We stayed at 5 different resorts around Thailand and this one was BY FAR our absolute favourite. ”
The only thing that would of made the stay better was if their pool wasn’t down for matience, or we probably would of stayed there for the remainder of our trip! We had a pool outside of our room which was amazing though, and they upgraded us to a bigger room as well. The hospitality there was so unbelievably wonderful, the on-site restaurant was so good too! LOVED this resort, would stay again if we ever went back to Thailand! :)

Great Hotel on the quiter side of Patong”
Great Size Rooms - Cleaning service of the rooms is Extremely good each and every day. Easy access to beach & downtown, plenty of shops and local restaurants. Ideal location if you are looking for Halal food - a mosque in walking distance. Overall it was a great location. Great infinity swimming pool, with an ocean view - Only downside was the fact the tiles were all coming off from around the pool and also within the pool... Something that needs urgent maintenance. But I would most defiantly return to this hotel.

If Paton is your thing the location is great”
We only stayed in Patong one night as we knew it was not really our kind of place but just like a train wreck we had to see the gory details. The hotel is positioned at the north end of the beach but just a 10 minute walk if you want to get amoungst the mayhem. The beach was a bit quieter a little away from the rows of loungers and jet skis. The resort itself was not bad. We stayed in a pool,access room which was a decent size and quite modern. But unless you are going to use this pool I would not bother paying the extra money as it doesn’t catch the sun and is not connected to the main pool. I found the grounds a bit poorly maintained and a bit grotty a lot of tiles missing from the main pool and the pool bar looked tired and was badly stocked. I think the best thing about this hotel was the Manager or whom I think was the Manager he was genuine and his service was excellent. I picture him somewhere more upmarket like the Four Seasons or a nice boutique hotel.

Main pool had no water in it due to maintenance ”
Main pool had no water, although we were upgraded to a room one of the smaller pool access. We were staying here only 1 night we got awoken by reception at midnight ringing us to ask if we were checking out the following morning. Not the greatest.

Needs a bit of work”
This may have been a great hotel 10 years ago but now requires a major upgrade. Facilities are outdated; especially the pool as all the small rectangular ceramics have fallen off for most of the pool (and the pool filtration system needs a revamp, dirty water). There is a major construction going on right next to the hotel (Four Points Sheraton Hotel will be opening soon) as well. On the positive note the hotel is centrally located with a great view of Patong Beach, large rooms and free parking.

Main pool is under renovation . Place is eerie and dark especially the room corridors. We booked the jacuzzi room, for the jacuzzi but it was down after first night. Couldn't fix it. The pictures are somehow edited by photoshop. The sea view from balcony had been covered by trees. Overrated.

Very Bad service level for this class hotel... Not professional at all for all kind services, I had a very bad experience ever during my stay in this hotel, especially the reception staff name Bank, he is very unfriendly and doesn't helpfull at all as front liner staff... I will share my bad experiences to all my friend who want to visit Phuket to not to stay in this hotel ever!!

Great hotel in a good location”
We (couple) actually stayed here for 2 weeks. The first week was so good we booked through agoda for the second week. We looked around at other hotels but in the end decided that B-Lay Tong was the best option. The hotel is very modern in design. I liked this, but others may prefer a more 'Thai' feel. It is situated at the northern end of Beach Rd, across the road from the beach. This is about 10-15 minute walk to Bangla rd but there are not too many shops for about half the way and so there is less hassling to buy. The rooms are big and bright with a king size bed, day bed and small balcony. The bathrooms have a rain shower and a nozzle hand held shower head. The shower is very big and has plastic wood like slats on the floor and glass walls. There is also a shelf for the toiletries. The rooms are made up every day with clean towels and sheets if you wish. There is also a free mini bar and free wifi. The beds are superb, not hard at all. The sheets are above hotel quality. The TV had a few 'snow' issues but who goes on holidays to watch TV. There is also a complimentary drink at the front bar each night of your stay. Our first week was spent with 7 others all staying at the B-Lay Tong. We had 4 rooms on the third level. The staff arranged this for us after one phone inquiry from Australia just before we left. These were great rooms, close to the pool and breakfast room and with lovely views over the garden and towards the pool and ocean. What makes B-Lay Tong the great place to stay is of course the staff. All Thai peoples are friendly but the staff at B-Lay are fantastic. From the minute we checked in to the minute we checked out 2 weeks later, they couldn't have been friendly and helpful. We would like to thank everyone for the best holiday, just some of the staff I can remember, Oh, Da, Mon, Tee, Tam and Mai in the bar. Mor, the executive manager, was fabulous.

Beautiful ”
This is my first trip to Phuket, and I chose B-Lay Tong Phuket because of in front of Patong beach. Everything you can find along Patong road from good restaurants, clubs, bar and massage centre. I stay at Deluxe King Room, the room is very spacious. However since theres no tiles, the floor kinda wet everyday. I need to wear room sandal every time I'm inside the room. The room facing small garden but I still can enjoy the Patong beach as well as swimming pool. I love the swimming pool, infinity. This hotel is one of my favourite and worthy hotel so far since Im started traveling, worth of money and good location.
