Very nice hotel with really beautiful garden with nice small walkways between the trees and flowers. Very cozy and really clean inside. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The road in front of the hotel has not too much traffic and at night it is very quiet.

Comfy Stay”
I stay one night at Baifern Homestay and the decor and ambiance made me feel very comfortable. This place has a home away from home feel as it has may wooden carvings and a huge rocking chair as it's centre piece. Outside, their garden is lush and peppered with small and cute decorative pieces. The only fault is their wifi is very weak in the room where I stayed. This is something which they can surely improve on. The breakfast, which was included in the price of the room was basic, but adequate. All in a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Tidy Rooms, nice garden / No views ”
It was great for a couple of days and it offers the basics. It's probably better to book the rooms on the second floor but my room was pretty cozy and I had no issues! Well, furnished and amenities are provided. I guess I was a bit nitpicky as I really like balconies and not being on bottom floor! Nonetheless, it is a great option for solo travelers or short stays! Nothing super fancy but also not disappointing!

Traditional Thai Homestay”
A beautiful, traditional Homestay. The room was nicely decorated in a traditional style and there were plenty of communal spaces. The lounge area was pleasant and the staff polite and helpful. Great for couples, adult groups and solo travellers and explorers. Not so good if you want to lounge by a pool - there isn't one - or have children who expect a swimming pool and play area!

Cheap rooms In good location”
You get what you pay for here. But their breakfast is excellent! Fantastic fruits and serving of western breakfast. There is nearby bike rental shop so you can kick off your good biking tour from this area. Across the property is a nice biking/walking park.

Nice garden but rooms are dirty”
The garden and restaurant are really nice and cozy. The room however is very old and not proper cleaned (we had stains on the linens and the bathroom was dirty as well). For one night it was acceptable for the price.

Surrounding is amazing, family who runs the place amazing. But rooms facilities are superbasic, a bit dirty and does not worth for the money.

Nothing seemed to be wrong, but something seemed wrong. Escape the dankness of downstairs with the upstairs corner room. Better yet, go a block down to stay on the river. Lovely music in the restaurant, redeemed a lot, almost enough.

Dirty and smelly”
When we arrived at the hotel the old lady I've no idea about booking not her fault the most issue with the place was dirty and smelly and i was attacked by the dog I went to speak to the lady It lunged at me if it wasn't for the leash I would have ended up in hospital with Dog Bits I wouldn't want to eat the food there with the smell of cat pee

Read reviews and sounded great. Very old Thai timber and basic place. Positives: *Easy to find *Reception and breakfast areas were nice and clean. *Staff were nice *Air Cond was great The MAJOR Negatives: *The Lady owner was nice when we checked in and explained that they had in house massages and food .We live in Thailand and know the ropes and the prices were, to say the least on the very high side. After not taking up offers, we were ignored every time we saw her - no hello, no how are you, no how's your stay....We were NOT worth her time (no money to be made out of these guys.!) *The room was small (which is OK) but the bathroom was very very old and NOT nice and the shower is over the toilet. VERY BAD *No Coffee or Tea making facility at all *Car parking is available but either on the street or a rock-filled dirt plot next door. Very insecure! NOT SAFE if you have anything in the car. I am sure there are many much more pleasant hotels in Ayuttaya!!!!

Staff were not helpful at all. Felt abandoned in ayutthaya as the guesthouse is so far from all nightlife (and taxi/tuk tuks stop super early). staff did not help us with this - it would have been useful to have had advice from them as locals. The guesthouse is pretty but otherwise I would say the downfalls are too many (mostly location) and would not recommend.

Dogs and Cats and cat hair everywhere.”
On arrival 2 big dogs in Reception started barking at us, scaring my girlfriend. There was also a family of cats living there which left cat hairs over everything. The room we booked was TINY with No Windows, terrible, they said we could upgrade but we had to pay nearly Double. This upgrade room had No bedding, just a thin single sheet, we complained and they brought us an old Single Douvet, terrible. Then at 10pm there was a banging on the door and the drunk son of the owner with his girlfriend demanded we move rooms now as he wanted to stay with his girlfriend. I told him where to go !!!!! ATROCIOUS PLACE DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL
