading and unloading countless bags, setting up a cot bed ready for our arrival, organising refreshments and transferring us back to the airport just a few hours later. It made our Phuket wait very seamless and pleasant - thank you.

Convenient hotel, basic ammenities”

I enjoyed my stay at Airport Resort & Spa though I was only there for about 6 hours. My flight was scheduled to come to Phuket airport at 1 am and was delayed, so I arrived around 2. I'd previously scheduled an airport transfer with the hotel but when I came out of baggage couldn't find the shuttle - it had left without me beacuse my bag took a while to come out from baggage claim. I took a taxi for bhat (not bad) the 5 minute drive (again, not bad). That was the only hitch in the plan - otherwise, the hotel was fine. Clean room, great TV chanels, poor wireless connection but free computer use in the dining room.it was great for the quick transfer from the Phuket airport.

Perfect for what it is”

We got a room at this hotel for just the day as we had a long layover in Phuket on our travel back to the US. This place was great. They have a good shuttle service, its really close to the airport. They advised us to go to the beach as the pool was closed for maintenance and it turned out to be an excellent decision. The beach close to the airport was actually the best beach we went to in Phuket. It was just an old fashioned beach, no vendors, nobody trying to sell you beach chairs. Great for kids and the restaurants along the beach front were super friendly.

Great 'resort' 1km away fromPhuket airport”

My villa was neat, clean, spacious with all the necessary amenities! It looked onto the pool area and the resort itself was in pristine condition ( which was surprising because the area around Phuket airport is pretty rundown). If you need overnight accommodation near the airport, this comes highly recommended! This definitely seems like the nicest hotel in the area but good value for mOney! Thumbs up!

The staff is quite responsible. I arrived in Phuket airport after midnight and I was afraid whether they remembered to pick me up. Although I wrote down my requirement before I went there, but I hadn't received their reply yet. But when I left the airport, I saw the driver held my name and waited for me. That's so nice because it is so late at that time. It is close to the airport. Nice room and it is quite large, too. The environment is so pretty and the swimming pool is lovely. It is a nice hotel to stay.

Great Location and Service; Low Cost”

Very close to the airport. We had an 8-hour layover, and needed to catch a few hours sleep. Cost was about $25, which included being picked up at the airport (the guy with the sign), and also a shuttle back to the airport. They have nice grounds and a great pool (with the always tempting poolside bar), and the facilities were spotless. Highly recommended. Most hotels in Phuket are quite expensive, and we were apprehensive due to the low cost of this one. But it was really nice (and we're very picky about hotels). Amazing place and the low cost is jaw-dropping (in a good way).

Good connections and great "Spa"”

we were just interested in an easy transfer to/from the phuket airport and this is only 3 mins by car (which the hotel offers free of charge). the hotel itself is clean, good pool, bar and a very good massage 'spa' staff/building. the food is not that interesting but 'good enough' all-in-all good value.

Good for what we needed”

We stayed at this hotel for one night before our flight from Phuket - it is a perfect hotel for this reason. This hotel is clean and in a perfect location in terms of proximity to the airport. The breakfast was better than we expected! The fact that the hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off at the airport is a huge plus!!! Our only complaint is that my boyfriend did not find the AC got cold enough (however he does prefer quite a cold room!!).

Free courtesy pick up from airport just calling by phone, free drop to same company rentacar sho p for car or bike rent, free drop to the airport on departure, new rooms in main building and also nice mini villa bungalows with swimming pool. Restaurant inside. Massage spa service. Very close to airport and to the Sirinath national park and beach and if going left (south) of park's beach road you have a nice varaiety of restaurants and night bar area. Good for western breakfast and dinner is Poney's bakery cafè&restaurant. Instead for thai food there is a Seafood restaurant on the right side going towards the airport in a small road (soi) just after the 24supercheap supermarket...very good food and not expensive. If u like snorkeling, there is a coral reef very interesting with a big island created by the obsolete corals but under the water surface it is full of life. Good for a longer stay to visit all area

Superb Hotel near the Airport”

airport resort and spa is a lovely hotel with wonderful staff. breakfast in the morning was always delicious and all staff were so kind and generous if a problem occurred. if i travel to phuket again i will definitely be staying at airport resort and spa as it is situated at a superb location for travellers.

This hotel is very good, staff are exceedingly attentive. We flew into Phuket very late and when we called and let the hotel know we had arrived they promptly sent a car to collect us. This was a complimentary service. For the price you pay this hotel is outstanding and we couldn't have asked for more. Highly recommend for a stay close to the airport

Clean and affordable hotel room”

Our flight to phuket got in very late so instead of paying for a nice room we would hardly be enjoying, we decided it would make more sense to stay in a cheaper place overnight. Airport Resort & Spa is clean and our room seemed newly renovated. No complaints, though the bathroom shower setup is a bit weird (open bathtub with a shower nozzle, no curtains)..? Staff are nice and accommodating. There wasn't much food in the area, so we just ate at the hotel which was reasonable and decent enough.

our 2 night stay her was fantastic! they picked us up and dropped us at the airport, we arrived and reception was very helpful and we were shown to our room ! the room was very clean and spacious ! the pool was great and the bar staff were very quick. we took advantage of the shuttle service to the beach a number of times and we were always pleased, paradise! the food was great, breakfast was complimentary and we are out for the rest of our meals as it costs next to nothing to fill your belly ! only downside is its a 25 minute drive from phuket town but if your looking for time away from constant hustle and bustle stay here!

Perfect for a short stay”

we stayed at the airport resort & spa for one night before heading over to koh samui. staff were friendly, nice pool, rooms were clean and tidy and they offered free airport transfers which was a bonus. hotel is located about 5 minutes from the airport and is perfect for a short stay inbetween flights. the beds were a little hard but seeing as we only stayed one night this didnt really bother us for how cheap it was. good value hotel.

Easy shuttle access to airport and local beach ”

We chose this hotel for its close proximity to the airport, prior to our return to Australia. We stayed for two days. It had only been open for a few months and this was during the off season. Few rooms were occupied, however the staff were attentive and kept all facilities open long hours. It is 30km from Phuket city, but a good spot for some rest and relaxation either before or after a long flight.

Great Location and Fantastic Staff!”

We had crazy flight from China to Phuket that arrived around 1am (plane was delayed). Shuttle service was at the airport to pick us up within 5 minutes of phone call to desk, hotel is outside of airport but just minutes away. Staff was all smiles even though middle of the night and had our bags in the room promptly. I don't think I have ever arrived at an asian airport and was so efficiently taken care of by any hotel. Rooms were large, clean and comfy. As we were back out the door at 6am, we didn't use the grounds/breakfast but the pool was large, clean and nicely landscaped. We will definitly keep this location in mind for our next trip to Thailand. Great transit hotel!

Near airport and good price”

Rental a car for my one week Phuket trip and decided Te stay near airport because my departure. Nice and clean room with balcony and fair breakfast for two adult and one kids for S$36. Was told hotel provide free shuttle to airport. Nice pool for adult but not for kid shorter than 1.2m. Reasonable distance to walk to the beach or nearby restaurant or fast food. Good stay if you need a pool and breakfast and with low season pricing.
