lovely hotel with great location”

We would definately recommend this great resort and were very sad to leave as we had booked another at Cheweng for the remainder of our stay. The location was the reason we booked this resort and it didnt let us down. The girls in reception were so nice and friendly. Our room was modern and clean and very comfortable. Lamai beach was our favourite spot in Koh Samui,loved going down at happy hour to the beach and sitting in beanbags near the water at the resort next door Samui Sense I think it was called. Seabreeze has a very nice, clean pool. Breaky was good and nice to sit out each morning overlooking the beach, a great start to our day!

Great seaside hotel with perfect stuff”

it was my second time i was staying in this lovely hotel. the hotel is around 1 minute walk to the beach (just accross the small road through the seebreeze bungalows area) rather in the south of lamai. you will have breakfast a the seabreeze beach bungalow area what is accross the road directly at the lamai beach. really awesome, having breakfast at the beach! don't expect a buffet for breakfast but it's ok (american or thai breakfast with fruit, but you can choose from the whole menu if you wish). the beach in this area of lamai is gorgeous and perfectly suited for swimmming (much better than in north of lamai). there are some chairs free of charge at the beach (not enough in high season when it's crowed). but, there are lovely spots at the beach under palmtrees and other tropical trees. perfect places in the shadow where you can relax. the whole staff of this hotel is lovely and nice. especially the receptionists are very helpful and try to fulfil your desires. the room itself is very clean and comfortable. the beds are really unbeatable (and i am demanding regarding this). the mattress are rather hard but still comfortable. for me the best bed i ever had in thailand! the rooms are indeed as they look like on the pictures (with a good shower!) i recommend the rooms in the 2 and 3 floor, because of they are very quiet (first floor can be a bit noisy when tourists walk to their rooms). the pool is enough big for a little swimm and is gorgeous with lying chairs around it. to lamai center is around 5-10 minutes walk, perfect. i will definitely come back to that hotel. highly recommended. also suited for people with higher demands (as well as for travellers).

Great Hotel in a Great Location”

we stayed in one of the beach bungalows 16 years ago and now they have built this hotel across the road which is about 6-7 years old. the friendliness of the staff and owners hasn’t changed it’s our favourite place to stay in koh samui. the hotel is in a quiet location just across the road from the beach. they have their own restaurant on the beach with breakfast being free. all the meals we had were very good. the room we stayed in was large and clean and overlooked the pool. the room had air con, double bed, fridge, free safe, hot shower, balcony and t.v with a good selection of channels. beds were made every other day with clean sheets and fresh towels but can be made daily if required. the swimming pool is fairly large and really lovely overlooking the garden area and has a separate shallow area for kids. the hotel is a short distance to bars, restaurants, shops including a 24 hour 7/11. the receptionists nok and oy speak really good english and are a pleasure to deal with and became good friends by the end of our stay. cars, motorbikes and scooters can be hired daily or weekly at a very good price and gas is cheap. we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel as it’s in a good location clean and well looked after and just a short trip away from a more pulsating atmosphere in chaweng.

Lovely hotel and family-run business”

loved this hotel! location was amazing, the beach is across the road and through the bungalows and the heart of lamai is a short walk up the street. we found the staff to be nice and had plenty of conversations with the women behind the counter, even letting us use the printing facilities for free. the pool is lovely and well maintained. the rooms are clean and the beds were large. we stayed here for a week and did not tire of the place and would definitely return here if staying in koh samui again!

Great Hotel, Great Location, Great Beach”

this hotel was just what we were looking for. it is located right across from the beach (3 min walk) and it has its own beach area so it was never too crowed. i would recommend seabreeze place over the bungalows as it is newer and seems more well maintained. the pool was also very nice and very relaxing. you had privacy from the main road but it would of been nice if the water had been colder. the hotel is located right on the main street on lamai beach and there are plenty of places to shop, eat and drink. the staff is very friendly and the hotel does their own moped rentals. would definitely stay here again.

A lovely relaxing, peaceful stay”

We had a fantastic time here. 6 nights of peaceful relaxation. Great weather and Lamai is definitely a beach I would recommend on Samui. Brilliant bars and restaurants along the beach front. Hotel was spotless, modern clean rooms with free wifi in rooms and by the pool. Staff were extremely attentive and would always help if there were any problems. Thank you for a lovely, lovely stay! Would highly recommend this place!

We went on a 2 week tour of Thailand and this was my favorite hotel of the trip. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They really went out of their way to make our experience in Koh Samui a good one. The location of the hotel is perfectly situated near a beach. It's literally a 2 minute walk away. I would stay in this hotel again if I was in Koh Samui anytime again.

during my 7 day stay am samui seabreeze i had a very pleasant stay. the hotel is very near all the shops and bars and 5 mins walk to the beach. the staff were very friendly and helpful and it helped that they smiled always. rooms were good value for money and everything worked.

