Lovely villa in quiet location”

We totally lovedour stay at babylon pool villas. It is a family run villa with about 12 rooms. From the moment we arrived we were treated like family. The pool is relaxing’ it is 3 mi utes ride to nai harn beach, arguably one of the best in phuket. Central ti a lot of bars but down a quiet soi. Great selection of thai restaurants close and one of the best hamburgers i have had at tamarind burgers. We will definitely be back

We stayed a week at Babylon Pool Villas The staff are super friendly and helpful the rooms are clean and lovely. The place was really safe, they closed the gate at night and you needed a key to get in. We loved the area lovely and quiet. Some great resurants only 800m walk. The other guests were also lovely. The pool was a great place for us all to cool down but provided great space for the kids to get rid of lots of energy.

Perfect location southern tip of Phuket”

It was perfect. Great location, short drive to multiple beaches, elephant camps, entertainment, and boat trips to many islands. It was quiet and several blocks off the main road in either direction. Jah a female hotel staff took us to a travel agent who was at least 40 to 50% less on excursions then anyone else. The excursions were not cheapened in any way. We had the best of many options on them. We would, and have already, highly recommended the pool villas for Phuket trips. Short drive to Rawai beach where you purchase your fresh caught fish sometimes alive walk across the street and have it cooked at the restaurant for next to nothing in cost, awesome. A 20 yd walk from the villa to the best massage you will ever experience. Ask for Lo.

Relaxing ”

Second stay at Babylon. Quiet location, calm and peaceful resort, great for relaxing. Rooms and balcony are spacious with good quality fixtures and fittings. Had an issue with the safe which was resolved quickly. WiFi throughout the resort. Shops nearby although it is too far to walk to the nearest Naiharn beach. Recommend a scooter. Was charged 2,000 baht security deposit upon check-in which was returned upon departure. All staff are friendly.

This villa was truly a gem. The staff was incredibly hospitable; we actually got lost during our stay because a local motorbike taxi driver didn't know where the hotel was, even though we gave him 2 business cards and put him on the phone with the staff (which, btw, avoid the motorbike taxi operating outside the deli by Nai Harn beach; apparently he's the neighborhood drunk) and the staff actually picked us up at our lost location! The room was clean and spacious. Ask for rooms facing toward the pool, as the back of the hotel faces a construction area. It was a very serene setting, although there were some stray dogs and I am terribly scared of strays as I fear getting bitten. Try to rent a push bike or a motorbike, and it'll definitely increase your mobility. There's more stuff happening when you turn right (in fact, if you turn right and then left, you'll hit the Green Tamarind restaurant which is super yum and affordable!) vs. right. Try to print out a Google Map before heading to the hotel so you have a grasp of how the road works. Would def. return to this hotel again and highly recommend!

The owners are so kind and very helpful for taxi excursions transfer, anything else! Room are very clean and bathroom are new, AC everywhere. The pool is perfect and there is a BBQ for make your own meal, big picnic table. 4 minutes by feet to get to the 7 élèven. No breakfast and just a fridge at the réception with just water and sodas. The Villa is in a quiet area very thaï, close to à real spa center and massage, 5 minutes by feet from the big rawai road with many bars and restaurants, scooter rental shopping. No bikes in the villa but many rental outside. Tv KITCHEN fridge all are new. Large bed and confortable We had a great time here !! The garden is very Nice too Perfect for familles big or little children.

Home from home”

Like being home but in the sun. Although no catering available on sight, its nice and quiet and only very short walk to loads of good restaurants so no need for catering and bar. Just 20 mins walk to Nai Harn Beach which may be the best in all Phuket. Loads of private villas in this area mixed in with local housing. Just delightful.

