Great hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean with a super bathroom. We arrived early and were able to get into our room well before check in time. Definitely worth paying for the breakfast option as the breakfast buffet is fantastic and set us up for the day. Staff were helpful and friendly but not intrusive. Location was great - 5 minutes walk to most of the sights and in a quiet, smart location. We would happily stay here again.

the hotel is clean and nicely decorated. the beds are comfortable, the furniture of decent quality and new looking. the bathroom is spotless with new looking suites and a quality shower. location wise the hotel is excellent - just round the corner from the rathaus. this puts you walking distance from the main sights in the innere stadt - though there are hotels that are closer to st stephens and the main museums. did not eat in the hotel

the room was very modern a bit small and with a bit too much of Gustav Climt after a few days you will feel hounted from Klimt not only in the Hotel room also in the City and suvenier shops..... but honestly i spend many many nights a year in Hotels the staff performance in this hotel was exceptionel good, i just can recommend everyone make his own experiance there

The hotel is next to Vienna University and Town Hall. Walking distance to the museum quarter. 5 mins walk to metro, few stations nearby. Selection of restaurants and cafes nearby. Quiet at night even with road facing room.

Nice but the lack of aircon was unfortunate”
overall a very good hotel. We were unfortunately greeted with heat wave in Vienna and the room does not have aircon. the hotel is nice enough to prepare a little fan for us. Clean room, comfortable bath room. definitely recommend this place during colder days.

There are two receptionists, one is very capable and helpful. Parking is at the City Hall. As hotel guests you get discount 50%. There are two small parks nearby.

Overall we are quite satisfied with both the hotel and the location. Nearby are University, City Hall with small park, Royal Theather, Hufburg Palace and city center.

We liked it. Easy to get to other places and check in staff were nice. What a nice city Vienna is. Be careful to leave valuables in the locker as we think our sunglasses might have gone missing...

An ideal hotel for visits to the museum ”
Everything is good about the hotel except for the bed. it is not very comfortable and there is no airconditioning. I didn't have restful sleep. I check out the next day to another hotel.

Hotel is clean. They provide complimentary Apples in the lobby. Staff lacks enthusiasm. Needs to smile and greet/ acknowledge clients when they step in or out.

Overall, a good stay. However the room was not up to the standard displayed in the Reception area. Looks like the rooms need some modernising.
