Best Value For Money For An Awesome Hotel Experience”

They claim to be a 3 star hotel around the Jomtien Pattaya area but after staying for 2 nights and experiencing the room, it feels more 4 star than anything. The hotel is located further back from Jomtien Beach and will be a bit of a walk but it is flanked by both Family Mart and 7-Eleven which makes purchasing snacks and drinks so easy. Breakfast is not provided here but should you wish not to venture out, the two convenience stores will easily fulfill your first meal of the day with coffee to boot. The rooms are clean, cosy and tastefully furnished with a modern industrial concrete-effect wall and ceiling finishing. Our room even came with a small balcony. Staff were friendly and more importantly, the AC was ice cold! Would love to stay here again if we come back to Pattaya.

Very nice rooms and good value, but recommend book it only if you have own transport”

New and very nice looking rooms equipped with everything for comfortable stay (kettle, hairdryer). Aircon was cold, bed was soft, everything was clean. Staff seems speak only Thai language, but that no problem. Check-in and out was fast, but required 500 baht deposit. Location is very quiet, feel relaxing here, can sleep all day all night. Hotel very far from anything, about 600 meters to beach, 300 meters to Sukhumvit road, 10 kilometers to Central Pattaya. It hard and uncomfortable stay here without your own transportation (car or motorbike). Because there are dozens stray dogs and many large tourist buses in empty spooky soi where you have to walk to reach songtheow. And not all songtheow go to Na Jomtien beach, some songtheows not go beyond Jomtien Soi 14. There are unmetered taxi cars (which are very expensive, 300-500 baht for short drive around Pattaya). So parking lot near hotel is full with guest cars. But there are some famous seafood restaurants (end of Na Jomtien).

Nice rooms but you need your own transport”

B2 is on a road at the very end of Jomtien beach which connects the beach to the main sukhumvit road. Its about 500 meters to the beach and is in fact closer to Sukhumvit. I didnt notice the usual taxi buses so if you dont have a motorbike or car then you will need to walk to the beach road to catch one. There are two small thai places to eat next door..strictly Thai food, while there is a famous seafood restaurant where the hotel road meets the jomtien beach road...look for the giant crab statue. The rooms are small but are clean and modern. The hotel seems to be mainly used by Thai people from what I can see. I didnt try the hotel restaurant so dont know how good it is. The location is quite far from the mail part of jomtien and pattaya so it might not suite everyone. It was fine for me since i had a rented car.

Great place to stay on a budget”

This B2 has great cleanliness and large sleeping rooms. Located near a 7 Eleven and a Family Mart so food is always ready and available. Sales people should always consider this hotel when working in the Jomtien area.

Nice accomodation”

The B2 is a very nice facility. Although it does not have a swimming pool it is walking distance to the beach. It was nicely equipped, furnished and very clean and the staff were excellent. Outside are a 7-11 and a Family Mart along with multiple outdoor food outlets which offered excellent food! The only issue is the walk from the beach (Beach Road) to the hotel as it about 1K. I would definitely stay again!

Nice place, Quiet”

Another good and quiet place, a bit far from everything, best for who have/rent a car/bike. Big & clean room with B2 standard, nice staffs. 20 minutes by car/bike to the local market, A lot of food, drink with reasonable price. 30 minutes to Jomtien beach by car/bike.

New, clean hotel, free wifi”

Plenty of parking, in a quiet area of Jomtien, not near the beach. Room was good, clean, no issues. Free wifi worked well. Check-in staff were friendly.

Good value for money”

This hotel is at the far end of Jomtien beach but is not on the beach itself. You can walk to the beach in around 8-10 minutes and there are some convenience stores and restaurants there. There is no difference between sea view and garden view rooms and there is no view in any case. The hotel is at a crossroads in an area where there is a lot of land ready for construction. The road is busy in the morning and evening with tour buses and so on. The hotel itself is fine, rooms are good and there is free WiFi. The hotel is mainly used by Thai people who are travelling and so its quiet in the day time and fills up at night, the car park being full then. You need your own transport for this hotel but its good value for money and was fine for me. Stayed there two times already and will use it again.

Car parking is quite supported. It’s near but not close to the Jomtien beach, you must have motorcycle or car to drive to the beach. There’s convenient store near the hotel. In conclude, it’s suitable for just sleep and it’s in South Pattaya so you can drive to many places around South Pattaya.

Great value for money ”

There’s a 7-11 and family mart opposite the hotel, which makes it convenient for groceries and day to day shopping. Please be reminded that the actual beach with sand is about 20 minutes of walk away, and it is not very convenient getting to the main Jomtien or Pattaya areas, so be prepared to negotiate baht buses, taxis and tuk tuks (unless you rent a scooter)

If you’re looking for a budget hotel, B2 is my first choice. Good price with good quality. They have everything the hotel should have.

Updated review”

Passed by this hotel again in September 2019. There is now a Family Mart and a 7-Eleven right downstairs. You probably need your own transport for this hotel because its a bit out of the way at the very south of Jomtien. Note that the car park can get full at night as travellers check in. Usually empties out in the early morning.

Value for money”

Recommend to book via agoda, you shall get even more discount from the walk-in rate. B2 maintains the same service standard across the country. For those who just want to find sleep and go hotel and value for money, this should be the one.

B2 has become our second home. Been here 8 times over past 3months for our cartoon network trips. Great value with everything that you needed. well no flash pools and sea views but thats not we need anyway. Highly recommended.

hotel is good and clean and cheap but location is far from beach. so you must rent a bike or car or order grab because there is no tuktuk pass this hotel. situation is very quiet here. but there is family mart acrosss hotel open 24hours

Excellent”

Very good choice to stay on the way to Pattaya or Koh Samet. Note: better have a vehicle. Breakfast would be a good option to add since there is no restaurant in the area. Everything else is fine

Clean as five stars hotel ”

Highly recommended this hotel if you want to avoid noise, not really far from the beach, there is a Family Mart across the street open 24hrs, hotel room is very clean, as well as the bedsheets and towel, overall is impressive.
