Thoroughly satisfied with the facilities and services provided by AVANI Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre. Entire staffs were very friendly and professional. Housekeeping team done a great job in maintaining room to be spotless and so comfortable. Very impress with the public area and landscape, though hotel is really large but every corner was in superfine shape. Swimming pool still the best spot to sip some cocktail and chillax. If there is an opportunity to travel again to Khon Kaen, will definitely choose to stay here and strongly recommends AVANI Khon Kaen to anyone who is looking for the place to stay that can create phenomenal experience. Best Hotel in Khon Kaen!! 10 Stars if I could!”

This is probably my second or third review of the Avani Khon Kaen. This is by far the best hotel in Khon Kaen. We always stay here and will continue to stay here when we come to Khon Kaen for my son's tennis matches. The staff really goes out of their way to help, and their English skills are very good. The rooms are clean, and the restaurants are fantastic. Look no further. This is the best hotel to stay in Khon Kaen!. Thank you for such great service. I look forward to my next trip. Always the best”

I've written reviews about the Avani Khon Kaen in the past and I always have enjoyable experience at this hotel. It is by far the best hotel in Khon Kaen. I give it five stars in every category. No hotel can be 100% perfect, but this one comes close. I think one of the things that stands out for this hotel is the staff. They go beyond the call of duty to accommodate you. I always look forward to my trips to Khon Kaen and staying get at the Avani. Look no further if you want the best. The Avani is it.

Amazing staff, great room”

This has been one of my favourite hotels to stay at in Thailand. The staff are super friendly, helpful and completely service-minded. My room (1006) was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and a big shower. This room was excellent. My only complaint would be the strange bottles Avani uses for shampoo and conditioner that are like glass ketchup bottles; it takes a lot of work to get things out of them. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Khon Kaen. PS: the restaurant near the lobby makes a perfect Carbonara. Don't miss it!

Celebrated my romantic valentine's day here”

Like i reviewed several times. Centara is my always hotel to stay when i visit Khon Kaen. And this time i been there for spent the time with my BF who had the business trip there. The valentine's special dining which set up by the hotel was very good. We relaxed with the Agape brand who sang the romantic song for us, also enjoyed with the Karaoke and also relaxed with the couple spa treatments. This is my recommended hotel in Khon Kaen for all types of traveler!

Always a five star experience”

Pros - The entire staff. Clean rooms. Excellent facilities and location. Cons - None. As always, my stay this past weekend was superb. Already booked reservations at 5he Avani for my next two trips this month and next month. The friendliness and professionalism from all of the staff is what makes the Avani Khon Kaen such a wonderful place to stay.

Above and Beyond Expectations ”

The hotel is great to start with but the Staff went above and beyond when I brought a serious issue to their attention during the buffet breakfast. A guest foreign guest was visibly having a running nose from being sick and was wiping his dripping nose with his hand and then touching the serving tools and the lids with the same hand. I brought it to the staffs attention and immediately they changed all the food and utensils and apologized and thanked me for the information. Several other guests also thanked me. It was great to help and hopefully stop the spread of any illness. Thank you Avani Staff, Khon Kaen, Thailand

Lovely stay at Avani”

The Avani at Khon Kaen is a modern 5 star hotel with the room comfort and facilities you expect of a Five star hotel. It is difficult to find a negative as the staff are well trained and helpful, the facilities are excellent and the rooms are very comfortable and quite spacious. Breakfast is also good! All in all a lovely stay and great value for money.

Very nice hotel, centrally located.”

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the AVANI and, as with the previous two trips, this visit was very very nice. The hotel is a modern hotel and conference center on one of the main roads which is both a blessing and a curse. Being on the main road makes it convenient to Central and the airport. However, the traffic in Khon Kaen has become insane over the last 5 years and the main road that the hotel is on is always always ALWAYS busy. So, if you are driving, be careful... The hotel itself is very nice. The rooms are very nice with a great view. The beds are hard (to me anyway) but the rest of the amenities are excellent. The staff is excellent! Very friendly and always very helpful with any questions or needs we have had. I would highly recommend this property to those visiting Khon Kaen for the very first time as it is close to everything and is a great way to get introduced to the area. Enjoy!