Quiet end of Lamai”

Booked via Agoda the morning of our arrival, so last minute. Upon arrival at 7pm the woman at reception did not have any knowledge of our booking. She explained that she was filling in for someone else and called her boss. After a few minutes on the phone it was sorted and we were given our room. The room was very clean and large with mini-fridge, TV, good air con, safe, and balcony. The room was a bit aged and the bed was not the most comfortable in the world but those two things were the only negatives of our stay. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh bath and pool/beach towels. The pool was well maintained and a refreshing temperature. The hotel’s sister property Seabreeze bungalows was across the road on the beach and we had access to the sun loungers there. The location is close to all the action in Lamai but far enough to be quiet and peaceful. All staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful, especially the owner and his wife. Would stay again.

We had an excellent stay at Samui Seabreeze Place, every staff in this hotel is super friendly always with big Smile! WIFI in each room and breakfast dinning place! We enjoyed it very much!

relaxing and comfortable”

We have stayed at Seabreeze twice now over the last 3 years. Its in a great location, close to everything in Lamai yet it is set back a little so is very peaceful and quiet. The pool is lovely and rarely busy. The rooms are large and the beds are top of the range queen size with superb mattresses. Bathrooms are also spacious and the service at the hotel is very good, the staff are really nice and their english is good. Its amazing value for money.

Great Hotel and Staff with Great Location”

Stayed for almost 2 weeks after opting to stay another week after the first week. Location wise it was great for those looking for the more quiet side of Samui. Lamai has a great beach with plenty of restaurants and bars all within a short walk from the hotel. Beach was 150m walk from our room across the road. Hotel staff were great and also hired a moped from them without any issues. Would definitely recommend doing a day or two on a moped exploring the island. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. TV also had some good English channels. Breakfast was the one thing that could have been better but this was the case in most of the Thai hotels we stayed in. All in all a great Hotel and would recommend highly to anyone wanting to stay in Lamai.

Lamai Hotel with High Privacy”

Hotel was located on Lamai beach of Samui. All interesting nightlifes were easily reached by walk. Easy for dinning because many foodshops along the street. The standard room which the lowest price were all ground floor. The room was a bit old but well maintained. I like the swiming pool on the 2nd floor where you can swim and happy starlight if you want. The parking were dedicated. What I love most was staff services. Stay in Lamai please consider this hotel.

We had a good time in the Seabreeze place. The swimming pool was nice and large,the Lamai beach was at a very short walking distance. It was easy to find a variety of restaurants around this hotel. It was also easy to get to other places from here. It would be great if they offered freshly brewed coffee in the morning, instead of the poorly made instant one. Overall this was a good place to stay - Good value for money.

the seabreeze place expirience starts with your arrival with abig smile and coffee .the rooms are very nice and clean and soft big towels.there is a nice sweemingpool too.the location is great,2 min.from the beach and 5 from the nightlife.the stuff were very friendly amd helpful.there is a great restaurant on the left of the hotel.highly recomended!

Quiet location, close to everything”

Loved the Seabreeze, great location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area was spot on and the shower recess by the pool was beautiful. Very quiet when we stayed no noise peaceful.. No lifts at this hotel for those who might need them. Breakfast was set menu and located across the road.. lovely bungalow setting. Would recommend this hotel for price and location..

hi, it is the second time we visit and stay at this hotel and we will definitely come back again. the location is very good, it takes about 3 minutes walk to the beach and 10 minutes walk to the centre of lamai. the staff is very helpful and friendly. they is free wi-fi with good connection in the rooms and hotel area. the rooms and the pool is always clean and fresh. the rooms is clean and in very good shape. breakfast is very good, they have booth thai and european breakfast. i strong recommend this hotel its one off the best in lamai beach. enjoy your visit best regards

Beautiful hotel, beautiual staff”

The hotel was really lovely and the staff were really friendly all the time and always helpful. The location is good about 3 or 4 minutes walk to the centre of Lamai and just across the road grom the beach. Next to the beach the bar and restaurant did great food and the Asian breakfast was great. The restaurant next door is really cheap and does fantastic food. The pool area is lovely and very peaceful as it is never crowded which was always nice and it is a great place to relax. If we were ever back in Lamai would have definately stay again.

Great Hotel in Lamai”

We stayed at the Sea Breeze Place in January 2018 and had an excellent stay there. The rooms were large and clean and had small balconies that were nice for lounging. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, bars, shops, and places to do laundry - which was great for us. We definitely loved being in the sleepier Lamai rather than the busy Chaweng. The building looks like it could use a little TLC, but the room and pool area were in great shape. We spent a bunch of time lounging in the cool pool water to escape the heat / humidity. The staff was super friendly and they spoke excellent english. We loved the breakfast and good coffee each morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Tranquil and pleasant”

Our stay was pleasant. It is not a luxurious resort, but for the value of money it is decent enough and neat. Staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant is decent, the shakes and some foods on the menu not great, but overall mostly nice and good food (especially the Thai food). The Hotel has lounges and umbrellas on the beach, readily available to use. On the beach there are massouses for massages. 'Samui Seabraze Resort'and 'Samui Seabreeze Place' are seperated. Samui Seabreeze Place is located by the swimming pool, a street up from the beach. Samui Seabreeze Resort is located on the beach where the restaurant is located.
