Excellent location within easy reach of the walking street and its lovely atmosphere. Yet, it is quiet and peaceful. The resort and the room are exactly as described - very nice accommodation (bedroom and bathroom are spotless clean) in a very pleasant setting. Free tea/coffee with toasts in the morning. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !

We loved our stay at Baan Aew Pai. The staff was communicative and helpful leading up to our arrival and so sweet and friendly once we were there. Our bungalow was beautiful, private, quiet, clean, and comfortable. It took just a couple minutes to reach the delicious food and bustling energy on the Walking Street. We highly recommend staying here!

It‘s a very clean and nice accommodation and a close way to the city centre. Especially the well cared garden and the calm environment is very beautiful. So nice to be there - fully recommendation! Just a tip for perfection: Please put two wooden chairs for the terrace - so both people can sit comfortably :-)

Best placebo stay in Pai!”
We were very fortunate to stay here 6 nights. We were able to negotiate a small discount because of the amount of nights we stayed, but we had to change rooms a few times (this is because they were fully booked most of the nights we were there). But because we got to stay in several bungalows, we have the unique ability to review this place as an entire property versus just one bungalow. We were incredibly impressed with all of the bungalows. Very clean, extremely comfortable, friendly staff, good wifi, all great. Feels like a 5-star resort at a 2-star price. Incredible value!

Everything about this place was excellent. The bungalow, the location, and the staff! The room is extremely clean and spacious. The staff do speak little English but enough to understand you. Location wise is just a five minute walk from where the action is in pai.

Really love the house in a compound. They offer bread and coffee though it wasn't mentioned in their provision. Walkable to the happening area and yet far enough to avoid the late night party noise in Pai!

Super beau bungalow”
Très bel endroit où s'arrêter quelques jours et se reposer. Les bungalows sont magnifiques et très propres (nettoyés chaque jour). Le petit balcon et le jardin sont aussi très appréciés pour se reposer sans être enfermés dans la chambre. Emplacement idéal : à 5min à pied du walking market (les deux principales rues de Pai), mais assez éloigné pour être tranquille et ne pas se faire déranger par les fêtards. Le seul point negatif : le staff ne parle pas anglais. Ils sont présents et disponibles, mais ne parlent que le thai. Très difficile pour obtenir des informations! À part cela, nous avons adoré et y sommes restés 5 nuits!

Nice place to relax, the hotel is very quiet in this time(oct 24-25) i’m not sure if in high season will be like. I had a very very nice sleep here. It is enough for this price. Nothing is broken in my room. I wish they could give me hangers outside my room for wet clothes. Overall, for this price it’s a very good deal.

Great location on quiet back street 2 blocks from center of town. Staff has little English. Staff works diligently to keep buildings and grounds looking beautiful. Problem: rooms are designed like an art gallery, not a bedroom, with big open glass front. If you are not an exhibitionist, you draw the curtains across the front, making the room totally dark, or turn on the main lights, flooding you with bright display light. There are no small lights--one clue that the designer was not thinking "bedroom." Also no furniture except the bed. Only one tiny nightstand; no dresser, no table, no desk, no chairs. That clean, open art-gallery look, but completely impractical.

Nice, clean and comfortable”
We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. The owners are very nice and helpful. Our Harley had mechanical problems and they were very helpful and concerned while we made the repairs and got back on the road. The lady even helped us push start the motorcycle. We walked to walking street. It’s very close yet far enough way from the noise to sleep.

Small Bungalow Hotel Unit”
Overall we like this simple hotel, not that crowded compared to other. Hotel provided bread and coffee as simple breakfast for free. We booked 2 rooms, so far cleanliness is OK. Water heater during winter time is a bit not good. Staff’s English proficiency is a bit weak, hard to ask for help but quite friendly.