Excellent hotel”

The hotel offers a very good deal on Agoda. The parking space is vast. Receptionists are friendly and efficient. Although I have to note that I specified my arrival time in the Agoda, the room wasn't ready by the time I checked in so the staff offers other room that was ready. The room is clean and amenities are as expected from Agoda's information. The hotel does offer refreshment fruits and snacks during stays which is very nice. It's a good hotel choice if you plan to stay at Khon Kaen.

It was our first time in an Avani hotel (and in Khon Kaen...) but this was definitely worth stopping by for a couple of nights. The hotel is well designed, pleasant to stroll around and the rooms are neat and big. The highlight of the hotel is the pool, quite relaxing after a long day walking around. Definitely recommend this place.

A very good hotel”

We have stayed at all the Four and Five Star Hotels in Khon Kaen over the last ten years and we rate The Avani as the best. Lovely staff, smart, modern room, a superb breakfast and always a happy experience to stay here. We love The Cakes and More for coffee and cakes.... smart, bright and such super staff.

A warm friendly 4* hotel with impeccable services”

I took my wife w/ 2 little kids there for a weekend breakaway, we've booked an Executive Suite but luckily upgrade to Royal Suite, probably the best room of Centara Khon Kaen. The room is 20 sq.m. larger than Exe Suite that we booked, sure my kids were so enjoyed. There got adequate amenities & features inside especially the Kohler whirlpool bathtub is a bonus, my kids were soaking there with lot of fun. TVs, DVD players provided but funny that no audio system. Large range if TV channels provided as well as a mini bar is great for us to drinking n chatting inside the room, we didn't eat inside our suite because there got many great restaurants in the hotel, the Chinese restaurant is very popular for us. We have a great weekend in Centara, also will be back again. But there got some downsides in Centara, such as: freezing air con that couldn't adjust the temperature, bathtub without hot water, dark parking lot, lounge provided limited choices of F&B, payable sanua bath as well as small wardrobe only. Also the price we paid should get a better room in Bangkok, nevertheless compare with other hotels in Khon Kaen it's still probably the best among all.

Excellent hotel in good location”

Perfect stay. Just one night but no problems as always. Despite a very early arrival (9.30am) we were allowed to use our room at no extra charge. Late check-out was also no problem. Room is sizeable and well equipped. Shower is very pleasant after the Khon Kaen heat. Walk-in shower with no doors, the way I like it. They one thing that - in my opinion - could be improved upon is the shower gel and the fact there is only one small flacon available. Staff performance is excellent with smiles and greetings at any time of the day. Room service was good and on-time. Buffet breakfast is good with a wide variety of dishes on offer. Overall, Centare offers very good value for money.

My first stay at Avani hotel my experience was excellent great staff and great facilities, clean room , swimming pool , spa and gym . Anything from check in to check out was a great experience for a Khon Kaen hotel .

Luxury in Khon Kaen”

My wife and I loved the Avani in Khon Kaen. Formally a Centara hotel I would say the staff focuses on details making our stay extremely pleasant. We had a great room and bathroom. Loved the breakfast buffet and the pool. A really great value for your money.

Committed to the Avani, Khon Kaen”

I frequently go to Khon Kaen for car services and shopping. I am a committed customer of Avani and will always stay there. The property is just beautiful and welcoming. The staff are always willing to help and are accommodating. Don't forget the spa! This is an upper end facility with the most skilled therapists.

Very good hotel, excellent service and facilities”

Very good all around. The food is good, and the bakery has a sales after 6 PM or so. While there are plenty of parking in the back, the underground parking, which is more convenient, get filled up quickly. In general, there's nothing to complain about at all. However, if you plan to attend the annual Khon Kaen Marathon and want to use the event's shuttle vans, you should try to catch the earliest shuttle as possible. While this hotel is conveniently on the route of the shuttle vans, they get filled up very fast. Sometimes they come very late or not at all, and it's too far to run or jog to the event. This is not the fault of the hotel, just want to give a word of caution in case you plan to stay here for the marathon event.

Nice service”

nice place to stay. New and spacious room. Service is very good, friendly and ready to help and answere all questions about Khon Kaen. Loude noises from adjacent rooms when closing doorsthough. Hotel is a bit far from city center.

Best hotel in Khon Kaen”

I always stayed here when I traveled to Khon Kaen. The hotel room, decoration and everythings are Good and worth to pay. The Sense spa is also very good especially for the price when compared with other hotel's spa. The breakfast and dining here are also perfect, taste is very good and foods are so diversity. I love here
