Good choice for bagpacker”

B2-Khamtieng is so good in about clean room, nice staff and so cheap comparing with their service and room size. The room is so wide enough for maximum 2 people and they have the terrace for every room. For this price, they serve you everything necessities that you need and even it has no breakfast, you can out to the morning market or department store nearing hotel. Moreover the hotel is so close from downtown, but it's so quiet and suitable for relax time. The one good thing for this hotel that it's opposite to LOTUS department, so it's so easy to find and very convenient for you.

Good hotel but a little far from town”

We stayed in B2 Khamtiang for 4 days. The hotel situated on a super high way to Lampang and is a little far from town. There are no restaurants around the hotel or any convenient store so it is suitable for people who come with car or with motorbike. There's a Tesco Lotus supermarket on the opposite side of the road but there's no way you can cross Chiang mai super highway, so still you need transportation. So we ended up renting a motorbike for 2 days and you can rent motorbike from the hotel lobby prices are between 300-500 bahts a day. the staffs are quite friendly but they don't speak English. The room was a bit old but clean and big enough for two and there's also small balcony. There's a little minimart at the lobby where you could buy drink, snacks and instant food (with microwave to heat it)

Staying for one night. It was alright. Clean, comfy bed and bathroom also has good water pressure and hot water only it got smells from the sewage i think. Was got good deal price so i guss it was worth it.

strange location but lovely rooms”

everything was clean in the room except the bathroom shower curtain.the room is big and have a glass front to the small balcony. the balcony is even furnished with two chairs and a table. we even had a big size fridge. the tv delivers no program in english language. the bed is very comfortable including western standard bed sheets. our room had view on a big pond with lotus plants even the hotel location is next to the superhighway. the air condition works silent and good. the hotel have no room service but some microwave food choices in the basement.

Cheap price but so good”

The hotel have model style. Inside the room rather clean except the towel is very dirty. In conclusion the hotel is cheap price and so good

Although next to a large fwy. The noise is minimal and tesco and sorrounding markets esp fron of tesco weekdays offers much variety. Its a handy place withh all you need if you just needs some rest time. Tesco has all things you might need to with air con in the summer it might help those not used to the heat

Friendly services A bit out of town”

A good small hotel, a bit out of town if you have no car. My room have a big size refrigerator and LCD TV with good Air con. Bath room a bit tired.

Beside the Super highway”

The rooms are spacious, clean and have hot water BUT if you get a room facing the super highway, it is VERY noisy even into the night. I was on the 4th floor (5th is highest floor)

Not a good choice”

The B2 is close to the superhighway so be prepared for traffic noise. The rooms seems smaller than advertised. Only two english TV channels, Internet often interrupted, Elevator only stops at every second floor, The price is not compatative as you have better choices closer to the city. Overall the room needs a splash of fresh paint and renovation if the hotel wants to make good for the bad location. The big fridge was the only thing I liked so no reason to go back for me.

Excellent value for money, excellent customer service, bit out of the way”

Not much around but easy access by bike to everything you need just not walking distance. Frequent stay here and staff is friendly from the get go. Nothing is too much trouble. Clean and excellent value for money. Asked a staff to print off a 50 page document and was prepare to pay but they didn’t accept any payment!! Service with a smile all the time

Room was okay, but staff ruined the arrival experience”

Upon arrival the staff won't let me check-in because: 1. He is not aware that I will be arriving on that date and time (although my reservation details is printed on paper next to him) + said it's my fault on the notes (which he haven't even read it before) that I arrive 2 hours late. Yes I did write on the note that I will be arriving 2am while I arrived at 4am, but what is the difference? I'm still arriving on my reservation date and already make the full payment. 2. He will not let me check-in. At first he mentions that the hotel only accepts check in before midnight, but when I said I have already make notes in the reservation that I will arrive late, he also mentioned that I should arrive earlier before he finishes his night report (Seriously??!!)). To conclude - the excuses are ridiculous, and although he marked my reservation as No Show, it should be reinstated easily. + Water pressure also low, but other than that the room was great

Good for value hotel”

The room was okay with amenities. Cheap and convenient, not far from city. Staff are nice. Just a little bit inconvenient that I had forgot my glasses and no one inform me even there ask my phone number upon check-in. I am upset

lovely hotel but bad location”

all rooms are decorated with attractive design ,unfornately the hotel location is a bit far from the city center,if traveller with no private car might be a secondary option.

- far parking lot with old and extended motorcycle for pick you up to hotel - old bathroom with no air ventilation - for from city -- need a rented car or travel service for traveling to other place

You may have to park your car on the street but there will be a security card looking after yours.

Cheap Hotel”

This place looks pretty beat on the inside. The wifi is impossible to log into when try to access it on a phone, but it will work when using a computer. If you do not mind crossing a couple highways, you can walk to the Tesco Lotus shopping mall right across the street.

The bathroom was so bad, I got the drained water from another room pop-up in my bathroom, that was so terrible.
