great hotel and staffs with a cool swiming pool”

the hotel is very beautiful only to those who stay in the deluxe double pool access room type..you can jump to the pool whenever u like even in the middle of the night..there is no restriction time for pool access..the room is clean, big and romantic..for muslim, please bring sjadah and see the star for qiblat..the gym is 'ok' for me theres no nightlife in phu ke ta since it is far from tourist attraction...but it is a great location who seeking for a quite calm place.. it is 17km away from patong beach which will cost u 300baht to go to patong by tuk-tuk and if u go by bus...to go to the bus station u can go by motorcycle taxi which are abundance in phuket town... the food is delicious...u can even bring some of the food back to your room... if u want to go to phi phi island, u can seek for a better price in patong(1400baht)..not in the hotel() or airport (1800baht)..(tip: the coral in phi phi island was pathetic but the view is amazing..u can know why the coral is damage by the time u follow the trip)

A wonderful place to stay in Phuket”

Phuketa hotel is one of the best choices if you are looking for a place to stay not far away from Phuket city centre and good value for your money. The hotel provides you with all the facilities you may require. The staff here are also friendly and supportive.

5 star friendly service excellent”

This hotel was by far the best hotel I stayed in throughout my 4 week travel in Phuket. Quiet part of Phuket town but close to Supercheap market where prices are the lowest ive ever seen and directly across the road from the Big C shopping plaza where u can buy almost anything. Great long swimming pool and the rooms are clean and luxurious. May I add breakfast is 5 star so much more I can add defiantly staying there on my next trip!!!

it was a pleasant stay at phuketa hotel.breakfast buffet was good.coming with chicken porridge,fried rice and toast.salad and fruits.orange juice.it was so easy for us to get public transport.it cost only 10bath to go around town.big supermarket in front of hotel.and 711 beside hotel

Good location in Phuket Town”

The staff were friendly and kind to upgraded us to big room with pool view with no additional cost. Plenty of car parks too beside the hotel. It is located at busy street of Phuket town, just beside the local university. There are many local food to try on here.

A good stop before exploring Phuket town”

It locates on the main road to Phuket town among local community such as Phuket Ratchabhat University, PTT gas station and Big C hypermart. You can walk to find all facility and food without car. However if you have a car that would be great that you can drive to find local well-known and yummy food in the Phuket old town with in 5 minutes drive. The room and the hotel facility is alright. It try to decorate to be chic hotel; in my thought, it think it is just ok. The best thing about this hotel is its location that i can spend my one-day vacation in Phuket for all destinations: Airport, Phomthep cave, Khao-rang view point, yummy food and museum in oldtown for just-in-time.

Recommendation”

Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms. Friendly service. Very nice swimming pool. Phuket old town can be reached by handle bus. Rooms to main road are a bit noisy. I would visit again and recommend this hotel.

Great for what we needed”

Phuketa was recommended to us by friends and since we arrived late at night and were leaving early the next day it suited us. The rooms were nice and clean and big, great bathrooms and nise pool. Wifi was also good. There did not appear to be much around the restaurant in terms of food or shopping so you wouldn't want to spend too long here, but if you are in transit and want a good night's sleep then it is worth it and great value for money. Breakfast is ok - very traditional.

Great hotel but transportation is a pain.”

had a very good stay at this hotel. staff was very helpful and professional with everything. busy road nearby can be noisy at times but if you have a room looking towards the pool then its no problem. there is a big supermarket right across the road and next to the hotel is a gas station with a seven eleven. the bank is only five minutes down the road. transportation from the hotel to phuket town is only by taxi since there is no buses running down the main road except the tuk tuk style ones but only before 6 in the evening.after that only taxi, which can get expensive real quick. overall had a very pleasant stay at this hotel.

Worth the stay if you're on business”

I went to visit several customers and found this hotel well situated just out of Phuket Town. Next to the main road so easy access to public transport. Ideal if you have your own car or motorbike to get around with but as a tourist you'd be a bit far for walking distance to tourist sports.

quite serviced apartment and hotel”

i request for a airport transfer to the hotel which is subject to confirm from the hotel. But I haven't received any reply from the hotel before my arrival. so, I took a taxi to phuketa myself. When I arrived, reception told me someone was sent to pick me up. It's a pity. I paid price for 3 adults, when I enterred the room, only one big bed. What I want is an extra bed, they said I didn't request for that. During my hotel booking, i didn't see such option. They can allow us to exchange to a room with 2 single beds with extra payment. I declined and managed to stay in the room with one big bed since only night stay only. Breakfast doesn't have much choice, but still ok. big C supermarket just cross the road, environment is quite, but the room facing the street can hear loud engine sounds sometimes. staff is friendly.

The stay at the Phuketa hotel was very nice and convenient. Although I arrived late at night, the staff was kind and helpful and I was able to check in with no problems.

Beautiful hotel”

Be sure to stay in the pool side rooms, as you can jump right into the pool when you wake up. This gem in Phuket is hidden away and quiet, where you can relax and enjoy the serenity of the area. The breakfast was good to satisfy our needs, as it was a traditional continental-style breakfast. Lots of parking, and ease of access makes this a good place to stay.

Average at best”

I stayed at the Phuketa Hotel for one night before my flight out of Thailand and it wasn't the best experience of my trip. They advertise that they have airport transfers but when you enquire about them they are exorbitantly overpriced (approx 800 baht). I was happy to pay for a ride to the airport but I thought that was too much. Eventually I had to take them as I was unfamiliar with the town and was exhausted after a long trip. The room itself was big enough but not 100% clean and the road noise was horrible, all night long. The hotel itself is on a long industrial road and I wouldn't recommend staying there for sightseeing!

the position of the hotel is really good, only about 25 minutes from the airport by car. And its on the main road of phuket, so you can find it easily. The staff is quite nice and helpful. The room is a bit noisy as it is near the main road.

pleasant nights in Phuket”

Clean room, good bed. AC worked fine. Room had coffee cups, glasses and water boiler. Pool was clean and well maintained....very large too. Breakfast was OK. Bathroom had some toiletries, big towels!! Big C across the street. Desk personnel got me ferry tickets to Phi Phi....good price.

The local Thai food which is different every day appeared in breakfast, and it was delicious. A convenience store is also next and is convenient. I think that a price is also cheap and the room is also beautiful, and I will stay here when coming to Phuket again.
