I was there for a night with my love one Though it was so far away and quite hard to drive up the hotel drive way, It was very peaceful and safe place to hide from tsunami. The view was gorgeous throughout every single location of the hotel you’re at. The restaurants there were very fancy, I highly recommend you to try the view from sizzles restaurant and the food at Vista one was excellent. I was very warm welcomed by the staffs. Though they were new and may make some mistakes, they compensated us with the best complimentary. They were PS5 and many more in the playroom. Aqua spa was a must try!! For those who love to drink, they also have a happy hour at pool bar with the best view throughout the day. This hotel does also have a great location which is not far from freedom beach. I was impressed that they can speak so many languages. I’m Thai but I highly recommend this hotel for foreigners, it was so underrated. I would give it a 100 out of 10. Best night well spent in Phuket ever. I will definitely booking again next time when I have a chance.

The hotel environment is very beautiful, and both the room and the service staff give a true five-star feeling. The breakfast is outstanding with a variety of delicious options, and I especially liked the fresh drinks that other hotels do not offer. I stayed there for my birthday and the hotel was kind enough to send a cake to my room, which I really appreciated. I was also surprised by the hotel's excellent mosquito and insect management. The terrace was surrounded by flowers and plants, but there were no mosquitoes or snakes, which is worth praising. The only thing that needs improvement is the water pressure of the showerhead in the room, which is a bit weak and the drainage is a bit clogged. However, the showerhead and drainage in the bathtub are both good, so I had to take a shower there instead. Additionally, it would be perfect if the hotel could provide enough shuttle buses to Patong, as calling a taxi is very expensive and costs 300 Thai baht each time.

Rooms were better than expected and with a good view. There was only one hassle that there were ants roaming around the coffee cabinet and made it impossible for us to use it. However, when we asked to clean the housekeeping guy came and cleaned it but the ants reappeared within few minutes. Rest all was good.

All the staff were helpful and friendly. They put all efforts to facilitate my requests and most of them were satisfactorily fulfilled. I booked a deluxe room with pool view and I am satisfied with the view and the spacious room. The room and bathtub seems hygienic yet the light of the shower tank was insufficient. Speaking of the transportation, they have shuttle bus 4 times per day from hotel to Patong beach or Karon beach. The shuttle bus at 10:30am even reach to Phuket Old Town! Calling taxi from Patong Beach to hotel costed around $200 baht if you use the car pooling app. The breakfast from VistA is worth trying. They serve wide range of cuisines, from the most common bakery, egg and salad bar, to Thai, Indian and middle east food. All of them are easily accepted even if you seldom try those cuisines. The dishes changed everyday and it made me excited for the breakfast everyday. My booking comes with a wellness package, which includes a yoga or muay thai class and a 60 mins SPA. The experiences are great and the hotel environment is chill and peaceful. The pool is beautiful and chill. The gym room is not the best. The equipment is simple but enough for just a few days of stay. During my stay, they added a new smith machine in the gym. It’s pleasant to see they care about the sufficiency of the gym equipment.

As soon as we arrived, staff greeted us and served us with refreshing drinks and towels. We were then sat on a couch while a staff member talked us through the check-in process - which is way better than having to stand at their front desk. She was very easy to communicate with and even accompanied us to our room along with the staff who assisted us with our luggage. All throughout our stay, staff were very helpful and friendly. One staff member, Matt, came over and introduced himself to us and during our stay, he would come over to chat, every time he saw us. He gave us recommendations for activities and gave us the idea to ride ATVs. They also had a tour manager who got us in touch with an ATV tour to visit the Big Buddha, and also set us up for a island hop which included snorkelling, kayaking and lunch. The room itself was absolutely perfect and the king bed incredibly comfy. The overhead ‘rainwater’ shower head in the bathroom was fantastic, with great water pressure. Further, there was a lighting option for every mood you could have. The resort property was so huge and we only stayed 5days so we didn’t manage to see everything available. We had to use their resort maps to orient ourselves. We did, however, use their main pool and swim up bar. It’s an infinity pool and beautifully designed. According to my husband, it was also the best mojito he’s ever had (and he’s had plenty!) One of the first things we did after checking in, was get pampered with a full body massage at the hotel’s spa. And pampered, we were. It started with a refreshing foot massage/wash, and then an intense but relaxing massage that worked out all of our travelling stress. Once we were done, we were served with tea and biscuits, which, in hindsight, seems to be the norm in Thailand, but it was fantastic all the same.