Relaxing and Peaceful”

The location is very quiet for relaxing and getting a good nights sleep. The garden and pool are well maintained. There are no real staff besides room cleaning lady. You basically have the place to yourself. There is no security guard, but security camera's everywhere and a coded front gate. There is no onsite food and limited services. Clean and spacious room, bathroom and balcony. Complimentary fruit in room. Ask for rooms facing toward the pool and garden, as the back of the hotel faces unkept empty land. I would consider staying again in future.

Great apartment in a great location”

Fantastic! The apartments were ideal for our needs: 2 bedrooms and lounge/diner with basis kitchen facilities; nice pool; sun trap garden; walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. 5 minute drive to Nai Harn beach; Raiwan Beach and Phromthrep Cape. Nai Harn was the best beach we saw on the island (and we saw a few!). Phromthrep is amazing for views and sunset; Raiwan is not a great beach but lots of boat trips from there and loads of great seafood restaurants from very cheap and very cheerful (160 Bhat [£3.20]for a whole - freshly killed - Red Snapper to quite expensive. 10-15 minute drive to Chalong with its Pier and more good restaurants. About 20-30 minutes to Phuket Town (we did not think much to the town) and about 30 minutes to Patong (worth a day trip but too commercialised for us). We hired a car with no issues (although watch out for those mopeds). But taxis and Tuk Tuks are readily available, or you can hire mopeds.

Great secluded apartment in villa surroudings”

An excellent option if you are travelling with small children. We were able to use the pool and have our living room door open so we could keep any eye on our baby while he slept. Great attentive staff. Good location if you are looking for peace and quiet. If you want nightlife then you need to go towards the town.

Exceptional”

It's like a 2 bedroom apartment with common areas so you can hangout with your mates or stepped into your own room for some privacy. Very spacious. Just slightly noisy with people blasting music from the pool during the day. Other than that the stay was very enjoyable

Very nice and comfortable apartment”

I stayed there for 5 days. And for a single moment i didnt feel that i'm away from my home. And the manager Joh is very friendly and helpful. In my all thailand tour this's the first time i find a hotel with english speaking manager. Hope to be there soon.

Good comfortable place at a reasonable price. A good distance from the beach (25-30 minute walk from either Nai Hairn or Ya Nui), but not unreasonable. Good food nearby, and a relatively quiet corner of the island.

Clean, comfy, helpful staff”

Lovely quiet little resort, complimentary fruit in rooms and everything you need. Our friends had an 'apartment' which also included cooking facilities so ideal for families. The location is wonderfully quiet so great for relaxing and getting a good nights sleep. It is a little way from the beach and difficult to find if you are driving yourself but the owner drove out to meet us at a convenient point so go to their own website and take their number with you if you're driving yourself.

This place exceeded our family of four's every need and expectation. Nice rooms very clean and spacious. No mosquitos! Ac in each bedroom. Nice amenities for cooking. Great location for driving to ao sane, ya nui, rawai, and nai harn beaches! Nothing but positive things to say

lovely apparment in a quiet area”

we were very satifaied whit ouer stay... it is located 250meter from the main road so it was qouiet, fens around around the property so it was safe to let out ouer dougter age 4 for playing in garden area. clening lady every second day, do every thing, even diswash so it was totaly relaxing and private. the road to the beach is busy and small, about 15 minits to walk, but when coming to the mainroad there are this tuk tuk taxi you can use, not ekspensive, 3-4 minits drive. there are resturants close to the babyloon and you get what you want, thai, western food. pharmsy is also just round the corner, cloting shops, all what you need you find near bay.

Room modern & cleaned every other day - Not a very warm reception from Mo the manageress”

Whilst room modern & OK - Pool/garden, reception area a little dated! Quite a walk along fairly dark streets to the town in evening (take a tourch) charged 50 Baht for washing - returned to our room wet! We had paid 40 Baht for washed/dried & ironed at previous Thi hotels. A good 30/45 mins walk to Nai harn beach! Building work to dig up ground floor in one of the villas - taking all day/very load drilling & banging which we were not informed about! Told by Manager "work had to be done" We left after 3 days.
